为了寻求新型蚜虫控制剂,以蚜虫报警信息素(E)-β-farnesene(EBF)为先导,引入不同类型的杂环取代EBF结构中不稳定的共轭双键,设计合成了一系列不同杂环取代的EBF类似物.所有化合物结构均通过1H NMR、13C NMR、IR及HRMS确证.对化合物进行了生物活性测试及初步构效关系分析.结果表明,所有化合物均对桃蚜和大豆蚜表现出一定的生物活性,部分化合物的杀虫活性优于先导EBF,酯基的引入则对驱避活性有利. 相似文献

Highly dispersed palladium nanoclusters incorporated on amino‐functionalized silica sphere surfaces (Pd/SiO2‐NH2) were fabricated by a simple one‐pot synthesis utilizing 3‐(2‐aminoethylamino)propyltrimethoxysilane (AAPTS) as coordinating agent. Uniform palladium nanoclusters with an average size of 1.1 nm can be obtained during the co‐condensation of tetraethyl orthosilicate and AAPTS owing to the strong interaction between palladium species and amino groups in AAPTS. The palladium particle size can be controlled by addition of AAPTS and plays a significant role in the catalytic performance. The Pd/SiO2‐NH2 catalyst exhibits high catalytic activity for succinic acid hydrogenation with 100% conversion and 94% selectivity towards γ‐butyrolactone using 1,4‐dioxane as solvent at 240°C and 60 bar for 4 h. Fully utilizing solar energy for catalysis requires the integration of conversion mechanisms and therefore delicate design of catalyst structures and active species. Herein, a MOF crystal engineering method was developed to controllably synthesize a copper–ceria catalyst with well-dispersed photoactive Cu-[O]-Ce species. Using the preferential oxidation of CO as a model reaction, the catalyst showed remarkably efficient and stable photoactivated catalysis, which found practical application in feed gas treatment for fuel cell gas supply. The coexistence of photochemistry and thermochemistry effects contributes to the high efficiency. Our results demonstrate a catalyst design approach with atomic or molecular precision and a combinatorial photoactivation strategy for solar energy conversion. 相似文献

The non-isothermal crystallization behaviors of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)/polyamide 6 (PA6) composites were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Three methods, namely, Avrami, Ozawa and Mo, were carried out to analyze the non-isothermal crystallization data. The results showed that the MWNTs in PA6 acted as effective nucleation agents. However the crystallization rate of composites obtained was lower than that of the neat PA6. It is indicated that the presence of MWNTs influenced the mechanism of nucleation and the growth of PA6 crystallites. 相似文献

A modified internal lock-mass calibration method is introduced for improving the mass measurement accuracy of the product ion spectra derived from sustained off-resonance irradiation collision-induced dissociation (SORI-CID) Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FTICR) mass spectrometry. This method involves an initial external calibration of the Fourier transform mass spectrometer to obtain the initial A- and B-terms for the equation (f(i) = A/(m/z)(i) + B). The A-term is adjusted by using an empirical relationship between the up-shift of the A-term and the pulse-gas duration, whereas the B-term is adjusted by using the mass of the unfragmented precursor ion from the SORI-CID mass spectrum of the unknown sample as internal lock-mass. These adjusted A- and B-terms are then used to provide exact mass SORI-CID calibration for the unknown sample. The modified internal lock-mass method achieved average mass measurement accuracy of approximately 3 ppm which is significantly better than that of the conventional internal lock-mass calibration ( approximately 9 ppm) and is approaching that of the internal calibration ( approximately 2 ppm) and requires no addition of internal calibrant or instrumental modifications. 相似文献

建立了测定人尿中异黄酮组分(大豆苷原、黄豆黄素、雌马酚、染料木黄酮)含量的反相高效液相色谱法。在尿样中加入黄酮作为内标,异黄酮经酶解后在pH=7.0中性条件下用乙酸乙酯(1∶1)提取,然后用0.02%TFA-M eOH-ACN三元梯度洗脱的方法分离异黄酮。在该条件下,大豆苷原、黄豆黄素、雌马酚、染料木黄酮的检出限分别为12.9 nmol/L、13.9 nmol/L、71.6 nmol/L和11.8 nmol/L;回收率均在89%以上。本方法具有测试步骤简单、准确度高、重现性好等优点,适合大批量样品测定。 相似文献

We have developed a simple method to prepare bright and photostable luminescent silica nanoparticles of different sizes and narrow size distribution in high yield. The method is based on the use of St?ber synthesis in the presence of a fluorophore to form bright silica nanoparticles. Unlike micro-emulsion-based methods often used to prepare luminescent silica particles, the St?ber method is a one-pot synthesis that is carried out at room temperature under alkaline conditions in ethanol:water mixtures and avoids the use of potentially toxic organic solvents and surfactants. Our luminescent particles contained the transition metal complex tris(1,10-phenanthroline) ruthenium(II) chloride, [Ru(phen)3]Cl2. They showed higher photostability and a longer fluorescence lifetime compared to free Ru(phen)3 solutions. Leakage of dye molecules from the silica particles was negligible, which was attributed to strong electrostatic attractions between the positively charged ruthenium complex and the negatively charged silica. To demonstrate the utility of the highly luminescent silica nanoparticles in bioassays, we further modified their surface with streptavidin and demonstrated their binding to biotinylated glass slides. The study showed that digital counting of the luminescent nanoparticles could be used as an attractive alternative to detection techniques involving analogue luminescence detection in bioanalytical assays. 相似文献
