Pyrrolopyrrole aza‐BODIPY (PPAB) developed in our recent study from diketopyrrolopyrrole by titanium tetrachloride‐mediated Schiff‐base formation reaction with heteroaromatic amines is a highly potential chromophore due to its intense absorption and fluorescence in the visible region and high fluorescence quantum yield, which is greater than 0.8. To control the absorption and fluorescence of PPAB, particularly in the near‐infrared (NIR) region, further molecular design was performed using DFT calculations. This results in the postulation that the HOMO–LUMO gap of PPAB is perturbed by the heteroaromatic moieties and the aryl‐substituents. Based on this molecular design, a series of new PPAB molecules was synthesized, in which the largest redshifts of the absorption and fluorescence maxima up to 803 and 850 nm, respectively, were achieved for a PPAB consisting of benzothiazole rings and terthienyl substituents. In contrast to the sharp absorption of PPAB, a PPAB dimer, which was prepared by a cross‐coupling reaction of PPAB monomers, exhibited panchromatic absorption across the UV/Vis/NIR regions. With this series of PPAB chromophores in hand, a potential application of PPAB as an optoelectronic material was investigated. After identifying a suitable PPAB molecule for application in organic photovoltaic cells based on evaluation using time‐resolved microwave conductivity measurements, a maximized power conversion efficiency of 1.27 % was achieved.  相似文献

We report the recent development on the SUSY calculations with the help of GRACE system. GRACE/SUSY/1LOOP is the computer code which can generate Feynman diagrams in the MSSM automatically and compute one-loop amplitudes in the numerical way. Cellulose derivative resin (CDR) suspensions containing resin particles of cellulose nitrate (CDR(CN)), cellulose acetate (CDR(CA)), or cellulose triacetate (CDR(CTA)) were prepared as the sorbent for resin suspension injection (RSI) electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS), in which fine resin particles holding a desired trace element were directly injected into the graphite tube as the suspension. To compare the sorption ability, the distribution ratios of the Mo(VI)-phenylfluorone complex were measured between the aqueous phase and the sorbents, including the CDRs mentioned above and the finely divided anion exchange resin (AR). The results showed that the sorption ability decreases in the following order: CDR(CN) > or = AR > CDR(CA) > or = CDR(CTA). It was concluded that CDR(CN) was able to extract more than 98% of Mo(VI), and was suitable for RSI-ETAAS as well as AR. CDR(CN) was used for the determination of Mo in NIES certified reference materials, No. 10 Rice flour-unpolished; the results showed fairly good agreements between the analytical values and the certified values.  相似文献

The photocatalytic reactivities of chromium-containing mesoporous silica molecular sieves (Cr-HMS) under visible light irradiation have been investigated. Cr-HMS involves tetrahedral chromium oxide (Cr-oxide) moieties which are highly dispersed and incorporated in the framework of molecular sieve with two terminal Cr=O groups. In the presence of propane with molecular oxygen, a partial oxidation proceeded under visible light irradiation to produce acetone and acrolein, with high selectivity, while a complete oxidation proceeded under UV light irradiation mainly to produce CO2. The charge-transfer excited state of the tetrahedral Cr-oxide moieties plays a significant role in the photocatalytic reactions.  相似文献

A hybrid emulsion polymerization was formulated for synthesizing Fe3O4/polystyrene composite latex. This system, containing binary droplets that are magnetic (Mag)‐droplets with a diameter of 100–200 nm and styrene (St)‐droplets with a diameter of 3–4 μm, was obtained by mixing Mag‐miniemulsion and St‐macroemulsion. With extremely low surfactants concentration (?critical micelle concentration, CMC), the nucleated loci are selectively controlled in the Mag‐droplets, as the result of smaller droplet size and larger surface ratio. Both water‐soluble potassium persulfate (KPS) and oil‐soluble 2,2′‐azobis(2‐isobutyronitrile) was adopted to initiate the polymerization. In the presence of KPS, magnetic polystyrene latices with particles size of 60–200 nm, narrow size distribution, and high magnetite content (86 wt % measured by TGA) were attained successfully. The synthesized magnetic Fe3O4/polystyrene latices assembled into well‐ordered hexagonal structure in the surface of a carbon supported copper grid. The influence of various parameters on various aspects of the as‐synthesized Fe3O4/polystyrene was investigated in detail: type of initiator on composite morphology, feed ratio of Mag‐miniemulsion and St‐macroemulsion on magnetite content, and hydrophobic agent or amount of surfactant on size and size distribution. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In order to widely spread out particle beams utilized in cancer therapy, laser-produced ions are developed as the injection beam for an ion synchrotron dedicated for cancer therapy. Such a laser ion source is expected to contribute largely to the realization of compactness of the size and low cost of the cancer therapy accelerator. The energy spectrum of the laser-produced ions, however, has no peak, but their intensities decrease exponentially according to the increase of the energy. For the purpose of modifying such a situation, we have proposed a scheme to rotate the beam in the longitudinal phase space with the use of the RF electric field, which is phase-adjusted with the pulse laser. We aim for a reduction of the energy spread of ± 5% selected by an energy analyzer and slits to ±1% by such phase rotation. For this purpose, a quarter wavelength resonator with two gaps with the same resonant frequency as the source laser has already been fabricated, together with its RF power source. The above phase rotation system and its recent experimental realization are presented.  相似文献

We calculated the intake of each chemical species of dietary arsenic by typical Japanese, and determined urinary and blood levels of each chemical species of arsenic. The mean total arsenic intake by 35 volunteers was 195±235 (15.8-1039) μg As day?1, composed of 76% trimethylated arsenic (TMA), 17.3% inorganic arsenic (Asi), 5.8% dimethylated arsenic (DMA), and 0.8% monomethylated arsenic (MA): the intake of TMA was the largest of all the measured species. Intake of Asi characteristically and invariably occurred in each meal. Of the intake of Asi, 45-75% was methylated in vivo to form MA and DMA, and excreted in these forms into urine. The mean measured urinary total arsenic level in 56 healthy volunteers was 129±92.0 μg As dm?3, composed of 64.6% TMA, 26.7% DMA, 6.7% Asi and 2.2% MA. The mean blood total arsenic level in the 56 volunteers was 0.73±0.57 μg dl?1, composed of 73% TMA, 14% DMA and 9.6% Asi. The urinary TMA levels proved to be significantly correlated with the whole-blood TMA levels (r = 0.376; P<0.01).  相似文献

Adsorption process of methylchloride (CH3Cl) on the GaAs (0 0 1)-2 × 4 surface was studied by a scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) measurement. The arsenic rich 2 × 4 surface, which was prepared by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), was exposed to a supersonic molecular beam of CH3Cl with a kinetic energy of 0.06 eV. New bright spots appeared on the CH3Cl exposed surface. They were largely observed at the “B-type” step edge and divided into two types according to their locations. It was suggested that new spots were due to weakly adsorbed CH3Cl molecules without any dissociation. The adsorption mechanism of CH3Cl molecule was also studied by an ab initio Hartree-Fock calculation, which explained the experimental results well.  相似文献
