针对水下图像存在的色偏、雾状模糊、低曝光和非均匀光照问题, 提出一种基于色彩衰减补偿和Retinex的水下图像增强算法. 首先, 为校正水下图像的色偏, 利用水体对不同波长光线衰减不一致的特性自适应地补偿其R、G、B通道. 然后, 使用基于多尺度导向滤波的Retinex去除雾状模糊, 增强对比度. 最后, 根据水下图像和自然图像的直方图分布特征对其进行归一化处理, 从而在保存图像主要信息的前提下增强其纹理和曝光. 实验结果表明, 该算法不但具有较优的视觉感知效果, 而且具有较高的图像质量评价分数. 该算法具有较强的适应性, 有助于计算机视觉算法在水下的应用.  相似文献

Development of biocompatible porous supports is a promising strategy in the field of tissue engineering for the repair and regeneration of bone tissues with severe damage. Graphene oxide aerogels (GOAs) are excellent candidates for the manufacture of these systems due to their porosity, ability to imitate bone structure, and mechanical resistance, and according to their surface chemical reactivity, they can facilitate osseointegration, osteogenesis, osteoinduction and osteoconduction. In this review, synthesis of GOAs from the most primary source is described, and recent studies on the use of these functionalized carbonaceous foams as scaffolding for bone tissue regeneration are presented.  相似文献

Raman spectroscopy provides information on bone chemical composition and structure via widely used metrics including mineral to matrix ratio, mineral crystallinity and carbonate content, collagen crosslinking ratio and depolarization ratios. These metrics are correlated with bone material properties, such as hardness, plasticity and Young''s modulus. We review application of Raman spectroscopy to two important irradiated animalmodels: the mouse tibia, amodel for damage to cortical bone sites including the rib (breast cancer) and to healthy tissue adjacent to extremity sarcomas, and the rat mandible, a model for radiation damage in head and neck cancer radiotherapy. Longitudinal studies of irradiated mouse tibia demonstrate that radiation-induced matrix abnormalities can persist even 26 weeks postradiation. Polarized Raman spectroscopy shows formation of more ordered orientation of both mineral and collagen. At 8 weeks post-radiation, irradiated rat hemimandible exhibits transient hypermineralization, increased collagen cross-linking and decreased depolarization ratios of mineral and collagen. A standard radioprotectant, amifostine, mitigates rat mandible radiation damage, with none remaining detectable 18 weeks post-radiation. Already a powerful tool to monitor radiation damage, Raman spectroscopy may be important in development of new radiotherapy protocols and radioprotective agents. Further in vivo studies of radiation effects on the rodent models are underway, as are development of methodologies for eventual use in human subjects.  相似文献

Frame‐guided assembly, a recently discovered strategy for amphiphilic assembly, is discussed as a strategy for constructing vesicle assemblies with programmed geometries and dimensions under identical surrounding conditions. The strategy is inspired by the cytoskeletal‐membrane protein–lipid bilayer structure and shows great potential in the understanding and controlling of the amphiphilic assembly process. Both the principles and basic requirements are discussed, along with recently reported examples. The prospects and potential investigations of frame‐guided assembly are also proposed.  相似文献

The discovery of novel protein–protein interaction (PPI) modulators represents one of the great molecular challenges of the modern era. PPIs can be modulated by either inhibitor or stabilizer compounds, which target different though proximal regions of the protein interface. In principle, protein–stabilizer complexes can guide the design of PPI inhibitors (and vice versa). In the present work, we combine X‐ray crystallographic data from both stabilizer and inhibitor co‐crystal complexes of the adapter protein 14‐3‐3 to characterize, down to the atomic scale, inhibitors of the 14‐3‐3/Tau PPI, a potential drug target to treat Alzheimer’s disease. The most potent compound notably inhibited the binding of phosphorylated full‐length Tau to 14‐3‐3 according to NMR spectroscopy studies. Our work sets a precedent for the rational design of PPI inhibitors guided by PPI stabilizer–protein complexes while potentially enabling access to new synthetically tractable stabilizers of 14‐3‐3 and other PPIs.  相似文献

