Dedicated to the memory of Pr. Ladjama Daif A series of chiral cyclosulfamides have been synthesized by alkaline cyclisation starting from N‐benzoylamino acids (Ala, Val, Leu, Phe) derivatives and chlorosulfonyl isocyanate. A simplified and regioselective deprotection of the cyclic compounds (cyclosulfamides) containing the tert‐butyloxycarbonyl group (Boc) has been achieved in good yield by fusion under reduced pressure.  相似文献

The sensing and accurate determination of antibiotics in various environments represents a big challenge, mainly owing to their widespread use in medicine, veterinary practice, and other fields. Therefore, a new, simple electrochemical sensor for the detection of antibiotic chloramphenicol (CAP) has been developed in this work. The amplification strategy of the sensor is based on the application of magnetite nanostructures stabilized with carboxymethyl cellulose (Fe3O4‐CMC) and decorated with nanometer‐sized Au nanoparticles (NPs) (Fe3O4‐CMC@Au). In this case, CMC serves as a stabilizing agent, preventing the aggregation of Fe3O4 NPs, and hence, enabling the kinetic barrier for electron transport to be overcome, and the Au NPs serve as an electron‐conducting tunnel for better electron transport. As a proof of concept, the developed nanosensor is used for the detection of CAP in human urine samples, giving a recovery value of around 97 %, which indicates the high accuracy of the as‐prepared nanosensor.  相似文献

An analytical method based on the use of fluorescamine to produce a fluorescent derivative with histamine and combined with micellar-enhanced fluorescence detection of the formed complex is developed for the sensitive and rapid determination of histamine in fishes. The fluorescence properties of the obtained complex in water and micellar solutions of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC) and brij-700 are reported. Physicochemical variables influencing the sensitivity of the method (pH, micellar, fluorescamine and NaCl relative concentrations) have been optimized. The stability of the formed complex, as shown by kinetic study, depends on the pH of the solution. Linear calibration curves allowing an effective histamine determination were established with large linear dynamic range (LDR), and low limits of detection (LOD) between 0.5 and 33 ng mL−1, according to the solvent. Application to the analysis of fish samples (sardines) yielded satisfactory results. The method seems to be suitable for environmental fish quality control. In reversed phase liquid chromatography (RP-LC), the validity of a multiparametric (MP) non-linear least-squares regression iterative method has been evaluated for 14 different aqueous mobile phases modified with one, two or three organic solvents [acetonitrile (ACN), methanol (MeOH), or tetrahydrofuran (THF)] for calculating the retention time of unretained compound t M and the regression parameter (slope b), based on the use of alkan-2-ones and alkyl aryl ketones homologous series. The determination of t M and b has been studied for eight binary (ACN?CH2O or MeOH?CH2O), 3 ternary (ACN?CMeOH?CH2O) and 3 quaternary (ACN?CMeOH?CTHF?CH2O) mobile phase systems on an Omnispher C18 column. The multiparametric calculated t M and b values were compared with those obtained by Guardino??s, and Grobler??s methods. The MP retention indices (RI) of ten monosubstituted benzenes with different functionality (hydroxyl, carbonyl, nitro, etc.) based on the alkan-2-ones retention index standards have been determined and compared for the different mobile phase compositions studied. The influence of organic modifier type, the nature of mobile phase system and water content on the variation of retention parameter studied in this work were discussed.  相似文献

The various dissociation thresholds of phenol(+)···Ar(3) complexes for the consecutive loss of all three Ar ligands were measured in a molecular beam using resonant photoionization efficiency and mass analyzed threshold ionization spectroscopy via excitation of the first excited singlet state (S(1)). The adiabatic ionization energy is derived as 68077 ± 15 cm(-1). The analysis of the dissociation thresholds demonstrate that all three Ar ligands in the neutral phenol···Ar(3) tetramer are attached to the aromatic ring via π-bonding, denoted phenol···Ar(3)(3π). The value of the dissociation threshold for the loss of one Ar ligand from phenol(+)···Ar(3)(3π), ~190 cm(-1), is significantly lower than the binding energy measured for the π-bonded Ar ligand in the phenol(+)···Ar(π) dimer, D(0) = 535 ± 3 cm(-1). This difference is rationalized by an ionization-induced π → H isomerization process occurring prior to dissociation, that is, one Ar atom in phenol(+)···Ar(3)(3π) moves to the OH binding site, leading to a structure with one H-bonded and 2 π-bonded ligands, denoted phenol(+)···Ar(3)(H/2π). The dissociation thresholds for the loss of two and three Ar atoms are also reported as 860 and 1730 cm(-1). From these values, the binding energy of the H-bound Ar atom can be estimated as 870 cm(-1).  相似文献

Chlordecone (CLD) is a persistent toxic chlorinated pesticide which contaminates different ecosystems in French West Indies. A soil remediation process including zero-valent iron (ZVI) has produced promising results but failed to completely degrade CLD, and the analytical procedures used yielded little information on the transformation products. To fill these gaps, dechlorination of aqueous CLD by micrometric particles of ZVI has been investigated. Aliquots of water with 25% (v/v) of acetone spiked with 100 ppm CLD were taken at different times during a 30-day ZVI treatment and directly analysed by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography in negative electrospray ionisation mode. CLD has been totally transformed after 14 days into 14 dechlorinated degradation products, including 9 isomeric compounds. The maximum chloride concentrations appearing in the medium represent 44% of that which would result from total dechlorination of CLD. The CLD transformation products identified by accurate mass measurements on an ultra-high-resolution Q-TOF mass spectrometer (Q-TOF-MS) were C10H3Cl9O2, C10H4Cl8O2, C10H5Cl7O2, C10H6Cl6O2 and C10H7Cl5O2. The results show the interest of LC-Q-TOF-MS for identifying transformation products of organic contaminants, and the effectiveness of micrometric ZVI particles to totally transform CLD into less chlorinated products.  相似文献

Glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane (GPS) was used as a reactive silane to graft metal- complexing ligands onto silica gel in aqueous media under mild conditions. The synthesis entailed the reaction of GPS with silica gel, followed by grafting polyamine onto the epoxy functional group. GPS was added to silica gel in ethanol with 5 vol. % water and the mixture was air-dried for 24 h. Subsequently, excess amounts of polyamines: triethylenetetramine, tetraethylenepentamine, and pentaethylenehexamine were individually added to the silanised silica, followed by solvent evaporation and ovendrying at 60°C. The ligand-grafted silica gel particles showed a rapid heavy metal uptake in batch or flow-through experiments with capacities reaching 0.1 mmol g−1 for copper, zinc, cadmium, or lead ions. Columns packed with the modified particles could be readily regenerated by acid-washing with only a small decrease in activity. The particles could be used for the colourimetric detection of heavy metal pollution or for pre-concentration for analytical purposes. Competition between Cu2+, Zn2+, Pb2+, and Cd2+ ions for the three synthesised silica showed that Cu2+ ions were adsorbed more strongly than the other metal ions. The general method developed can be applied to graft other molecules with terminal amino groups for other purposes.  相似文献

In this paper, using Riemann–Liouville integral and Caputo derivative, we study a nonlinear singular integro-differential equation of Lane–Emden type with nonlocal multi-point integral conditions. We prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions by application of Banach contraction principle. Also, we prove an existence result using Schaefer fixed point theorem.
