ADVANCES IN STUDY OF A NEW CLASS OF PILLARED LAYERED MICROPOROUS MATERIALS?¤?¤POLYOXOMETALATE-TYPE HYDROTALCITE-LIKE CATALYSTS

In the present paper, on the basis of our work. advances in study of the catalysts of polyacid-type hydrotalcite-like are reported and reviewed. Using polyoxometalates (POM) as pillaring species and layered double hydroxides (LDH) as host matter, a new class of catalytic materials, LDHPOM, has been synthesized by five different methods. Their acidic and oxidative catalytic properties have been investigated by several research groups. The above mentioned information is given in this review.     

Study on oxidation of polymers treated by high LET radiation

The oxidation of medical silicone rubber and segmented polyether urethane which were bombarded with 11.2 MeV Si⁺ or F⁺ at the dose of 5 × 10¹⁴ ions/cm² was studied. In XPS measurements, it was found that the oxygen concentration on the surface of the implanted polymeric membranes had been increasing in three months at least. ESR measurement showed that some free radicals existed in these membranes and their quantities decreased with time. Chemical analysis proved that peroxides were generated in the γ irradiated membranes. The reason for the increasing of oxygen concentration was that free radicals combined with oxygen in the air and produced peroxides on the membrane surface. Moreover, in order to demonstrate the radiation mechanism, low LET (γ rays) radiation of such polymeric membranes was carried out for comparison     

Microemulsion-mediated solvothermal synthesis of SrCO3 nanostructures

The controlled synthesis of SrCO3 nanostructures with different morphologies, such as rodlike, whiskerlike, ellipsoidlike, and spherelike, were successfully achieved by the cationic surfactant-CTAB-microemulsion-mediated solvothermal method. Various comparison experiments showed that fundamental experimental parameters, such as the molar ratio of H2O to CTAB and the concentration of reactants, played important roles in the morphological control of SrCO3 nanostructures. A lower molar ratio of H2O to CTAB favors rodlike products, whereas a higher molar ratio generally leads to the formation of spherical products. A rational mechanism based on fusion, aggregate, and coalescence of microemulsion droplets is proposed for the selective formation of various morphologies. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), and field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) were used to characterize the products.     

杂多化合物的酸催化特性及其在有机合成反应中的应用

杂多化合物在各个研究领域中的实际应用日趋广泛。特别是在催化领域内，对杂多化合物催化性能和研究越来越引起人们的关注。本文对在均相和非均相体系中杂多化合物的酸催化的最新研究成果和应用进行了综述，对杂多化合物的酸行为进行了简要的概括，并介绍了作者在这方面的工作。

Hydrothermal synthesis and crystal structure of a layered vanadium oxide with an interlayer metal coordination complex: [Co(phen)3][V10O26]·H2O

A novel compound, [Co(phen)₃][V₁₀O₂₆]·H₂O, was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Ccca with a=13.447(3), b=29.936(6), c=23.252(5) Å, V=9360(3) Å³, Z=8 and R=0.0285. Data were collected on a Rigaku R-AXIS RAPID IP diffractometer at 293 K in the range of 1.36<θ<24.99°. The structure of the compound consists of vanadium oxide layers, which are built up from the infinite VO₄ chains by corners and edges sharing. The [Co(phen)₃]²⁺ complexes occupy the interlayer space and contact each other via π−π stacking interactions of the phen groups to form infinite one-dimensional chains.     

Novel hydrogen-bonded three-dimensional network complexes containing cobalt-pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid

The novel complex, Co(H₂O)₅[Co(2,6-pydc)₂] (1) has been prepared in aqueous solution and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses and i.r. spectra. X-ray structural analysis revealed that three novel compounds each possess both – stacking and hydrogen-bonding interaction three-dimensional (3-D) networks.     

柱撑阴离子粘土的合成、表征及催化性能研I．ZnAl─SiW_（11）及ZnAl—SiW_（11）Z的合成

采用水热合成及离子交换方法将缺位及单取代型Ｋｅｇｇｉｎ结构钨硅杂多含氧酸根ＳｉＷ（１１）及ＳｉＷ（１１）Ｏ（３９）Ｚ（Ｈ２Ｏ）（６－）嵌入Ｚｎ─Ａｌ型阴离子粘土层间，得到了大层间距的新型层往状微孔材料ＺｎＡｌ─ＳｉＷ（１１）及ＺｎＡｌ—ＳｉＷ（１１）Ｚ（Ｚ＝Ｃｏ（２＋）、Ｎｉ（２十）和Ｃｕ（２＋）），ＸＲＤ与ＩＲ测试结果表明，它们只有９．７　的通道高度．     

A novel chain-like molybdenum phosphate: hydrothermal synthesis,crystal structure and characterization of [NH3(CH2CH2)2NH3]3[NH3(CH2CH2)2NH2]-Na5[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2·4H2O

A novel organic/inorganic hybrid molybdenum phosphate, [NH₃(CH₂CH₂)₂NH₃]₃[NH₃(CH₂CH₂)₂NH₂]Na₅-[Mo₆O₁₂(OH)₃(PO₄)(HPO₄)₃]₂·4H₂O (1), involving molybdenum presented in V oxidation, has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., u.v.–vis., x.p.s., t.g. and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of the title compound (1) may be considered to consist of two [Mo₆O₁₂(OH)₃(PO₄)(HPO₄)₃] units bonded together with NaO₆ octahedra, forming dimers. Further, these dimers connect with each other through four Na⁺ cations as bridges, giving rise to novel one-dimensional chain-like skeleton. Piperazines exist among inorganic chains acting as charge balancing cations.
