Mesophyll protoplasts of two cultivars of Nicotiana rustica L. were cultured in Nagata-Takebe me-dium. The callus formed was inoculated onto a modified MS media (MSBI, MSBN) to induce organo-genesis. Greenish outgrowths, which developed from the callus of only one cultivar, were transferredagain to basic medium without plant growth regulators (MS_ο). These greenish spots developed further intoflower buds under various light conditions. Especially leafless flower buds formed directly from a partof greenish outgrowths on callus. They bloomed and set seeds within the test tubes.  相似文献

综述了行波管灯丝基本工作过程及其对电源的特殊要求,分析了行波管灯丝负载基本特性,对灯丝电源设计的特殊性及问题进行了深入细致分析,通过对Topswitch系列控制芯片的性能特点分析,设计了以反激变换器为主电路的灯丝电源。根据灯丝启动特点及其对电源稳定性基本要求设计了高精度反馈电路与限流电路。通过Pspice仿真、样机实验及例行试验测试,验证了理论分析及设计的合理性与可行性,仿真与测试结果表明电源主电路、反馈电路及限流电路能够很好地满足行波管灯丝对电源的各项指标要求。  相似文献

黄花烟草(Nicotiana rustica.L)两个栽培种的叶肉原生质体培养于Nagata-takebe(NT)培养基上形成愈伤组织。将已形成的愈伤组织移入修改的MS分化培养基(MSBI,MSBN)上诱导器官发生。仅有一个品种的愈伤组织形成了绿色突起,将它移植到不加任何生长素的基本培养基上,这些绿色的小突起在不同的光照条件下,均进一步发育成花芽,特别是其中一部分绿色小突起在试管内从愈伤组织直接形成不具叶片的花蕾,并开花结籽。  相似文献

This paper presents a new function expansion method for finding travelling wave solutions of a nonlinear evolution equation and calls it the (ω/g)-expansion method, which can be thought of as the generalization of (G /G)-expansion given by Wang et al recently. As an application of this new method, we study the well-known Vakhnenko equation which describes the propagation of high-frequency waves in a relaxing medium. With two new expansions, general types of soliton solutions and periodic solutions for Vakhnenko equation are obtained.  相似文献

本文用烟草叶片发生的愈伤组织,相继用L-4-氧赖氨酸(OL,1克/升),2%甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)和OL(4克/升)处理,选择并建立了抗OL的烟草愈伤组织突变体(W_0),它对乙硫氨酸(Eth)和5-甲基色氨酸(5MT)不表现交叉抗性。它比其亲本积累赖氨酸多一倍。从它再生出突变植株,在培养瓶内开花结籽。从突变植株发生次级愈伤组织(BCB)。检查了W_0和BCB对OL的抗性,赖氨酸含量和过氧化物酶同工酶谱带,证实与其亲本不同的上述三项特征都能通过再生传递在次级愈伤组织培养上表达。  相似文献

A 4-oxalysine-resistant cell line from tobacco callus was selected and established through successive treatments with 1-4-oxalysine(OL, 1g/1), 2% EMS and then OL(4g/1). The mutant callus was not cross resistant to Eth and 5MT and accumulated twice amount of lysine as that of the parent. Mutant pleats were regenerated from the mutant cells. The mutant plants flowered and set seeds within the culture flasks. A secondary mutant cell line was induced from the mutant plant. The eL-resistance, lysine content and peroxidase isoenzyme of both the mutant cell and secondary cell line were examined and confirmed that all these traits, which were different from those of the parent line, were transmitted through the mutant cell line to its secondary callus. Experiment on sexual transmission is under way.  相似文献

采用生物活性基团拼接的分子设计方法, 将活性基团2-氧吡咯烷引入到2H-[1,4]苯并噁嗪-3(4H)-酮分子结构的苯环上, 设计并合成了16个未见文献报道的N-取代-6-(3-氯-4-氯甲基-2-氧吡咯烷-1-基)-7-氟-3,4-二氢-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪-3-酮衍生物6a6p, 其结构经IR, 1H NMR, LC/MS和元素分析确证. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有较高的除草和杀虫活性, 如6c6f等化合物在用量为150 g/hm2时对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)、刺苋(Amaranthus spinosus)和藜(Chenopodium album L)等阔叶杂草具有90%以上的抑制率, 6l6o在500 mg/L浓度下对蚕豆蚜(Aphis fabae)具有90%以上的致死率, 个别化合物还兼具除草及杀虫活性.  相似文献
