Sheet-like ZSM-5 has been regarded as a promising material for catalytic applications due to its diffusion superiority. However, it still remains a challenge to obtain a desirable sheet-like morphology because of the complex synthesis process of zeolites. Here, a facile strategy for synthesizing sheet-like ZSM-5 is developed by only adding ethanol as zeolite growth modifier in the synthesis gel. It is thought that ethanol might be preferentially absorbed on the {010} surface of zeolite crystals, interact with the exposed silicon hydroxyl groups on the crystal {010} facet, and suppress the growth of b axis, resulting in the sheet-like shape. Through finely tunning synthesis parameters, sheet-like ZSM-5 crystals with thin b-axis thickness of 90 nm and different aspect ratios could be obtained. Owing to its shorter diffusion path and optimized acidity, sheet-like ZSM-5 exhibits better catalytic performance than conventional ZSM-5 in the alkylation of benzene with ethanol. 相似文献

采用酸处理Al-β脱铝以产生T"空位",再高温焙烧插入Sn,即脱铝补位两步法制备了杂原子Sn-β分子筛.考察了β沸石中T"空位"数量、母体硅铝比和焙烧温度等因素对Sn-β分子筛形成与性能的影响,并利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、扫描电镜、X射线荧光光谱和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱等手段及环己酮Baeyer-Villiger(B-V)氧化反应,对催化剂进行了表征和评价.结果表明,脱铝补位两步法可以制备Sn-β分子筛,且Sn以四配位形式存在于分子筛骨架中,在对环己酮B-V氧化反应中表现出较高的催化活性. 相似文献

用亚微米级晶种涂层法合成NaA沸石膜及其结构表征 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
在大孔α-Al2O3陶瓷管载体上,采用亚微米级晶种涂层法在澄清溶液体系中二次生长成膜,制备了NaA沸石膜. 采用TEM,SEM和XRD等手段对晶种、陶瓷载体及沸石膜的结构、晶体形貌和成膜情况进行了表征. 结果表明,合成晶种的晶粒呈立方体,颗粒小(约150 nm)而均匀,无杂晶,可作为晶种在载体上进行预涂. 载体的孔径大而不均匀,表面粗糙不平整,直接成膜则表面仅有较少的沸石晶粒沉积,不能连续成膜. 经亚微米级晶种涂层后,载体表面形成了一层均匀、光滑的晶种层(厚度为2~3 μm); 水热晶化成膜后,膜表面晶粒相互交织生长完好,无晶间隙,所得膜致密,连续,规整,清晰,无裂缺. 该法是一种制备沸石膜的好方法. 相似文献

本文主要描述了由配体2,11-二硫代[3.3]二聚对二甲苯与线性氟代二羧酸银反应制得的三个银配合物的结构。这些配合物的结构因氟代二羧酸银的不同,差别也很大。配体2,11-二硫代[3.3]二聚对二甲苯与氟代丁二酸银反应得到的配合物1是一维链状结构;将银盐换成氟代戊二酸银则获得了三维立体结构的配合物2;若使用氟代己二酸银,则得到了二维多孔的配合物3。在多孔配合物3中,每个孔中容纳了两个客体三甲苯分子,在150℃时这些客体分子可被完全脱除。 相似文献

采用重量法在电子天平上,研究了C2H4和N2单组分在5A、13X、丝光沸石和炭分子筛不同吸附剂上的吸附平衡性质和扩散动力学性质。单柱模拟变压吸附评价了炭分子筛吸附脱除C2H4-N2(N2为4.7%)混合组分中N2的性能,并对流速和压力的影响进行了考察。研究表明,该炭分子筛是吸附脱除C2H4中少量N2的理想吸附剂。 相似文献

苯直接一步氧化合成苯酚是开辟苯酚合成路线具有挑战性的热点课题之一.近年来研究和开发了以N2O、H2O2和O23种不同氧化剂体系为核心和主流的苯氧化合成苯酚路线.本文详细综述了目前3种不同氧化体系的研究进展和趋势,分析了各种合成路线的特点和工业应用前景.以N2O为氧化剂合成苯酚路线,技术趋于成熟,但N2O来源受限而影响其经济性和推广应用;以H2O2为氧化剂合成苯酚路线,是环境友好过程,有开发潜力,但技术还很不成熟,而且也因H2O2价格昂贵带来了经济成本问题;以O2为氧化剂、氢气为还原剂体系合成苯酚路线,是环境清洁可持续发展制备路线,具有很好的开发潜力,此外无机膜催化合成苯酚路线也更具吸引力. 相似文献

Four new dinuclear complexes of the type [M2(cyclen)2(suc)]Cl2 · nH2O (M = Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, cyclen = 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane, suc = succinate) have been obtained by the reaction of cyclen and succinate with
the corresponding metal dichlorides in aqueous solution. All the complexes were characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic
methods. The crystal structure of [Ni2(cyclen)2(suc)]Cl2 · 2H2O was determined. The four complexes have similar compositions and structures and are all bridged by succinate. Furthermore,
the hydrolysis of bis(2,4-dinitrophenyl)phosphate (BDNPP) promoted by the four complexes was studied. The experimental results
indicate that these complexes can efficiently catalyze hydrolysis of BDNPP, and their catalytic activities are in the order
