Recent advances in material design for organic solar cells(OSCs) are primarily focused on developing near-infrared nonfullerene acceptors, typically A-DA′D-A type acceptors(where A abbreviates an electron-withdrawing moiety and D, an electron-donor moiety), to achieve high external quantum efficiency while maintaining low voltage loss. However, the charge transport is still constrained by unfavorable molecular conformations, resulting in high energetic disorder and limiting the device performance. Here, a facile design strategy is reported by introducing the "wing"(alkyl chains) at the terminal of the DA′D central core of the A-DA′D-A type acceptor to achieve a favorable and ordered molecular orientation and therefore facilitate charge carrier transport. Benefitting from the reduced disorder, the electron mobilities could be significantly enhanced for the"wing"-containing molecules. By carefully changing the length of alkyl chains, the mobility of acceptor has been tuned to match with that of donor, leading to a minimized charge imbalance factor and a high fill factor(FF). We further provide useful design strategies for highly efficient OSCs with high FF.  相似文献

We report a resonantly diode-pumped electro-optic Q-switched Er:YAG laser operating at 1,617 nm using a voltage-on-type rubidium titanyl phosphate (RTP) Pockels cell as the modulator. The Er:YAG laser operates at a very stable Q-switching mode with a per pulse energy yield of 1.5 mJ and a pulse duration of 114 ns at 1 kHz PRF under an incident pump power of 21.6 W.  相似文献

基于广义非线性薛定谔方程,数值模拟了具有3个零色散波长的光子晶体光纤中孤子的演化过程及其时频特性.结果表明,由于第2个反常色散区的存在,不仅在正常色散区得到了相位匹配的蓝移和红移色散波,还在低频反常色散区得到了高强度的色散波孤子,而且此孤子在高频正常色散区进一步辐射出了蓝移色散波.  相似文献

The propagation expression of a broadband laser passing through a dispersive wedge is derived on the basis of the Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral. Smoothing effects caused by the phase perturbation of the dispersive wedge on the intensity profiles are investigated in detail. The phase perturbation of the dispersive wedge induces a relative transverse position shift between the diffraction patterns of different frequency components. The relative transverse position shift is of great benefit to the fill of the intensity peaks of some patterns in the valleys of others when these patterns are overlapped and thus the smoothing effect is achieved.  相似文献

A series of phosphors with the composition Y3−xMnxAl5−xSixO12 (x=0, 0.025, 0.050, 0.075, 0.150, 0.225, 0.300) were prepared with solid state reactions. The X-ray powder diffraction analysis of samples shows that the substitution of Mn2+ and Si4+ does not change the garnet structure of phosphors, but makes the interplanar distance decrease to a certain extent. The emission spectra show that Mn2+ in Y3Al5O12 emits yellow-orange light in a broad band. With the increment of substitution content, the emission intensity of the phosphors increases firstly then decreases subsequently, and the emission peak moves to longer wavelength. Afterglow spectra and decay curves show that all the Mn2+ and Si4+ co-doped samples emit yellow-orange light with long afterglow after the irradiation of ultraviolet light. The longest afterglow time is 18 min. Thermoluminescence measurement shows that there exist two kinds of traps with different depth of energy level and their depth decreases with the increment of substitution content.  相似文献

基于二元声学的方法提出了一种折射/衍射混合声透镜设计方案,该声透镜在对光声信号进行二维成像时体现出了极大的优越性,与单声透镜相比,除了有实时成像、成像焦深较大且可以利用时间分辨技术实现层析成像的优点外,还可以利用二元声学透镜独特的色散特性校正单声透镜的轴向色差,可以极大提高成像的分辨力。通过计算机模拟了有一定带宽的点声源通过该声透镜像面上的点扩展函数,与经单声透镜的结果比较,可以看出点扩展函数弥散斑得到明显改善,极大地消除色差对成像质量的影响。  相似文献

Analytical propagation expressions of ultrashort pulsed Elegant Hermite-Gaussian beams are derived and spatiotemporal properties of the pulses with different transverse modes are studied. Singularity of the complex amplitude envelope solution of the pulses obtained under slowly varying envelope approximation is analyzed in detail. The rigorous analytical solution of the pulse is deduced and no singularity emerges in the solution. The obtained results indicate that the transverse mode affects not only the spatiotemporal properties but also the singularity of the pulses. Time delay of the off-axis maximum intensity is more obvious and the singularity is located nearer to the z-axis for the pulse with higher transverse modes.  相似文献

A theoretical method to analyze a kind of four-layer large flattened mode (LFM) fibers is presented. The properties of the fiber, including the fundamental and higher-order modal fields, effective area and bending loss are discussed by comparison. At the same time, the reasons for the different characteristics are considered. The obtained results indicate that the effective area of the four-layer LFM fiber is about 1.3 times larger than that of the conventional standard step-index fiber and the fiber can suppress the higher-order modes via bending effectively. The four-layer LFM fiber has less efficient bend-induced filtering ability than the conventional step-index fiber; however, it has more efficient filtering ability than the three-layer LFM fiber.  相似文献

Starting from the Huygens–Fresnel diffraction integral, the propagation equations of a broadband laser passing through a dispersive lens and a dispersive wedge are derived. Smoothing effect on the side lobes of the focused pattern is achieved as the broadband laser passes through the lens because of the spectral dispersion of the lens. By inserting a dispersive wedge behind the lens, better smoothing effect is realized because a relative position shift between focused patterns of different frequency components is generated due to the spectral dispersion of the wedge. Smoothing effect on the side lobe is obtained even with small bandwidth of the broadband laser as the wedge is used.  相似文献

In this paper we theoretically investigate a photonic crystal with dielectric rods in a honeycomb lattice. Two left-handed frequency regions are found in the second and third photonic band by using the plane wave expansion method to analyze the photonic band structure and equifrequency contours. Subwavelength imaging by the photonic crystal flat lens are systematically studied by numerical simulations using the multiple scattering method. Different from the photonic crystals with noncircular dielectric rods in air, this structure is almost isotropic at the optimal frequency for superlensing. As a comparison, flat slab focusing is also demonstrated at other frequencies in the two left-handed regions.  相似文献
