We report the detection of nascent PO produced via the collision-free IR photolysis of dimethyl methylphosphonate. Absorption throughout the B2Σ+ ← X2Π system is followed by excitation using 266 nm radiation, which results in PO+ + e. On-line preconcentration system for the selective, sensitive and simultaneous determination of chromium species was investigated. Dual mini-columns containing chelating resin were utilized for the speciation and preconcentration of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) in water samples. In this system, Cr(III) was collected on first column packed with iminodiacetate resin. Cr(VI) in the effluent from the first column was reduced to Cr(III), which was collected on the second column packed with iminodiacetate resin. Hydroxyammonium chloride was examined as a potential reducing agent for Cr(VI) to Cr(III).The effects of pH, sample flow rate, column length, and interfering ions on the recoveries of Cr(III) were carefully studied. Five millilitres of a sample solution was introduced into the system. The collected species were then sequentially washed by 1 M ammonium acetate, eluted by 2 M nitric acid and measured by ICP-AES. The detection limit for Cr(III) and Cr(VI) was 0.08 and 0.15 μg l−1, respectively. The total analysis time was about 9.4 min.The developed method was successfully applied to the speciation of chromium in river, tap water and wastewater samples with satisfied results. 相似文献

The mechanism of the reaction of tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA) with cumene hydroperoxide (CHP) and iron ions was investigated. It was found that (1) TEPA did not reduce Fe(III); (2) TEPA was consumed by this reaction; (3) both Fe(II) and Fe(III) were effective for this reaction. It was shown that though the O? O bond of a hydroperoxide could be cleaved only at elevated temperatures, it could be easily cleaved by the reaction with the iron–TEPA complex. To explore new cavity functions, we herein employed cis-trans stereoisomers with a N=N, C=C, or C=N unit as guest indicators for a polyaromatic capsule. Thanks to the rigid, spherical cavity with a diameter of ∼1 nm, azobenzene and stilbene derivatives are quantitatively encapsulated by the capsule with 100 % cis-selectivity in water. The isomerization of the cis-azo compound is suppressed against heat and light in the cavity, due to the confinement effect. Furthermore, C,N-diphenyl imine derivatives are quantitatively encapsulated by the capsule in water and adopt an otherwise unstable cis-form. The polyaromatic cavity suppresses the hydrolysis of the imines in water, even at elevated temperature, due to the shielding effect. Accordingly, the properties of the cis-trans isomers could be largely altered through supramolecular manipulation. 相似文献

Metal‐free oxidative C? C coupling by using polyalkoxybenzene‐derived diaryliodonium(III) salts as both the oxidant and aryl source has been developed. These salts can induce single‐electron‐transfer (SET) oxidation to yield electron‐rich arenes and subsequently transfer the polyalkoxyphenyl group into in situ generated aromatic radical cations to produce biaryl products. The reaction is promoted by a Lewis acid that activates the iodonium salts. It has been revealed that the reactivity of the salts under acidic conditions is quite different to their known behavior under basic conditions. The reactivity preference of a series of iodonium salts in the SET oxidation and their ligand transfer abilities have been systematically investigated and the results are summarized in this report. 相似文献

Phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP) is a phosphorylated glycolytic intermediate that can penetrate the RBC membrane and be metabolized to 2,3-DPG and ATP. In this study, we evaluated the effects of PEP treatment on canine red blood cells (RBCs) cryopreserved with 12.5% (w/v) HES. RBCs were incubated for 30, 60, and 90 min at 37 degrees C with PEP solution containing 60 mM mannitol, 30 mM sodium chloride, 25 mM glucose, 1 mM adenine and 50 mM PEP (340 m osm/kg), pH 6.0 and then cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen with 12.5% (w/v) HES for 2 weeks. 2,3-DPG and saline stabilities of the PEP treated groups were increased and osmotic fragility indices were significantly decreased compared to the untreated control group. There were no differences in 2,3-DPG levels within the PEP treated groups with different PEP incubation times. These results suggest that PEP treatment may be beneficial for the cryopreservation of canine RBCs with HES. 相似文献

The intramolecular Pauson–Khand cyclization in the presence of both aniline and nitrobenzene was used to improve the construction of N-nitrobenzenesulfonyl-protected 3-azabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane skeletons. We found that aniline enhanced the cyclization and that nitrobenzene prevents the concurrent reduction in this process. This combination of mediators allows for the efficient synthesis of bioactive azabicyclic nonane-type alkaloids and the use of milder deprotection conditions in the synthetic route. 相似文献

We have investigated electronic deep levels in two AlGaN/GaN hetero‐structures with different current collapses grown at 1150 and 1100 °C by a photo‐capacitance spectroscopy technique, using Schottky barrier diodes. Three specific deep levels located at ~2.07, ~2.80, and ~3.23 eV below the conduction band were found to be significantly enhanced for severe current collapse, being in reasonable agreement with photoluminescence and capacitance–voltage characteristics. These levels probably originate in Ga vacancies and residual C impurities and are probably responsible for the current collapse phenomena of the AlGaN/GaN hetero‐structures.
