Rare-earth metal 8-hydroxyquinolinates (q) were studied as emission layers for organic light-emitting diodes. Compounds Dyq3, Tbq3, and Smq3 possess weak electroluminescence due to the emission of the ligand, and the electroluminescence of Hoq3, Tmq3, and Ybq3 is due to electronic transitions of the lanthanide ion. The best electroluminescence characteristics were demonstrated by Scq3 and Yq3. The power efficiency of the organic light emitter based on ITO/TPD/Scq3/Yb (ITO is tin-alloyed indium oxide, TPD is N,N′-bis(3-methylphenyl)-N,N′-diphenylbenzidine) is 2.6 lm W−1 at a luminance of the device of 300 cd m−2.  相似文献

Antibunching of photodetections from different modes is shown to arise when two quantized light modes are scattered by an atomic Bose-Einstein condensate. This effect appears because of the uncertainty in the position of the condensate wave function relative to the optical lattice formed by the light beams. It is shown how the information contained in the history of photodetections leads to a spatial localization of the condensate wave function.  相似文献

A series of Pr, Nd, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb complexes with 3-(2-benzoxazol-2-yl)-2-naphtholate and 3-(2-benzothiazol-2-yl)-2-naphtholate ligands was synthesized. The structure, as well as the photo- and electroluminescent properties of these complexes were studied. An extraordinary bright emission of Yb3+ was detected. To explain the phenomenon, a novel excitation mechanism involving intramolecular electron transfer was proposed.  相似文献

New copper(I) complexes with norbornene-substituted benzimidazole ligands were synthesized. On the base of the obtained compounds carbon-chain copper-containing copolymers possessing photo- and electroluminescent properties were obtained by the metathesis polymerization method. Polymeric emitters show electroluminescence of yellow and orange colors with a maximum brightness as high as 629 cd/m2.  相似文献

New ionic binuclear complexes of iridium(III) containing 1,4-bis[2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazolato]butane as a bridging ligand were synthesized. Mononuclear terbium and erbium complexes of the composition Ln(mbtF)3phen and the dinuclear complex Tb2(mbtF)4(OH)2(phen)2 (mbtF is 4,5,6,7-tetrafluoro-2-mercaptobenzothiazolate, phen is 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized. The structures of the complexes Er(mbtF)3phen and Tb2(mbtF)4(OH)2(phen)2 were determined by X-ray diffraction. In the solid state, the terbium and erbium complexes exhibit intense metal-centered photoluminescence. Based on the complexes Ln(mbtF)3phen, double-layer organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) were assembled. These OLEDs exhibit electroplex emission with a band maximum at 630 nm.  相似文献
