利用水热法制备了菊花状的氧化锌纳米棒,并进行表征,将纳米氧化锌掺入纳米金刚石中配制成电泳液,超声分散后电泳沉积到钛衬底上,再经热处理后进行场发射特性的测试.结果表明:未掺混的金刚石阴极样品的开启电场为7.3V/μm,在20V/μm的电场下,场发射电流密度为81μA/cm2;掺混后阴极样品的场发射开启电场降低到4.7~6.0V/μm,在20V/μm电场下,场发射电流密度提高到140~158μA/cm2.原因是纳米ZnO掺入后,增强了涂层的电子输运能力、增加了有效发射体数目,提高了场增强因子β,而金刚石保证了热处理后涂层与衬底的良好键合,形成了欧姆接触,降低了场发射电流的热效应.场发射电流的稳定性随掺混ZnO量的增加而下降,要兼顾场发射电流密度及其稳定性,适量掺入ZnO可有效提高纳米金刚石的场发射性能.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶(Sol-Gel)技术制备了SnO2:(Sb,In)透明导电薄膜,优化了制备工艺参数,获得了最佳制备条件,研究表明,4%的铟掺杂有效地改善了薄膜的内部结构,使得紫外-可见光的透过率显著增加;7%的锑掺杂释放出了更多的载流子,使薄膜的方块电阻降低,2%的磷掺杂因准连续杂质能带的形成进一步提高了薄膜的电导率.Sb、In、P的掺入使得SnO2薄膜的紫外-可见光的透过率达83%,方块电阻达38Ω/□  相似文献

采用二步成胶工艺制备ZnO-SnO_2透明导电薄膜,应用X射线衍射、原子力显微镜、紫外-可见分光光度计、薄膜分析仪及四探针仪等对薄膜的结构、表面微观形貌、透过率和导电性能进行表征.结果表明,锌锡摩尔比为9/12,退火温度为500 ℃时,薄膜的透过率达90%,电阻率为3.15×10~(-3) Ω·cm.与其它工艺相比,二步成胶工艺所制备出的ZnO-SnO_2透明导电薄膜性能优异.  相似文献

By orthogonal design theory, technological parameters of chrysanthemum-like ZnO particles prepared in a hydrothermal process are optimized. This paper reports a set of technological parameters for growing chrysanthemum-like ZnO particles on a large scale. It investigates the morphologies and crystalline structures of the as-synthesized three-dimensional ZnO particles with a scanning electron microscope, x-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscope, and the possible growth mechanism on the three-dimensional ZnO particles. The experimental results indicate that the values of ε', ε ' and \tan δe gradually increase in the X band with the improvement of the developmental level of chrysanthemum-like ZnO particles, implying that the electromagnetic wave absorbing property depends on the morphologies of three-dimensional ZnO particles.  相似文献

The adsorption and reaction of CO on SrTiO3 (100) surface with and without surface oxygen vacancy are investigated by the first-principles calculation based on the density functional theory. The calculated results reveal that the oxygen vacancy site prefers to the activation of the C-O bond. The adsorption energies increase to 1.0855 and 0.3245eV for defect-CO and defect-OC orientations, respectively. Particularly the C-O bond is elongated by about 0.1285 ? in the defect-OC orientation compared with that in the Ti-OC one without surface oxygen vacancies. There is predominantly a chemisorption mechanism between the CO molecule and the surface in the defect-CO orientation.  相似文献

This paper investigates the absorptive reduction and the width narrowing of electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) in a thin vapour film of A-type atoms confined between two dielectric walls whose thickness is comparable with the wavelength of the probe field. The absorptive lines of the weak probe field exhibit strong reductions and very narrow EIT dips, which mainly results from the velocity slow-down effects and transient behaviour of atoms in a confined system. It is also shown that the lines are modified by the strength of the coupling field and the ratio of L/λ, with L the film thickness and λthe wavelength of the probe field. A simple robust recipe for EIT in a thin medium is achievable in experiment.  相似文献

The effects of La and Sb doping on the electronic structure and optical properties of SrTiO 3 are investigated by first-principles calculation of the plane wave ultra-soft pseudo-potential based on density functional theory. The calculated results reveal that corner-shared TiO 6 octahedra dominate the main electronic properties of SrTiO 3 , and its structural stability can be improved by La doping. The La 3+ ion fully acts as an electron donor in Sr 0.875 La 0.125 TiO 3 and the Fermi level shifts into the conduction bands (CBs) after La doping. As for SrSb 0.125 Ti 0.875 O 3 , there is a distortion near the bottom of the CBs for SrSb 0.125 Ti 0.875 O 3 after Sb doping and an incipient localization of some of the doped electrons trapped in the Ti site, making it impossible to describe the evolution of the density of states (DOS) within the rigid band model. At the same time, the DOSs of the two electron-doped systems shift towards low energies and the optical band gaps are broadened by about 0.4 and 0.6 eV for Sr0.875La0.125TiO3 and SrSb0.125Ti0.875O3 , respectively. Moreover, the transmittance of SrSb0.125Ti0.875O3 is as high as 95% in most of the visible region, which is higher than that of Sr0.875La0.125TiO3 (85%). The wide band gap, the small transition probability and the weak absorption due to the low partial density of states (PDOS) of impurity in the Fermi level result in the significant optical transparency of SrSb0.125 Ti0.875 O3 .  相似文献
