The β-mannanase gene (1,029 nucleotide) from Bacillus subtilis MAFIC-S11, encoding a polypeptide of 342 amino acids, was cloned and expressed in Pichia pastoris. To increase its expression, the β-mannanase gene was optimized for codon usage (mannS) and fused downstream to a sequence-encoding modified α-factor signal peptide. The expression level was improved by 2-fold. This recombinant enzyme (mannS) showed its highest activity of 24,600 U/mL after 144-h fermentation. The optimal temperature and pH of mannS were 50 °C and 6.0, respectively, and its specific activity was 3,706 U/mg. The kinetic parameters V max and K m were determined as 20,000 U/mg and 8 mg/mL, respectively, representing the highest ever expression level of β-mannanase reported in P. pastoris. In addition, the enzyme exhibited much higher binding activity to chitin, chitosan, Avicel, and mannan. The superior catalytic properties of mannS suggested great potential as an effective additive in animal feed industry. 相似文献

Three types of new bis(ether dianhydride) monomers, [4,4′‐(2‐(3′‐methylphenyl)‐1,4‐phenylenedioxy)‐diphthalic anhydride (4a)], [4,4′‐(2‐(3′‐trifluoromethylphenyl)‐1,4‐phenylenedioxy)‐diphthalic anhydride (4b)], and [4,4′‐(2‐(3′,5′‐ditrifluoromethylphenyl)‐1,4‐phenylenedioxy)‐diphthalic anhydride (4c)] were prepared via a multistep reaction sequence. Three series of soluble poly(ether imide)s (PEIs) were prepared from the obtained dianhydrides by a two‐step chemical imidization method. Experimental results indicated that all the PEIs had glass transition temperature in the range of 200–230 °C and the temperature of 5% weight loss in the range of 520–590 °C under nitrogen. The PEIs showed excellent solubility in a variety of organic solvents due to introduction of the bulky pendant groups and were capable of forming tough films. The casting films of PEIs (80–91 μm in thickness) had tensile strengths in the range from 88 to 117 MPa, tensile modulus from 2.14 to 2.47 GPa, and elongation at break from 15 to 27%. The casting films showed UV‐Vis absorption edges at 357–377 nm, low dielectric constants of 2.73–2.82, and water uptakes lower than 0.66 wt %. The spin‐coated films of PEIs presented a minimum birefringence value as low as 0.0122 at 650 nm and low optical absorption at the optical communication wavelengths of 1310 and 1550 nm. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了自适应卡尔曼滤波技术在移动卫星通讯系统中的应用.首先分析长时间工作的移动卫星通讯系统对导航定位系统的要求,其次通过对系统建模建立系统方程,利用GPS信息和激光陀螺惯性导航系统(LINS)信息建立量测方程.为了避免滤波发散,卡尔曼滤波算法采用Sage&Husa算法.最后给出在北京西郊跑车实验的结果.实验结果表明采用自适应卡尔曼滤波技术的LINS/GPS组合导航系统可以有效地改善移动卫星通讯系统的性能. 相似文献

In this paper, we develop corrected quadrature formulas by approximating the derivatives of the integrand that appear in the asymptotic error expansion of the quadrature, using only the function values in the original quadrature rule. A new beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) derivative, 2-O-(2-hydroxybutyl)-beta-CD (HB-beta-CD), was successfully synthesized and used as chiral selector in capillary zone electrophoresis. Six chiral drugs, such as anisodamine, ketoconazole, propranolol, promethazine, adrenaline and chlorphenamine enantiomers, belonging to different classes of compounds of pharmaceutical interest were resolved. The chiral resolution (R(S)) was strongly influenced by the concentrations of the cyclodextrin derivative, the background electrolyte, and the pH of the background electrolyte. Under the conditions of 50 mmol/L tris-phosphate buffer at pH 2.5 containing 5 mmol/L 2-O-(2-hydroxybutyl)-beta-CD, the baseline separation of enantiomers, such as anisodamine (R(S) = 3.10), ketoconazole (R(S) = 3.01), propranolol (R(S) = 3.87), promethazine (R(S) = 3.63), adrenaline (R(S) = 3.42) and chlorphenamine (R(S) = 2.96), could be achieved. 相似文献

In this paper, we first show that there is a Hom-Lie algebra structure on the set of(σ, σ)-derivations of an associative algebra. Then we construct the dual representation of a representation of a Hom-Lie algebra.We introduce the notions of a Manin triple for Hom-Lie algebras and a purely Hom-Lie bialgebra. Using the coadjoint representation, we show that there is a one-to-one correspondence between Manin triples for Hom-Lie algebras and purely Hom-Lie bialgebras. Finally, we study coboundary purely Hom-Lie bialgebras and construct solutions of the classical Hom-Yang-Baxter equations in some special Hom-Lie algebras using Hom-O-operators. 相似文献
