Template-induced synthetic routes for azacalix[n](2,6)pyridines (n = 3, 4) have been elaborated. The proton and nickel ion served as the efficient template for the cyclization reactions, and the presence of the templates preferentially afforded the cyclic trimers and tetramers in moderate to good yields, respectively. The compatibility of the cyclic tetramer with nickel ion was also confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Computational studies to determine the origin of enantioselectivity in the (1R,2R)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine (DEPN)–Brønsted acid catalyzed epoxidation of 2-cyclohexen-1-one have been performed using density functional theory. Transition states for conjugate addition and ring closure steps of the epoxidations catalyzed by three different catalyst systems were characterized. Our calculations show that the Csp2H?O H-bond interaction between the benzene ring of the catalyst and H2O is mainly responsible for the chiral discrimination observed. The Brønsted acid counterion plays a very important role in ensuring high enantioselectivity by improving the rigidity of the transition state structures to allow the efficient formation of the Csp2H?O H-bond. Moreover, we explain why these two diamine catalysts (1S,2S)-DACH and (1R,2R)-DPEN display consistent enantioselectivities in the catalytic epoxidation of 2-cyclohexen-1-one when combining with three different cocatalysts; achiral TFA, and chiral (R)- and (S)-TRIP.  相似文献

The article describes a bienzyme visual system for aptamer-based assay of Hg(II) at nanomolar levels. The detection scheme is based on the finding that Hg(II) ions captured by aptamer-functionalized magnetic beads are capable of inhibiting the enzymatic activity of uricase and thus affect the formation of H2O2 and the blue product, i.e., oxidized tetramethylbenzidine. This strategy allows for a visual detection of Hg(II) at nanomolar levels without additional amplification procedure. Measuring the absorbance at 650 nm, the logarithmic calibration plot is linear in the concentration range of 0.5–50 nM and the limit of detection (LOD) is 0.15 nM. This is as low as the LOD obtained by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). The ions K+, Mg2+, Na+, Ca2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Fe3+, Al3+, Co2+, AsO2 ?, Ni2+, Cd2+ and Pb2+ do not have a significant effect on color formation. The method was applied to the analysis of (spiked) river water, lake water, mineral water, tap water and certified reference water samples, and the results agreed well with those obtained by AFS or certified values, with recoveries ranging from 97% to 109%. The relative standard deviation for five parallel detections at a 10 nM Hg(II) level is 5.2%.

Based on continuous review (rQ) policy, this paper deals with contracts for vendor managed inventory (VMI) program in a system comprising a single vendor and a single retailer. Two business scenarios that are popular in VMI program are “vendor with ownership” and “retailer with ownership”. Taking the system performance in centralized control as benchmark, we define a contract “perfect” if the contract can enable the system to be coordinated and can guarantee the program to be trusted. A revenue sharing contract is designed for vendor with ownership, and a franchising contract is designed for retailer with ownership. Without consideration of order policy and related costs at the vendor site, it is shown that one contract can perform satisfactorily and the other one is a perfect contract. 指控装备通信接口种类繁多,每种接口的测试需求也不尽相同,传统接口测试系统大多仅针对某个厂家的具体设备和接口开发,功能单一,软硬件重用率低,更新维护成本高。针对上述问题,分析总结了指控装备通信接口的接口特性和测试需求,通过深入研究小型化SCA技术,设计了满足通信接口可重构测试需求的自定义中间件和自定义核心框架,完成了可在通用小型硬件平台上实现的指控装备通信接口可重构测试系统软件框架。由系统典型测试流程图可看出,用户仅通过更改应用组件和系统配置即可实现对多种通信接口的可重构测试,增强了测试系统的通用性和灵活性,提高了测试系统软硬件的重用率,降低了接口测试系统的开发和维护费用。  相似文献

Reported herein is a one‐pot protocol for the oxodealkenylative introduction of carbonyl functionalities into terpenes and terpene‐derived compounds. This transformation proceeds by Criegee ozonolysis of an alkene, reductive cleavage of the resulting α‐alkoxy hydroperoxide, trapping of the generated alkyl radical with 2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidin‐1‐yl (TEMPO), and subsequent oxidative fragmentation with MMPP. Using readily available starting materials from chiral pool, a variety of carbonyl‐containing products have been accessed rapidly in good yields.  相似文献

An optimized dual fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is proposed for 980-nm semiconductor lasers without thermoelectric coolers to restrict temperature-induced wavelength shift.The mathematical model of the temperature-induced wavelength shift of the laser with the dual FBG is built using the external cavity feedback rate equations.The external cavity parameters are optimized for achieving the stability mode-locking laser output.The spectral characteristics of the dual FBG stabilized laser are measured to range from 0 to 70 °C.The side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) is more than 45 dB,while the full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) is less than 1 nm.The peak wavelength shift is less than 0.1 nm.The dual FBG wavelength shift proportional coefficient is between 0.1086 and 0.4342.  相似文献

The luminescence properties of the tetranuclear bimetallic lanthanide complexes Sm2Eu2 ( 1 ) and Eu2Tb2 ( 2 ), were compared with those of the analogous homometallic complexes [Sm43‐OH)2(salen)2(acac)6(CH3OH)2] · CH3OH ( 3 ) and [Eu43‐OH)2(salen)2(acac)6(CH3OH)2] ( 4 ) [H2salen = N, N′‐ethylenebis(salicylideneimine), Hacac = acetylacetonate]. X‐ray crystallographic analysis reveals that complexes 3 and 4 have planar tetranuclear structures. For the Eu2Tb2 configurational isomer, the TbIII ion in complex 2 mainly serves as a sensitizer. The quantum yields and lifetime measurements for 2 support the premise that Ln/Ln energy transfer occurs in such lanthanide bimetallic complexes, along with the usual ligand‐to‐metal triplet energy pathways. Complexes 3 and 4 exhibit the characteristic metal‐centered emission.  相似文献

A new theoretical model of the dual-FBG external cavity based on the couple-mode theory has been proposed for controlling the output spectral characteristics of the semiconductor laser with dual-FBG external cavity. The output spectral characteristics have been studied through the analyses of the external cavity length, the FBG length and the fiber length between the two FBGs. The results reveal that the side mode suppression ratio (SMSR), the full wave at half maximum (FWHM), the longitudinal mode interval (LMI) and the stability of the central wavelength are mainly determined by the effective external transmissivity, the fiber length between the two FBGs and the external cavity length, respectively. Furthermore, the rising/falling tendencies of the SMSR and the FWHM are exactly opposite. There exist the maximum of the SMSR and the minimum of the FWHM in a semiconductor laser with dual-FBG external cavity. The increase of the fiber length between the two FBGs results in the exponential decrease of the LMI. The increase of the external cavity length leads to the better stability of the central wavelength.  相似文献
