N, N′ -diphenylthiourea reacts with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in acetone to form 1:1 adducts, which undergo a cyclization reaction to produce alkyl (Z)-2-[4-oxo-3-phenyl-2-(phenylimino)-1,3-thiazolan-5-yliden]acetates in fairly good yields. NMR spectra indicated that the reaction is completely stereoselective.  相似文献

A Novel thermosensitive dendritic copolymer based on polyethylene glycol(PEG) and poly(Nisopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAm) with a cloud point(CP) around 36 ?C was successfully synthesized by preparation of a dendritic polyol and followed by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) of N-isopropylacrylamide. The dendritic copolymer was characterized using gel-permeation chromatography(GPC), FTIR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The selfassociation behavior of the copolymer in aqueous medium was investigated by dynamic light scattering(DLS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). These investigations confirmed that the dendritic copolymer showed different association behaviors at various temperatures.  相似文献

In this study, we explore the tripartite quantum correlations by employing the quantum relative entropy as a distance measure. First, we evaluate the explicit expression for nonlinear entanglement witness (EW) of tripartite systems in the four dimensional space that lends itself to a straightforward algorithm for finding closest separable state (CSS) to the generic state. Then using nonlinear EW with specific feasible regions (FRs), quantum discord is derived analytically for the three-qubit and tripartite systems in the four dimensional space. Furthermore, we explicitly figure out the additivity relation of quantum correlations in tripartite systems.  相似文献

Characterization of the multipartite mixed state entanglement is still a challenging problem. This is due to the fact that the entanglement for the mixed states, in general, is defined by a convex-roof extension. That is the entanglement measure of a mixed state ρ of a quantum system can be defined as the minimum average entanglement of an ensemble of pure states. In this paper, we show that polynomial entanglement measures of degree 2 of even-N qubits X states is in the full agreement with the genuine multipartite (GM) concurrence. Then, we plot the hierarchy of entanglement classification for four qubit pure states and then using new invariants, we classify the four qubit pure states. We focus on the convex combination of the classes whose at most the one of the invariants is non-zero and find the relationship between entanglement measures consist of non-zero-invariant, GM concurrence and one-tangle. We show that in many entanglement classes of four qubit states, GM concurrence is equal to the square root of one-tangle.  相似文献

Papain exists in a molten globule (MG) state at pH 2 and in this state protein tends to aggregate in the presence of lower concentrations of guanidine hydrochloride (GuHCl). Such aggregation is prevented if low concentrations of sodium n-alkyl sulfates are also present in the buffer; in addition, stabilization of the protein is also induced. The guanidine hydrochloride and temperature-induced unfolding of papain, in the presence of n-alkyl sulfates, indicate stabilization of the protein as seen from the higher transition midpoints when monitored by fluorescence, circular dichroism, and differential scanning calorimetry. However, a similar phenomenon is not seen under neutral conditions in the presence of n-alkyl sulfate concentrations. The effect of n-alkyl sulfates on the structure of the MG state of papain was utilized to investigate the contribution of hydrophobic interaction to the stability of the MG state. The Td values of the MG states of papain in the presence of n-alkyl sulfates at different concentrations showed substantial variation. The enhancement of Td values at the stability criterion of MG states corresponded with increasing chain length of the cited n-alkyl sulfates. The present results suggest that the hydrophobic interactions play important roles in stabilizing and preventing the aggregation of the MG state of papain.  相似文献

An effervescent tablet-assisted switchable polarity solvent–based homogeneous liquid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography with flame ionization detection has been conducted for the separation, preconcentration, and detection of permethrin and deltamethrin in the river water specimens. Triethylamine (TEA) was utilized as the switchable polarity solvent in this method. The switching process was carried out by the dissolution of an effervescent tablet including an effervescency agent (sodium carbonate) and a proton donor agent (citric acid). Changing the pH of the specimen solution enhanced the conversion of TEA into protonated triethylamine carbonate through the tablet that generated carbon dioxide bubbles in situ. Finally, the addition of sodium hydroxide changed the ionization state of TEA and separated the two phases. Influential factors in the extraction were investigated. According to optimal situations, the limit of detection and the limit of quantification were 0.16 and 0.5 μg L−1 for permethrin and 0.03 and 0.1 μg L−1 for deltamethrin, respectively. The preconcentration factor was 194 in river water samples and inter- and intra-day precision (relative standard deviation %; n = 5) was <5%. The extraction recovery was obtained in the range of 93.0%–97% for permethrin and deltamethrin in water samples.  相似文献
