基于改进极根学习机的回转窑煅烧带温度预测方法

针对传统算法预测回转窑煅烧带温度存在精度低、速度慢的问题,提出了基于改进极限学习机(ELM)的回转窑煅烧带温度预测方法。对ELM输入权值矩阵定义了变换系数,采用黄金分割法在给定区间内搜寻变换系数的最佳值,改进了ELM网络参数的确定方式,弥补了随机确定输入权值并且不作调整的缺陷,在保证ELM训练速度的前提下提高预测精度、减小模型随机性。实验结果表明,改进的ELM预测精度高、训练速度快、模型性能优,可满足工况恶劣的回转窑的生产需要。     

Photoelectric behaviour of lattice-matched GaAs/Al x Ga1- x As quantum well electrodes

The photoelectric properties of the lattice-matched GaAs/A1 _x Ga_l - _x As quantum well electrodes and the influence of the electrode structure such as well width, the thickness of outer barrier and the number of period were studied in a nonaqueous electrolyte. A new kind of structure of multiple quantum well electrode with varied well width, possessing the quantum yield three times that of GaAs bulk materials, was designed and fabricated. 本文提出了入射光面转动的新型工作模式ＴｅＯ２声光偏转器，入射光面转动Ｋ波矢位在（１１）平面，（１１０）平面是（１１０）－（００１）面绕（１１）轴转动一定角度而得，这种器件的特点是，比通常的偏转器具有最高的衍射效率和更宽的动态范围。

双参数对数正态分布异常数据的检测方法

针对双参数对数正态分布场合下的多个异常数据给出一种新的检测方法。首先由参数的BLUE导出证明了两个检验所用的枢轴量,然后通过蒙特卡罗方法模拟得到枢轴量的样本分位点表,最后用一个例子说明方法是有效可行的。     

Cesium Carbonate–Promoted Michael‐Type Addition of Thiols to Hex‐1‐en‐3‐ulose: A Practical Synthesis of 2‐Deoxy‐1‐thio‐α‐hexopyranosid‐3‐ulose Template

The template 2‐deoxy‐1‐thio‐α‐hexopyranosid‐3‐ulose was synthesized in quantitative yield and high diastereoselectivity by 1,4‐addition of aryl and alkyl thiols to hex‐1‐en‐3‐ulose promoted by cesium carbonate in THF.     

Matrix solid-phase dispersion microextraction and determination of pesticide residues in medicinal herbs by gas chromatography with a nitrogen-phosphorus detector

A gas chromatography method for the determination of residues of 6 pesticides in Isatis indigotica Fort and Paeonia lactiflora Pall is described. Optimizations of different parameters were performed. The method used 0.5 g herb sample, silica gel as the matrix solid-phase dispersion sorbent, and acetone as the eluting solvent. Recoveries at spiked concentrations between 0.1 and 5 mg/kg were between 80.63 and 110.12%, with relative standard deviations ranging from 0.43 to 17.67%. The limits of quantitation were 0.01 mg/kg for metalaxyl, triadimefon, and paclobutrazol and 0.05 mg/kg for vinclozolin, tebuconazole, and fenarimol. The method may be useful as a screening protocol for the determination of these pesticides in medicinal herb samples.

本文提出了用于声光相关／卷积器的双向声光偏转器的设计、制备和测试结果．两个通道的中心频率均为175MHz，带宽70MHz，衍射效率30％，渡越时间7μs．已在空间相干器时间相干器系统中得到应用．
