本文对偶氮侧基聚合物相位共轭光时间特性进行了研究,得到了相位共扼光产生机制─光致异构过程的时间常数.在相位共轭光上升阶段,其时间常数在0.4~0.5s之间,在相让共轭光的衰减过程,衰减满足双指数关系,分段拟合得到较好的结果,且得到快过程的时间常数为0.27s,慢过程的时间常数为0.78s. 相似文献

Anion starch nanoparticle (StNP) with a diameter of 50 nm was prepared in water-in-oil microemulsion, with soluble starch
as raw materials and POCl3 as crosslinking agent. PLL-StNP was prepared by linking poly-L-lysine (PLL) on the surface of StNP. At the same time, the
size of PLL-StNP and its stability in aqueous solution were checked by AFM. The analysis of plasmid DNA binding, DNase I enzymatic
degradation, toxicity and transfection were done. We discovered that PLL-StNP may be used as non-virus nanoparticle gene carrier.
And we developed the method of preparing PLL-StNP gene carrier and used it in cell transfection. As non-virus gene carrier,
PLL-StNP has some advantages, such as large load of DNA, high transfection efficiency, low cell toxicity and biodegradability. 相似文献

研究了4-甲基二苯并噻吩(4-MDBT)和二苯并噻吩(DBT)在CoMo/γ-Al2O3上的加氢脱硫反应产物分布及其可能的反应网络,通过反应压力和温度对产物分布影响的研究,揭示了加氢脱硫反应的可能机理。研究发现4-MDBT在CoMo/γ-Al2O3上的加氢脱硫反应主要通过直接氢解路径和加氢路径进行,且两者反应速率相当;DBT在 CoMo/γ-Al2O3上的加氢脱硫反应主要通过直接氢解路径进行。4-MDBT分子位于4位的甲基阻碍其在催化剂表面通过硫原子的端连吸附,从而降低了其直接氢解脱硫路径的反应速率,因而也降低了其总的加氢脱硫转化率。反应压力降低,DBT和4-MDBT加氢脱硫反应中加氢路径反应速率明显下降,而其对氢解路径影响较小,但效果却与加氢路径相反,反应压力对4-MDBT转化率的影响大于DBT。反应温度对DBT和4-MDBT加氢脱硫反应中加氢路径和氢解路径都有明显影响,但是对DBT加氢脱硫反应中氢解路径的影响小于加氢路径,而对4-MDBT加氢脱硫反应中氢解路径的影响稍高于加氢路径,4-MDBT分子中甲基的供电子作用有利于相连苯环的加氢反应。 相似文献

Surface imprinting over nanosized support materials is particularly suitable for protein templates, considering the problems with mass transfer limitation and low binding capacity. Previously we have demonstrated a strategy for surface protein imprinting over vinyl-modified silica nanopartiles with lysozyme as a model template by polymerization in high-dilution monomer solution to prevent macrogelation. Herein, the synthesis process was further studied toward enhancement of the imprinting performance by examining the effect of several synthesis conditions. Interestingly, the feed crosslinking degree was found to have a great impact on the thickness of the formed imprinting polymer layers and the recognition properties of the resulting imprinted materials. The imprinted particles with a crosslinking degree up to 50% showed the best imprinting effect. The imprinting factor achieved 2.89 and the specific binding reached 23.3 mg g−1, which are greatly increased compared to those of the lowly crosslinked imprinted materials reported previously. Moreover, the relatively high crosslinking degree led to no significant retarding of the binding kinetics to the imprinted particles, and the saturated adsorption was reached within 10 min. ABSTRACTThis letter reports the optical pumped lasing behaviours of a three-layer Bragg resonance cavity consisting of dye-doped cholesteric liquid crystal (DDCLC) microdroplet, polyglycerol-2 and hollow glass microsphere. The function of PG2 is to control the parallel anchoring of the liquid crystal (LC) molecules on the surface of the LC microdroplet. The whispering-gallery mode (WGM), radial Bragg (photonic bandgap, PBG) mode and Bragg WGM (BWGM) are observed in DDCLC microspheres with different helical pitches and LC refractive indices. The formation mechanisms of six types of lasing emission conditions are analysed in detail. The study results present the prospect of controlling the output mode of the laser. Furthermore, such solid shell-based DDCLC microspheres have outstanding potential applications in miniaturised 3D Bragg lasers, sensors, and integrated and tunable optical devices. 相似文献

基于中子与Fe发生反应产生“氢泡”,及“氦泡”对新型核能利用系统壁材料的影响,开展了中子诱发56,54Fe(n, α)53,51Cr, 56,54Fe(n, p)56,54Mn反应截面计算研究工作。本工作根据现有的56,54Fe(n, α)53,51Cr, 56,54Fe(n, p)56,54Mn反应实验数据、评价数据,对TALYS程序调用的物理模型(包括能级密度、对修正、核温度、光学势参数等)进行参数调校,得到了一组普适性强的模型参数。基于调校的参数,本工作采用核反应程序TALYS理论计算56,54Fe(n, α)53,51Cr, 56,54Fe(n, p)56,54Mn反应的截面、能量微分截面以及双微分截面,全部数据都能与实验数据、评价数据符合较好,且适用于较宽的中子能量区间0~175 MeV。本工作提出了56,54Fe(n, α)53,51Cr, 56,54Fe(n, p)56,54Mn反应的普适性模型参数,促进了核反应理论的发展,为核数据的评价奠定了基础。 相似文献

Reactions of the tripodal bridging ligand 5-(4-carboxy-phenoxy)-isophthalic acid (abbreviated as H3cpia) with lanthanide salts lead to the formation of a family of different coordination polymers, that is, [Ln(cpia)(H2O)2]n·nH2O (Ln=Ce (1), Pr (2), Nd (3), Sm (4), Eu (5), Gd (6), Dy (7), Er (8), Tm (9) and Y (10)) in the presence of formic acid or diethylamine, which are characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), XRPD spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. A S-shaped multi-iron substituted arsenotungstate [enH2]2[(α-H2AsVW6O26)Fe3(H2O)(B-α-H4AsVW9O34)]2[Fe]2·8H2O (1) (en=ethylenediamine) has been prepared by reaction of K14[As2IIIW19O67(H2O)]·nH2O with Fe2(SO4)3·xH2O under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, UV spectra, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The skeleton of 1 consists of two asymmetric sandwich-type subunits [(α-H2AsVW6O26)Fe3(H2O)(B-α-H4AsVW9O34)]5− linked by a di-FeIII cluster. Moreover, magnetic susceptibility measurements demonstrate that 1 indicates the antiferromagnetic coupling interactions within FeIII centers with the best-fitting set of parameters of J1=−7.07 cm−1, J2=−0.45 cm−1 and g=2.05, which are generated by the addition of the expressions of the molar susceptibilities of two tri-FeIII clusters and one di-FeIII cluster derived from for spin pairs coupled through the isotropic exchange interactions. 相似文献
