With the increasing concerns of the environment, more and more chemists are devoted to the research of the "green synthesis" which means that the reagent, solvent and catalyst are environmentally friendly in the organic chemical reactions. The importance of aqueous reaction is now generally recognized, and development of carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions that can be carried out in aqueous media is now one of the most challenging topics in organic synthesis.[1]Herein, we report a clean synthesis of 3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-9-aryl-1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthene derivatives from aromatic aldehyde and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexadione using p-dodecylbenezenesulfonic acid (DBSA) as the catalyst in water.This method provides several advantages such as high yield, simple work-up procedure and environmental friendliness and water was chosen as a green solvent. The Michael addition of 1,5-diaryl-1,4-pentadien-3-ones with active methylene compounds has been the subjects of many investigations. Ultrasound has increasingly been used in organic synthesis in the last three decades. Compared with traditional methods, this method is more convenient and easily controlled. A large number of organic reactions can be carried out in higher yield, shorter reaction time or milder conditions under ultrasonic irradiation. KF/Al2O3 as a useful solid supported catalyst has received considerable attention because of their high level of chemoselectivity and environmental compatibility as well as simplicity of operation and their ready availability at low cost. Herein we report the double Michael addition of dibenzalacetone with active methlene compounds such as dimethyl malonate, diethyl malonate,methyl cyanoacetate and ethyl cyanoacetate catalyzed by KF/Al2O3 under ultrasound irradiation. 相似文献

Acylhydrazine and hydrazine are highly reactive chemicals that have a wide spectrum of uses such as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and as a fuel and propellant in aircraft, rockets and satellites. And they can react with microelement in the organism, so they were reported to possess different biological and pharmacological activities, such as antiphthistic, antitumour and so on. But, acylhydrazine and hydrazine have free group of NH2, so they usually have some toxicity to the organism. Hydrazones were investigated in view of the possibility of their being less toxic than the parent hydrazides, because of the blocking of the free NH2 group. In order to reduce the toxicity to the organism, people have been interested in the hydrazones compounds in recent years.
