Cu2+/Mn2+存在下白花丹素对人血清白蛋白构象的影响

用圆二色和拉曼光谱法表征了Cu²⁺或Mn²⁺存在下白花丹素对人血清白蛋白构象的影响。结果表明,白花丹素改变了人血清白蛋白的二级结构并降低了它的α-螺旋的含量。同时白花丹素也引起了二硫键的构象以及色氨酸和酪氨酸微环境的变化。在Cu²⁺或Mn²⁺存在时这种改变的趋势逐渐增强。     

云计算Hadoop平台的异常数据检测算法研究

近年来,随着我国互联网技术的飞速发展与大规模网络运算平台研究的深入,云平台下的数据处理已成为大规模数据的主要处理方式。但是,现有的云计算Hadoop平台在海量数据异常涌入状态下,常常出现数据逻辑错误、数据链完整性缺失、数据失效的问题,造成无法对上述异常数据进行有效检测处理,严重影响云计算Hadoop平台的数据运算准确性。针对上述问题,提出云计算Hadoop平台的异常数据检测算法研究方法。采用JNS数据采集筛查模组、算法逻辑补偿模组与动态反馈模组对现有的云端计算平台存在的问题进行针对性解决。通过仿真模拟实验证明,提出的云计算Hadoop平台的异常数据检测算法研究方法,具有异常数据识别率高,准确性高,速度快、可实施性强、稳定性好的特点。     

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Two New Main Group Metal Complexes （M = Al, Bi） with the Substituted p-Hydroquinones

The title complexes [Al(Hcah)(H2O)2]·2H2O (A) and [Bi(Hcah)(H2O)]n (B), where H4cah = 2-[N,N-bis(carboxymethyl)aminomethyl] hydroquinone, have been synthesized and characterized using X-ray single-crystal structure determination, IR and elemental analysis. Both complexes crystallize in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.8660(16), b = 10.096(2), c = 19.053(4) and β = 93.50(3)° for A; and those for B: a = 9.2348(18), b = 7.9061(16), c = 17.141(3) and β = 102.64(3)°. In addition, further investigation revealed that the central Al(III) ion in the mononuclear complex A is in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, while structural analysis reveals that the Bi(III) ion is in a distorted pentagonal bipyramid, forming a 2-D polymeric complex B, and the coordination network is a 2D 4.82 net. The TG analyses of A indicate two steps of water loss.

Three Co(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymers Incorporated with a Bent Connector: Crystal Structures and Magnetic Properties

Based on the bent ligand 1 H-3-(3-pyridyl)-5-(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole(3,4?-Hbpt) with Co(Ⅱ) ions as well as a series of polycarboxylate co-ligands, three new coordination polymers were yielded, namely, {[Co(op)(3,4?-Hbpt)(H_2O)_3]?2 H_2O}n(1), [Co(cyc)(3,4′-Hbpt)(H_2O)]n(2) and [Co(pro)(3,4′-Hbpt)(H_2O)]n(3)(here, op = o-phthalic anion, cyc = 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylic anion, pro = propanedioic anion). In cooperation with the auxiliary polycarboxylate co-ligands, a variety of Co(Ⅱ) coordination networks, such as 1-D chain 1 and 2-D layer 2 and 3 have been assembled. The magnetic behaviors of compounds 1～3 were studied. All of them indicated the existence of interesting spin-canting behavior.     

2-(N，N-二羧甲基氨甲基)氢醌金属配合物(钴、镍、锌)的合成、晶体结构及电化学性质研究

合成了3个新的氢醌金属配合物:[Co(H2cah)(H2O)2].H2O(1),Ni(H2cah)(H2O)2].H2O(2),[Zn(H2cah)(CH3OH)(H2O)].H2O(3)(H4cah=2-(N,N-二羧甲酸氨甲基)氢醌),通过X-射线单晶衍射,红外光谱,元素分析对它们进行了表征。这些配合物均为单核结构,并且通过分子间的氢键形成了无限的超分子网状结构。电化学研究显示配合物1中的Co2+/Co+对和配合物2中的Ni2+/Ni+对的氧化还原是一个不可逆的过程,但是氢醌到半醌之间的转换是一个准可逆的过程。     

Crystal Structure and Luminescent Properties of a Zn(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Assembled by Mixed-ligand

A Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(NIP)(3,3'-bpt)]·H2O(1, NIP = 5-nitroisophthalate, 3,3'-bpt = 1H-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazolate) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction at 140 ℃ and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and luminescent properties. In complex 1, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three H2 NIP and two nitrogen atoms from two 3,3'-bpt, respectively, forming a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry and showing a 1D chain structure, which is further bridged by NIP to form a 3D supramolecular network via self-assembly of hydrogen bonds.     

对-氢醌金属配合物：合成，结构及电化学性质

A new Chromium(Ⅲ) complex, [Cr(Hcah)(H₂O)₂]·2H₂O, where H₄cah=2-[N,N-bis(carboxymethyl)aminome-thyl] hydroquinone (H₄cah), has been synthesized and characterized using X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination, IR and elemental analysis. The complex belongs monoclinic, space group P2₁/c, with a=0.792 05(4) nm, b=1.008 63(6) nm, c=1.920 40(10) nm, β=93.069(4)°, V=1.531 98(14) nm³, and Z=4. The cyclic voltametric analysis shows that the electron transfer in the electrode reaction is irreversible for Cr(Ⅲ)/Cr₂O₇^2- and Cr(Ⅲ)/Cr(Ⅱ) redox couples while reversible for process of interchange from p-Hydroquinone to p-semiquinones. 磺胺嘧啶锌(Ⅱ)配合物与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用研究

以Zn(Ⅱ)作为中心离子,磺胺嘧啶(HSD)作为配体合成了配合物Zn(SD)_2·2NH_3;利用荧光、红外差谱、圆二色谱等分析手段研究了配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。结果表明,配合物可导致BSA内源性荧光猝灭,主要为静态猝灭。计算了在不同温度下相互作用的热力学参数和结合常数,推断其二者之间作用力为氢键和范德华力。光谱分析表明,配合物的加入使BSA的构象发生变化,α-螺旋结构含量降低。
