Synthesis of a series of 2-substituted benzimidazoles was carried out for screening anti-inflammatory activities. 2-(N-benzylpyrrolyl)-benzimidazoles 9a-k were synthesized from N-benzyl-2-pyrrole carboxylic acids 8a-d and 4-substituted-1,2-phenylenediamines by cyclocondensation utilizing polyphosphoric acid (PPA) as condensing agent. The N-benzyl-2-pyrrole carboxylic acids were prepared by standard method of N-benzylation of 2-pyrrole carboxylate using NaH/DMF and appropriately substituted benzyl halides followed by alkaline hydrolysis.  相似文献

A highly efficient 2-chloroquinazolin-4(3H)-one rearrangement was developed that predictably generates either twisted-cyclic or ring-fused guanidines in a single operation, depending on the presence of a primary versus secondary amine in the accompanying diamine reagent. Exclusive formation of twisted-cyclic guanidines results from pairing 2-chloroquinazolinones with secondary diamines. Use of primary amine-containing diamines permits a domino quinazolinone rearrangement/intramolecular cyclization, gated through (E)-twisted-cyclic guanidines, to afford ring-fused N-acylguanidines. This scalable, structurally tolerant transformation generated 55 guanidines and delivered twisted-cyclic guanidines with robust plasma stability and an abbreviated total synthesis of an antitumor ring-fused guanidine (4 steps, 55 % yield).  相似文献

Azomethine‐linked pyrrole bishetarylazoles containing benzimidazole/pyrazolone/1,3,4‐oxadiazole were synthesized in satisfactory yields. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and elemental analysis. Evaluation for the cytotoxic activities in vitro against a panel of breast cancer cell lines (MDA‐AB‐231, BT‐474, and Ishikawa cells) revealed that the pyrrole–benzimidazole hybrids are more potent than the pyrazolone and 1,3,4‐oxadiazole hybrids in all cell lines. Compound 9 displayed promising cytotoxicity against BT‐474 cell line with IC50 values, 7.7 µM.  相似文献

Polyaniline (PANi), poly(2-iodoaniline) (PIANi), and poly(aniline-co-2-iodoaniline) (co-PIANi) were synthesized using cyclic voltammetry in acetonitrile solution containing tetrabuthylammonium perchlorate (TBAP) and perchloric acid (HClO4) on 304-stainless steel electrodes. Adherent and black polymer films were obtained on the electrodes. The structure and properties of these polymer films were characterized by FTIR and UV-vis spectroscopy and electrochemical method. The corrosion performance of PANi, PIANi, and co-PIANi coated electrodes were investigated in 0.5 M hydrochloric acid (HCl) solutions by potentiodynamic polarization technique, open circuit potential-time curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, EIS. It was found that the PANi film could provide much better protection than PIANi, and co-PIANi and PANi films have barrier property as well as acting as passivator. On the other hand PIANi and co-PIANi films are acting as barrier coatings which were related with the prevention of cathodic reaction taking place at metal\electrolyte interface. EIS measurement shows that every coating gives protection efficiency of greater than 75% after 48 h of immersion time in corrosive test solution.  相似文献

Three novel aza-crown ether derivatives incorporating 4-amino-7-nitrobenzaoxa-1,3-diazole (NBD) chromophore were synthesized and their structure confirmed by 1H-NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The influence of the solvent polarity and protonation on the photophysical properties of NBD-15-crown-5 was studied by UV/Vis and fluorescence methods. The influence of the investigated cations on the absorption spectra of the ligands was negligible, however emission was strongly affected. Complexation and binding stability of NBD-aza-15-crown-5 and NBD-aza-18-crown-6 were studied using fluorescence spectroscopy. NBD-aza-18-crown-6 exhibits strong selectivity toward Ca2+ and Sr2+ ions with formation constants about 103 times higher than the formation constants with the other ions included in the study.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of brass-MM55 alloy was studied in artificial seawater with benzotriazole by using a novel method called dynamic electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (DEIS). This method gives possibility to investigate the protection of metals in corrosive medium by using inhibitors in galvanostatic conditions for a long time. Instantaneous impedance spectra for brass-MM55 were recorded for 10 h in artificial seawater for different concentration of benzotriazole. It was found that a few hours were not enough for the accurate calculation of corrosion inhibition. Also with this method it is possible to figure out how the charge transfer resistance (R ct) changes by the time. Usefulness of the DEIS technique in the investigation of non-stationary phenomena has been proved in the field of inhibitor research. All studies clearly show that benzotriazole inhibits the corrosion of brass-MM55 alloy in artificial seawater solution and the value of inhibition efficiency increases with increasing concentration of benzotriazole.  相似文献

