电化学法研究苯磺酰类5-氟尿嘧啶衍生物与双链和G-四链DNA的相互作用

本文以自组装法制得的双链DNA（ds．DNA）和G-四链体DNA（G4-DNA）修饰的金电极为工作电极,以Fe（CN）63-／4-为电活性指示剂,采用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法研究了非电活性苯磺酰类5-氟尿嘧啶衍生物与ds-DNA和G4．DNA的相互作用．实验结果表明：苯磺酰类5-氟尿嘧啶与ds-DNA或G4．DNA的结合常数与苯环上邻、对位取代基的得失电子能力密切相关,强吸电子基团取代有利于苯磺酰类5-氟尿嘧啶选择性结合G-四链体DNA．     

Symmetry and conserved quantities of discrete generalized Birkhoffian system

The Noether symmetry,the Mei symmetry and the conserved quantities of discrete generalized Birkhoffian system are studied in this paper.Using the difference discrete variational approach,the difference discrete variational principle of discrete generalized Birkhoffian system is derived.The discrete equations of motion of the system are established.The criterion of Noether symmetry and Mei symmetry of the system is given.The discrete Noether and Mei conserved quantities and the conditions for their existence are obtained.Finally,an example is given to show the applications of the results.

以自组装法制得的双链DNA(ds-DNA)和G-四链体DNA(G4-DNA)修饰的金电极为工作电极, 以 为电活性指示剂, 采用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法研究了R和S型2-(5-氟尿嘧啶-1-乙酰基)氨基-1,5-戊二酸二甲酯(简称为(R)-5FUGlu和(S)-5FUGlu)与ds-DNA和G4-DNA相互作用. 实验结果表明: (1)与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)相反, (R)-5FUGlu或(S)-5FUGlu导致 在Au/ds-DNA和Au/G4-DNA修饰电极上的峰电位呈现负移行为|(2)随着5-FU, (R)-或(S)-5FUGlu浓度的增加, 在上述修饰电极上的峰电流均呈现下降现象, 且峰电流的下降值△I_p的倒数与药物浓度的倒数呈现良好的线性关系|(3)运用Langmuir公式计算获得5-FU, (S)-5FUGlu和(R)-5FUGlu与ds-DNA的结合常数分别为6.16×10³, 0.42×10³和0.58×10³ L•mol^－1, 而与G4-DNA 的结合常数分别为0.78×10³, 2.60×10³和5.29×10³ L•mol^－1|(4) (R)-5FUGlu和(S)-5FUGlu在浓度为10^－4, 10^－6, 10^－8 mol•L^－1时对HL-60肿瘤细胞生长的抑制率分别为55.8和2.8, 12.8和1.5以及5.9和0.6, 这与(R)-5FUGlu比(S)-5FUGlu分子具有更强的靶向结合G4-DNA能力相吻合.     

Conformal invariance and conserved quantity of third-order Lagrange equations for non-conserved mechanical systems

This paper studies conformal invariance and conserved quantity of third-order Lagrange equations for non-conserved mechanical systems. Third-order Lagrange equations, the definition and a determining equation of conformal invariance of the system are presented. The conformal factor expression is deduced from conformal invariance and Lie symmetry. The necessary and sufficient condition that conformal invariance of the system would have Lie symmetry under single-parameter infinitesimal transformations is obtained. The corresponding conserved quantity of conformal invariance is derived with the aid of a structure equation. Lastly, an example is given to illustrate the application of the results.     

变质量非完整系统的Lagrange对称性与守恒量

本文研究变质量非完整系统的Lagrange对称性, 给出变质量非完整系统Lagrange对称性的判据, 得到变质量非完整系统Lagrange对称性导致的守恒量及其存在的条件, 并举例说明结果的应用.     

Conformal invariance and a kind of Hojman conserved quantity of the Nambu system

Conformal invariance and a kind of Hojman conserved quantity of the Nambu system under infinitesimal transfor-mations are studied.The definition and the determining equation of conformal invariance of the system are presented.The necessary and sufficient condition under which the conformal invariance of the system would have Lie symmetry un-der infinitesimal transformations is derived.Then,the condition of existence and a kind of Hojman conserved quantity are obtained.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the application of the results.     

Perturbation to Mei symmetry and Mei adiabatic invariants for discrete generalized Birkhoffian system

Based on the concept of discrete adiabatic invariant,this paper studies the perturbation to Mei symmetry and Mei adiabatic invariants of the discrete generalized Birkhoffian system.The discrete Mei exact invariant induced from the Mei symmetry of the system without perturbation is given.The criterion of the perturbation to Mei symmetry is established and the discrete Mei adiabatic invariant induced from the perturbation to Mei symmetry is obtained.Meanwhile,an example is discussed to illustrate the application of the results.     

Perturbation to Noether Symmetry and Noether Adiabatic Invariants of General Discrete Holonomic Systems

The perturbation to Noether symmetry and Noether adiabatic invariants of general discrete holonomic systems are studied. First, the discrete Noether exact invariant induced directly from the Noether symmetry of the system without perturbation is given. Secondly, the concept of discrete high-order adiabatic invariant is presented, the criterion of the perturbation to Noether symmetry is established, and the discrete Noether adiabatic invariant induced directly from the perturbation to Noether symmetry is obtained. Lastly, an example is discussed to illustrate the application of the results.     

锂离子电池MnO/TiN负极研究

以乙酸锰和钛酸四丁酯为原料,柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸锰（MnTiO3）粉体,而后将其粉体高温氨气氮化,可得到MnO/TiN复合材料. 使用X射线衍射（XRD）、X射线能量色散谱（EDS）和场发射扫描电子显微镜（FESEM）表征材料的物相结构与组分、观察其形貌. 采用循环伏安、恒流充放电和电化学阻抗方法测试电极电化学性能. 结果表明,MnO/TiN电极在100 mA?g-1和1 A?g-1倍率放电下,比容量分别为394 mAh?g-1和146 mAh?g-1,均高于单纯MnO电极比容量和倍率性能,这归因于复合材料中的TiN提供了导电网络,并有效地抑制了电极在充放电过程中的体积膨胀效应.
