比较了5种大孔吸附树脂对大豆皂苷的吸附等温线、吸附容量、解吸率和吸附动力学。发现ZTC-1树脂对大豆皂苷吸附量大、解吸容易、吸附速度快，是一种良好的大豆皂苷吸附荆，AB-8树脂次之．选择ZTC-l树脂纯化大豆皂苷粗提液，得到大豆皂苷产品纯度为78．2％(干物质)，回收率为93．1％．     

Does charge carrier dimensionality increase in mixed-valence salts of tetrathiafulvalene-terminated dendrimers?

[structure: see text] In four new dendrimers terminated by 12 electroactive tetrathiafulvalenyl substituents, the tridimensional character of the inter- and intradendrimeric charge and electron transfer, and hence of the electroconductivity, is evidenced by examination of the electronic spectra of their corresponding neutral state and cation radical, dication, and mixed-valence salts, including a closed-shell anion.     

Low generation PEGylated phosphorus-containing dendrons with phosphonate anchors

We present a simple strategy to obtain non-symmetrical polyethylene glycols equipped with telechelic phosphorus-containing dendrimeric moieties having adhesive phosphonate surface functions. The dendronized PEG tails were characterized by means of multi-nucleus NMR. The grafting abilities of model symmetrical PEG compounds equipped with telechelic amino-bis(methylene-dimethylphosphonates) and amino-bis(methylenephosphonic acids) were rapidly screened on plasma treated silicon wafers and activated silica.     

Phosphorus dendrimers as viewed by 31P NMR spectroscopy; synthesis and characterization

This review emphasizes the role of phosphorus for the elaboration of dendrimers and of various highly sophisticated dendritic structures, and the invaluable role played by ³¹P NMR for their characterization and to ascertain their purity. A few properties, highlighting the importance of phosphorus are reported at the end of this review.     

Efficient synthesis of phosphorus-containing dendrimers capped with isosteric functions of amino-bismethylene phosphonic acids

An efficient synthetic strategy to synthesize phosphorus-containing dendrimers capped with isosteric acid functions derived from tyramine is described. The method is demonstrated on a first generation dendrimer that can be easily capped with 12 amino(bismethylene) sulfonic acids and amino(bismethylene) carboxylic acids that are strict analogs of the corresponding amino(bismethylene) phosphonic acids.     

Naked Au55 clusters: dramatic effect of a thiol-terminated dendrimer

Reaction of the thiol-terminated fourth-generation dendrimer 2-G4 (96 SH groups) with the gold cluster compound Au55(PPh3)12Cl6 in a 3:1 molar ratio in dichloromethane results in the formation of bare Au55 clusters. The cuboctahedrally shaped Au55 particles coalesce to well-formed microcrystals (Au55) infinity. The role of the dendrimer is not only to remove the phosphine and chlorine ligands but also to act as an ideal matrix for perfect crystal growth. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), small- and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (SAXRD and WAXRD) measurements indicate a structure where rows of edge-linked Au55 building blocks form a distorted cubic lattice. The X-ray data fit best if a 5% reduction of the Au-Au bond length in the Au55 clusters is assumed, in agreement with previous extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) measurements. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analyses and IR investigations show the absence of PPh3 and Cl in the microcrystals.     

A new uncertainty analysis for the transformation method

In this paper, a new uncertainty analysis for the transformation method (TM) is proposed. As a practical implementation of fuzzy arithmetic, the TM is a convenient tool for the simulation and analysis of systems with uncertain parameters that are expressed by fuzzy numbers. The proposed uncertainty analysis and the sensitivity analysis of the TM complete each other in providing some quantification of the relationship between the uncertainties of the system input and the system output. The computation of gain factors is proposed, which allows the estimation of the absolute and relative measures of uncertainty. These measures allow the quantification of the influence of the uncertainty of the input on the uncertainty of the output.     

Phosphorus-containing dendrimers bearing galactosylceramide analogs: self-assembly properties

We report the synthesis and the supramolecular auto-assembly of catanionic phosphorus-containing dendrimers mimicking multisite analogs of galactosylceramide.