A hexafluorotantalate(V)-selective coated-graphite electrode was prepared by coating a graphite rod with brilliant green-hexafluorotantalate(V) extract in 1-chloronaphthalene in a PVC matrix. Potential measurements were made against an HF-resistant plastic sleeve (Ag/AgCl) external reference electrode. The concentrations of sulfuric and hydrofluoric acids, for the optimum response of the electrode to hexafluorotantalate(V), were found to be 1M each in the test solutions. The electrode responded to hexafluorotantalate(V) in the linear range 5.0 × 10–6-5.0 × 10–3 M, with a slope of -58 mV per decade and detection limit of 8.0 × 10–7 M within 5–15s. The relative standard deviation for six determinations of 1.0 × 10–4 M tantalum(V) was 2%. The life-time of the electrode was 60 days. The effects of forty diverse ions on the electrode response to the hexafluorotantalate(V) were studied and the electrode was found to be highly selective to hexafluorotantalate(V). Niobium, the element that commonly occurs with tantalum ores, showed a very low level of interference. The newly developed coated-graphite electrode has been applied to the determination of tantalum in tantalite-columbite ores and several synthetic matrices by direct, sample addition, standard addition, and Gran's plot potentiometric techniques with reasonable precision (2–4%) and accuracy.  相似文献

N‐Benzoylamino‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyridines 9a‐q were synthesized from 4‐substituted pyridines in four steps. Amination of pyridines was carried out to prepare intermediate N‐aminopyridinium mesylates using mesytelenesulfonyl hydroxmate (MSH) as aminating agent. N‐aminopyridinium mestylates reacted with appropriately substituted acyl chlorides to form N‐ylides as stable crystalline solids. Partial reduction of N‐ylides with mild reducing agent afforded N‐benzoylamino‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyridines in fair to good yields.  相似文献

Crosslinking and stretching (2.5 times along the circumferential direction) of the molten polymer during extrusion produced pipes with dominantly circumferential orientation and a lower degree of axial chain orientation. Differential scanning calorimetry (crystallinity and crystal thickness), density measurements (crystallinity), X-ray diffraction (c-axis orientation), infrared dichroism measurements (crystalline and amorphous chain orientation) and contraction measurements (molecular draw ratio) assessed the microstructure of the pipe material. The mechanical properties of the oriented material were assessed by uniaxial tensile tests. The orientation was biaxial with the main orientation in the circumferential direction and a lesser orientation in the axial direction. The maximum degree of circumferential orientation was obtained at the inner wall of the pipe. The lower degree of crosslinking of the core material allowed slippage of chains during the stretching of the molten polymer and it is suggested that this is the cause of the lower degree of orientation of the core material. The oriented pipe material exhibited a 5-10% higher degree of crystallinity and higher crystal thickness than conventionally crosslinked material. The tensile modulus and the tensile strength of the oriented, cross-linked material was greater along the axial direction than along the circumferential direction. The circumferential and axial moduli for the oriented, crosslinked pipe were greater than the corresponding moduli of the non-oriented cross-linked pipe material. Another pipe based on crosslinked PE that were first circumferentially stretched 2.5 times and later axially stretched 10 times (in the molten state) showed, despite the fact that it exhibited pronounced axial orientation almost a balanced tensile modulus (4.3±0.2 GPa) in the axial-circumferential plane. Atomistic modelling showed that the orientational dependence of the density of the amorphous phase is small.  相似文献
