The excitation energy transfer processes in nionomeric phycoerythrocyanins ( PEC)have been studied in detail using steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectra techniques as well as the deconvolution fech nique of spectra.The results indicate that the energy transfer processes should take place between α84 PVB md β8 or β155-PCB chromophores,the time constants of energy transfer are 34.7 and 130 ps individually;the component with lifetime of 1.57 ns originates from the fluorescence lifetime of the terminal emitter of β84 and /or β155 PCB chre-mophores; and the component with lifetime of 515 ps might be assigned to the energy transfer between two PCB chro mophores of β subunit.  相似文献

Bessel beam propagation in scattering media is simulated using the angular spectrum method combined with slice-by-slice propagation model. Generating Bessel beams with a spatial light modulator, which provides a means to adjust flexibly the parameters of the Bessel beam, allows us to validate the simulation results experimentally. The study reveals that the self-reconstructing length changes oppositely with the axicon angle (i.e., the larger the axieon angle, the shorter the self-reconstructing length). The radius of the incident beam has little influence on the self-reconstruction of the Bessel beam central lobe.  相似文献

糖尿病大鼠微量元素与动脉血栓形成的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为研究糖尿病大鼠微量元素的含量变化及其与动脉血栓形成的关系,用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导出糖尿病大鼠模型,三氯化铁(FeCl3)造颈总动脉血栓后,测定血糖、胰岛素(INS)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-K-PGF1α)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、内皮素(ET1)以及全血微量元素镁、锌含量。结果表明,①与正常对照组比,糖尿病大鼠的血糖、TXB2、ET1和锌的含量、ρ(TXB2)/ρ(6-K-PGF1α)、(T/P)比值及血栓质量增加(P〈0.05),INS含量降低(P〈0.001),镁和6-K-PGF1α含量无改变(P〉0.05);②糖尿病组的TXB2与糖、锌(P=0.001)、胰岛素正相关(P=0.003),ET1仅与锌正相关(P=0.096),6-K-PGF1α与镁、锌无相关关系。提示:①糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能受损,血液处于T/P失衡的高凝状态,更易形成动脉血栓;②糖和锌代谢紊乱在T/P失衡和内皮功能损伤中有重要作用。  相似文献

Dual-channel phase-shifting interferometry for simultaneous phase microscopy is presented. Red and blue light beams are used for microscope illumination. A 45 tilted beamsplitter replicates the object and reference waves in red light together with the object wave in blue light into two parallel beams. The two resulting quadrature phase-shifting interferograms in red light and the object waves in blue light are generated in the two channels. The two interferograms are recorded simultaneously by a color charge-coupled device (CCD) camera, and can be separated via RGB components of the recorded color patterns without crosstalk. As a result, the phase of tested specimen can be retrieved. The feasibility of the proposed method is demonstrated by test performed on a microscopic specimen.  相似文献

采用四象限探测器和功率谱密度法,搭建了一套快速标定光镊三维光阱刚度的测量系统.实验中,用四象限探测器记录微粒做受限布朗运动时的位置信息,用功率谱密度法标定光阱刚度,测得了直径0.97μm SiO2小球和直径1μm PMMA小球的光阱刚度与激光功率的关系.结果表明:对于SiO2小球,当激光功率为50~120mW时,光阱刚度与激光功率成正比;对于PMMA小球,当激光功率为80~130mW时,光阱刚度与激光功率成正比.该光镊系统可用于生物、物理等微观领域研究的高准确度测力系统.  相似文献

An on-axis phase-shifting reflective point-diffraction microscopic interferometer for quantitative phase microscopy based on Michelson architecture is proposed.A cube beamsplitter splits the object wave spectrum into two copies within two arms.Reference wave is rebuilt in one arm by low-pass filtering on the object wave frequency spectrum with a pinhole-mask mirror,and interferes with the object wave from the other arm.Polarization phase-shifting is performed and phase imaging on microscale specimens is implemented.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme has the advantage of long-term stability due to its quasi common-path geometry with full use of laser energy.  相似文献

通过利用稳态光谱技术,光谱解叠技术和时间分辨荧光光谱技术对PEC单体内的能量传递过程进行详细研究.结果表明:在PEC单体内.α亚基上的PVB发色团可以将激发能传递给β亚基上的2个PCB发色团上;其能量传递时间常数分别为34.7和130ps;1.57us的组分归属为β亚基上PCB发色团终端发射;515ps的组分可初步指认为β亚基上两个PCB发色团间的能量传递时间常数.  相似文献

为了解脑血栓形成与微量元素的关系 ,测定了 1 4例脑血栓形成患者和 1 4例健康成人的血清Zn、Cu、Mn、Mg、Cr的含量。结果显示 ,与健康成人相比 ,脑血栓形成患者的Zn、Cr含量下降 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1 ) ,ρ(Zn) /ρ(Cu)比值下降 (P <0 0 0 1 )。提示脑血栓形成时血清微量元素水平有一定的改变。采取措施对体内微量元素进行调控 ,应不失为一种防治脑血栓形成的方法  相似文献