In this study,a promising strategy has been developed to promote bone regeneration by combining antioxidant activities and osteoimmunomodulatory properties.Herein,an L-arginine/nanofish bone(Arg/NFB) nanocomplex has been prepared and evaluated in vitro and in vivo.The Arg/NFB nanocomplex possesses good antioxidant activities and could modulate the polarization of non-activated macrophage into different types and induce the secretion of pre-inflammato ry,anti-inflammatory,osteogenic as well as angiogenic cytokines.Additionally,the regulated immune microenvironment can enhance the osteogenic differentiation of mouse embryo osteoblast precursor cells(MC3 T3-E1) and angiogenic capacity of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs),leading to the improved formation of mineralized nodules,alkaline phosphatase activity and angiogenic effects.In vivo results with cranial defect models reveal that the treatment of Arg/NFB nanocomplex exhibited significant improvement of new bone formation and angiogenesis.All the results demonstrate Arg/NFB nanocomplex with antioxidant activities and osteoimmunomodulatory properties could be a new idea for developing the next generation of bone regeneration biomaterials.  相似文献

Anneslea fragrans Wall., commonly known as “Pangpo Tea”, is traditionally used as a folk medicine and healthy tea for the treatment of liver and intestine diseases. The aim of this study was to purify the antioxidative and cytoprotective polyphenols from A. fragrans leaves. After fractionation with polar and nonpolar organic solvents, the fractions of aqueous ethanol extract were evaluated for their total phenolic (TPC) and flavonoid contents (TFC) and antioxidant activities (DPPH, ABTS, and FRAP assays). The n-butanol fraction (BF) showed the highest TPC and TFC with the strongest antioxidant activity. The bio-guided chromatography of BF led to the purification of six flavonoids (1–6) and one benzoquinolethanoid (7). The structures of these compounds were determined by NMR and MS techniques. Compound 6 had the strongest antioxidant capacity, which was followed by 5 and 2. The protective effect of the isolated compounds on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced oxidative stress in HepG2 cells revealed that the compounds 5 and 6 exhibited better protective effects by inhibiting ROS productions, having no significant difference with vitamin C (p > 0.05), whereas 6 showed the best anti-apoptosis activity. The results suggest that A. fragrans could serve as a valuable antioxidant phytochemical source for developing functional food and health nutraceutical products.  相似文献

Functionalization of the bio-relevant heterocycles 2-arylbenzo[d]oxazole and 2-arylbenzo[d]thiazole has been achieved through Ru(II)-catalyzed alkenylation with unactivated olefins leading to selective formation of the mono-alkenylated products. This approach has a broad substrate scope with respect to the coupling partners, affords high yields, and works for gram scale synthesis using a readily available Ru-based catalyst. Mechanistic studies reveal a C−H activation pathway for the dehydrogenative coupling leading to the alkenylation. However, the results of the ESI-MS-guided deuterium kinetic isotope effect studies indicate that the C−H activation stage may not be the rate-determining step of the reaction. The use of a radical scavenging agent such as TEMPO did not show any detrimental effect on the reaction outcome, eliminating the possibility of the involvement of a free-radical pathway.  相似文献

情感语声合成技术对于人机交互具有重要的意义。面对儿童情感语声合成所需汉语语声数据资源缺乏以及模型训练时长较长等问题,该文提出利用迁移学习实现汉语儿童情感语声合成的方法。首先基于汉语语声数据库训练深度学习模型实现中文语声端到端合成模型,再使用高质量大样本的中文情感语料库完成情感语声合成模型,最后利用自行采样的小样本汉语儿童情感语料对模型进行迁移学习实现低资源的语声合成。客观实验结果中梅尔倒谱失真指标为4.91,主观听辨实验指标分别为3.61和4.17。通过实验对比表明,该文的方法在情感语声合成技术的应用上具有良好的性能表现,并且优于现有先进的低资源情感语声合成方法。  相似文献

近年来大量全卷积网络、U-Net等编解码网络结构应用于语音增强,它们具有计算复杂度低、模型参数少等优势。然而,与长短时记忆模型等方法相比,这些编解码结构仍存在不能充分利用先后时间之间和高低频率之间的关联信息等缺点,尤其对于长序列数据的输入,编解码结构存在信息丢失的问题。为保持计算效率的同时考虑更充分的时频关联信息建模,本文提出一种融合注意力机制的U-Net网络的骨导语音增强方法(Att-U-Net),通过在跳跃连接中引入注意力机制,生成一个权重矩阵,将编码层中的全局信息根据权重融入对应的解码层中,使网络在编解码过程中能够关注输入数据中与增强目标相关程度高的重要信息,同时抑制不相关的信息。在骨导语音数据集上的实验表明,融合注意力机制的U-Net网络能在保持模型轻量化的同时有效提升骨导语音的增强效果,增强后的语音在各项客观评价指标上均优于基线模型。通过对编解码网络中间层的可视化分析发现,在解码过程中注意力机制有效地保留了有声段的信息,滤除了骨导语音由于骨导传声特性带来的中频共振,从而使得增强后的骨导语音具有较好的听觉效果。  相似文献
