A single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) with conjugated polymer molecules is analyzed via optical spectroscopy. The presence of strongly localized excitonic states in the SWCNT is confirmed using time-integrated photoluminescence (PL). The PL spectrum exhibits extremely narrow width (~0.8 meV) which is attributed to the strong confinement of the states by polymer molecules. In addition, I observed that the excited states are gradually filled as a function of the excitation power, which supports the localized excitonic behavior. Only the ground excitonic state is observed at low excitation powers, but three additional PL peaks appear as the excitation power is increased. Especially, the power-dependent PL spectrum shows a blueshift and increased width, which can be elucidated in terms of quantum confined stark effect and the screening of induced electric fields. Overall, I demonstrate that the presence of polymer molecules induces several localized states in a single SWCNT.  相似文献

In this paper, for a finite group, we investigate to what extent its directed (resp. undirected) reduced power graph determines its directed power graph (resp. reduced power graph). Moreover, we investigate the determination of the orders of the elements of a finite group from its directed (resp. undirected) reduced power graph. Consequently, we show that some classes of finite groups are recognizable from their undirected reduced power graphs. Also, we study the relationship between the isomorphism classes of groups corresponding to the equivalence relations induced by the isomorphism of each of these graphs on the set of all finite groups.  相似文献

The design of ion-selective membranes is the key towards efficient reverse electrodialysis-based osmotic power conversion. The tradeoff between ion selectivity (output voltage) and ion permeability (output current) in existing porous membranes, however, limits the upgradation of power generation efficiency for practical applications. Thus, we provide the simple guidelines based on fundamentals of ion transport in nanofluidics for promoting osmotic power conversion. In addition, we discuss strategies for optimizing membrane performance through analysis of various material parameters in membrane design, such as pore size, surface charge, pore density, membrane thickness, ion pathway, pore order, and ionic diode effect. Lastly, a perspective on the future directions of membrane design to further maximize the efficiency of osmotic power conversion is outlined.  相似文献

Herein the present article reports the fabrication of ZnO/reduced graphene oxide (ZnG) nanohybrid following a reduction-based process using a non-hazardous material, i.e., ascorbic acid. The morphology, structure, and bonding in the nanohybrid were analyzed using different techniques. Atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy images show spherical particles of ZnO distributed over reduced graphene oxide (rGO). The X-ray diffraction analysis gives calculated values of crystallite size for ZnO as 15.62 nm. The successful incorporation of ZnO nanoparticles into rGO was confirmed using energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses. The electrochemical studies were performed using an electrolyte (0.5 M H2SO4). The calculated value of specific capacitance for the nanohybrid was 345 Fg-1, which was found to be almost double as compared to that of rGO, which is having a value of only 190.5 Fg-1 at the same scan rate. The nanohybrid also showed excellent capacitance retention after 1,000 cycles.  相似文献

利用旋转涂膜方法制备了以P3HT:PCBM为有源层的聚合物太阳能电池, 器件结构为ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/Al(氧化铟锡导电玻璃/聚二氧乙基噻吩:聚对苯乙烯磺酸/聚三已基噻酚:富勒烯衍生物/铝),研究了退火温度对聚合物太阳能电池性能的影响. 实验发现: 聚合物薄膜经过120 °C退火10 min处理后, 开路电压(Voc)达到0.64 V, 短路电流密度(Jsc)为10.25 mA·cm-2, 填充因子(FF) 38.1%, 光电转换效率(PCE)达到2.00%. 为了讨论其内在机制, 对不同退火条件下聚合物薄膜进行了各种表征. 从紫外-可见吸收光谱中发现, 退火处理使P3HT在可见光范围内吸收加强且吸收峰展宽, 特别是在560和610 nm处的吸收强度明显增大; X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明, 120 °C退火后P3HT在(100)晶面上的衍射强度是未退火薄膜的2.8倍, 有利于光生载流子的输运; 原子力显微镜(AFM)研究结果表明, 退火显著增大了P3HT与PCBM的相分离程度, 提高了激子解离的几率; 傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱验证了退火并没有引起聚合物材料物性的变化.  相似文献

We propose a distinct approach to implement a laterally single diffused metal-oxide-semiconductor (LSMOS) FET with only one impurity doped p-n junction. In the LSMOS, a single p-n junction is first created using lateral dopant diffusion. The channel is formed in the p region of the p-n junction and the n region acts as the drift region. Two distinct metals of different work function are used to form the “n+” source/drain regions and “p+” body contact using the charge plasma concept. We demonstrate that the LSMOS is similar in performance to a laterally double diffused metal-oxide-semiconductor (LDMOS) although it has only one impurity doped p-n junction. The LSMOS exhibits a breakdown voltage of ∼50.0 V, an average ON-resistance of 48.7 mΩ-mm2 and a peak transconductance of 53.6 μS/μm similar to that of a comparable LDMOS.  相似文献

Broadband wireless systems generally use orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) with link adaptation (LA) to achieve high throughput while meeting bit error rate (BER) constraint. OFDM systems are known to be affected by non-linearity of high power amplifier (HPA) at transmitter, carrier frequency offset (CFO), symbol timing offset (STO) and channel estimation error at the receiver. The delay in feedback of channel state information (CSI) further affects the performance of LA procedures. The focus of this work is on performance analysis in presence of simultaneous affect of all these impairments on LA based OFDM systems. The results are found to be useful for threshold readjustment which is essential for successful implementation of LA scheme to counter the effects of change in operating conditions from ideal to as listed above.  相似文献

针对未来光载无线通信所需的高功率、大带宽的光电探测器,提出了一种行波光电二极管级联阵列功率合成电路.先将行波光电二极管级联,再按照阵列式结构将多组级联的光电二极管组合起来,实现射频功率合成,以获得高功率、大带宽的射频信号.采用EDA工具,对该光电转换射频功率合成电路进行仿真模拟.仿真结果表明,该功率合成电路可以有效地将各光电二极管的射频输出信号进行功率合成,功率合成后的信号带宽显著增加,仿真结果与理论分析完全一致.此外,电路分析表明,增加该功率合成电路中的高阻微带线的特性阻抗可以有效提高其输出射频信号的带宽.  相似文献

We study scattering problems for the one-dimensional nonlinear Dirac equation (?t + α?x + iβ)Φ = λ|Φ|p?1Φ. We prove that if p > 3 (resp. p > 3 + 1/6), then the wave operator (resp. the scattering operator) is well-defined on some 0-neighborhood of a weighted Sobolev space. In order to prove these results, we use linear operators D(t)xD(?t) and t?x + x?t ? α/2, where {D(t)}t∈? is the free Dirac evolution group. For the reader's convenience, in an appendix we list and prove fundamental properties of D(t)xD(?t) and t?x + x?t ? α/2.  相似文献
