Effects of Substrate Temperature on Helium Content and Microstructure of Nanocrystalline Titanium Films

Helium-charged nanocrystalline titanium films have been deposited by HeAr magnetron co-sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature on the helium content and microstructure of the nanocrystalline titanium films have been studied. The results indicate that helium atoms with a high concentration are evenly incorporated in the deposited titanium films. When the substrate temperature increases from 60℃ to 350℃ while the other deposition＇parameters are fixed, the helium content decreases gradually from 38.6 at.% to 9.2at.%, which proves that nanocrystalline Ti films have a great helium storage capacity. The 20 angle of the Bragg peak of （002） crystal planes of the He-charged Ti film shifts to a lower angle and that of （100） crystal plane is unchanged as compared with that of the pure Ti film, which indicates that the lattice parameter c increases and a keeps at the primitive value. The grain refining and helium damage result in the diffraction peak broadening.

La掺杂对Bi4Ti3O12薄膜铁电性能的影响

利用Sol-Gel法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备出Bi4Ti3O12和Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12薄膜,研究了La掺杂对Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的晶体结构、铁电性能和疲劳特性的影响,发现La掺杂没有改变Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的基本晶体结构,并且提高了Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜的剩余极化值和抗疲劳性能,对La掺杂改善Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜性能的机理进行了讨论.     

“阳”加速器钼丝X-pinch初步实验研究

 在“阳”加速器上进行了直径分别为10, 15, 20 μm, 交叉角为32°,45°,60°的钼（Mo）丝X-pinch实验。“阳”加速器产生的电流峰值约520 kA，上升时间80 ns。实验中通过X射线功率谱仪和纳秒分幅相机等仪器对Mo丝X-pinch辐射特性进行了诊断。实验表明：Mo丝X-pinch过程中会出现多次X射线爆发，箍缩过程中产生的热点辐射出能量超过3 keV的X射线，探测到的最小热点直径小于30 μm。     

An Economical Magnetocardiogram System Based on High-To SQUIDs

An economical magnetocardiogram （MCG） system is built in our laboratory. It mainly consists of a MCG data acquisition stage equipped with two high-To superconducting quantum interference device （SQUID） magnetometers, a data processing stage with digital filtering and a one-layer μ-metal magnetically shielded room in conjunction with a high-Tc SQUID based active compensation. Experimental results show that a noise level of pico-tesla in MCG profiles, which is necessary for clinical applications, may be achieved with the system. Moreover, stable and convenient operations of the system are demonstrated with simulating MCG measurements.     

U-6Nb合金机加过程中的塑性变形及其消除方法

国外早在20世纪80年代初就已发现U-6Nb合金在机械加工过程中的尺寸不稳定性问题，并认为该现象可能是由于该合金所具有的高密度孪晶、低屈服应力及热弹性马氏体相变等特性共同作用的结果。结合U-6Nb合金的组织结构、机械加工工艺及热处理工艺，探讨U-6Nb合金在机械加工过程中产生塑性变形的原因并利用其具有形状记忆效应这一特性，采用200℃时效的方法探索其变形的消除方法。     

演示液体性质的小实验

在普通物理教材中,常描述将橄榄油浸在水同酒精的混合物中,在表面张力的作用下橄榄油取球形的实验。我们改用色拉油,重做了这一实验,效果相同。为进一步探讨,我们又设计了如下的新实验。实验一一般书上是叙述油滴悬浮在水和酒精混合液中的实验,我们设想这个实验倒过来做,让水和酒精的混合物悬浮在色拉油中,是否取得相同的效果?但事实并非完全如此。将色拉油装在烧杯中,用注射器将密度合适的     

1,1’-三亚甲基双环戊二烯基-特丁基镧四氢呋喃配合物的~(13)C核磁共振化学位移研究

随着有机金属化学的发展,人们对鑭系元素的有机金属化合物表现出越来越大的兴趣。七十年代以来这一领域已取得很大进展。相继合成了包含金属-碳囵π键及金属-碳σ键的许多有机金属化合物,其中对包含环戊二烯基的一类鑭系有机金属化合物的合成和性质研究尤为活跃。文献上对这类化合物的~(13)C核磁共振的实验研究只有过为数不多的一些报道,而用量子力学近似方法对鑭系配合物的~(13)C核磁共振化学位移进行计算则尚未见报道。本文在这一方面以1,1′-三亚甲基双环戊二烯基-特丁基鑭四氢呋喃配合物为对象进行一些尝试性探讨。
