目的 评价低渗温热腹腔灌注化疗治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效及不良反应。方法 行腹腔穿刺置单腔中心静脉导管,外接引流袋,记录腹水引流量,当日排放腹水1 500ml 后,予加热至43~45℃注射用双蒸馏水1 000ml 行腹腔灌注,次日重复放液1 500ml,再予加热至43~45℃注射用双蒸馏水1 000ml 行腹腔灌注,并于灌注后腹腔注入顺铂60mg、氟尿嘧啶500mg 并封管,治疗期间常规给予简单水化、对症止吐等治疗。结果 31 例恶性腹腔积液患者共完成低渗温热腹腔灌注化疗42 周期,完全缓解7例,部分缓解15,稳定5 例,进展4 例,完全缓解+ 部分缓解占70.97%。中位进展时间(TTP)3.6个月(2~9 个月), 中位生存期(MST)5.6 个月。毒副反应以消化道反应为主。结论 低渗温热腹腔灌注化疗治疗恶性腹腔积,在延长患者的生存期、提高生活质量方面效果较好,临床上可推荐应用。  相似文献

In this work, Au-modified F-TiO2 is developed as a simple and efficient photocatalyst for H2O2 production under ultraviolet light. The Au/F-TiO2 photocatalyst avoids the necessity of adding fluoride into the reaction medium for enhancing H2O2 synthesis, as in a pure TiO2 reaction system. The F modification inhibits the H2O2 decomposition through the formation of the ≡Ti–F complex. Au is an active cocatalyst for photocatalytic H2O2 production. We compared the activity of TiO2 with F modification and without F modification in the presence of Au, and found that the H2O2 production rate over Au/F-TiO2 reaches four times that of Au/TiO2. In situ electron spin resonance studies have shown that H2O2 is produced by stepwise single-electron oxygen reduction on the Au/F-TiO2 photocatalyst.  相似文献

The analytical solution for the angular correlation function of scattered waves from randomly distributed infinitely long cylinders is obtained using the second-order approximation with a modified attenuation coefficient. The approach is based on the coherent summation of the scattered waves which preserves the interference effects such as backscattering enhancement. The modification of the transport attenuation coefficient includes the contribution due to the incoherent wave. By comparing with the exact numerical simulations, we found that the correction factor is given by (1-μ¯) which also appears in the diffusion equation. The present approach gives good agreement with numerical and experimental results.  相似文献

In this paper we present an equivalent definition of Co-PI index and then determine the eigenvalues of Co-PI matrices and their Laplacians of Cartesian product graphs, including bounds on the second and third Co-PI spectral moment of a graph. 设计了一款全差分、20 GHz带宽主从式跟踪保持芯片(MS-THA)。该芯片采样率为2 G/s,工作带宽大于20 GHz,采用0.13μm SiGe BiCMOS工艺实现。该芯片采用传统的开关发射极跟随器(SEF)作为跟踪保持核心电路,Cherryhooper电路作为输入缓冲和输出缓冲的带宽增强核心电路,并利用交叉反馈电容抑制馈通。为了验证上述电路的有效性,设计了一个单级THA电路,测试结果为MS-THA电路提供了足够的支持。在单电源+3.3 V供电、输入直流电平为0 V,2 G/s采样率以及-3 dBm输入信号功率条件下,获得的单端输出无杂散动态范围小于-23.5 dB,总功耗约为300 mW。  相似文献

Flowerlike cupped-end ZnO microrod bundles have been hydrothermally synthesized from precursor ZnCl2(N2H4)2 in sheet shape at 140 degrees C for 12 h; under the same conditions using the same precursor in rod shape, uniform ZnO nanorods were obtained. XRD pattern indicated the sample is ZnO with hexagonal cell contants a = 3.251 A and c = 5.206 A. FE-SEM and TEM show the formation process of the ZnO sample. HRTEM revealed that the flowerlike cupped-end ZnO microrod bundles grow along the [101] axis. The UV emission peak at approximately 396 nm and the blue band emission peak at approximately 469 nm were observed by PL spectra. A possible formation mechanism was proposed.  相似文献
