Hyper-parallel quantum information processing is a promising and beneficial research field. Herein, a method to implement a hyper-parallel controlled-phase-flip (hyper-CPF) gate for frequency-, spatial-, and time-bin-encoded qubits by coupling flying photons to trapped nitrogen vacancy (NV) defect centers is presented. The scheme, which differs from their conventional parallel counterparts, is specifically advantageous in decreasing against the dissipate noise, increasing the quantum channel capacity, and reducing the quantum resource overhead. The gate qubits with frequency, spatial, and time-bin degrees of freedom (DOF) are immune to quantum decoherence in optical fibers, whereas the polarization photons are easily disturbed by the ambient noise. 相似文献

By Petersen's Theorem, a bridgeless cubic graph has a 2-factor. Fleischner(Discrete Math.,101, 33–37(1992)) has extended this result to bridgeless graphs of minimum degree at least three by showing that every such graph has an even factor without isolated vertices. Let me 0 be even and mo 0 be odd. In this paper, we prove that every m e-edge-connected graph with minimum degree at least me + 1 contains an even factor with minimum degree at least m e and every(m o + 1)-edge-connected graph contains an odd factor with minimum degree at least m o, which further extends Fleischner's result. In the level schemes of sd shell nuclei, there is generally at relatively low excitation energies, coexistence of normal 0 ?ω positive parity states and of intruder 1 ?ω negative parity states. The aim of the present work is to describe these intruder states in the full p-sd-pf model space with a 4He core allowing one nucleon jump between the major shells. To construct our PSDPF interaction, we first modified the p-sd and sd-pf cross-monopole terms and then applied a fitting procedure to adjust all PSDPF parameters by comparing an extended set of experimental and calculated excitation energies. Results obtained with the new interaction have been finally compared with experimental data for nuclei throughout the sd shell. 相似文献

In a quantum key distribution(QKD)system,the error rate needs to be estimated for determining the joint probability distribution between legitimate parties,and for improving the performance of key reconciliation.We propose an efficient error estimation scheme for QKD,which is called parity comparison method(PCM).In the proposed method,the parity of a group of sifted keys is practically analysed to estimate the quantum bit error rate instead of using the traditional key sampling.From the simulation results,the proposed method evidently improves the accuracy and decreases revealed information in most realistic application situations. 相似文献

We explore the possibility to generate new parity symmetry in the quantum Rabi model after a bias is introduced. In contrast to a mathematical treatment in a previous publication [J. Phys. A 46(2013) 265302], we consider a physically realistic method by involving an additional spin into the quantum Rabi model to couple with the original spin by an Ising interaction, and then the parity symmetry is broken as well as the scaling behavior of the ground state by introducing a bias. The rule can be found that the parity symmetry is broken by introducing a bias and then restored by adding new degrees of freedom. According to our scheme to construct quantum phase transitions (QPTs) in spin chain systems with matrix product ground states, we first successfully combine matrix product state (MPS) QPTs with spontaneous symmetry breaking. For a concrete model, we take into account a kind of MPS QPTs accompanied by spontaneous parity breaking, though for either side of the critical point the GS is typically unique, and show that the kind of MPS QPTs occur only in the thermodynamic limit and are accompanied by the appearance of singularities, diverging correlation length, vanishing energy gap and the entanglement entropy of a half-infinite chain not only staying finite but also whose first derivative discontinuous. 相似文献

Atmospheric absorption, scattering, and scintillation are the major causes to deteriorate the transmission quality of terahertz(THz) wireless communications. An error control coding scheme based on low density parity check(LDPC) codes with soft decision decoding algorithm is proposed to improve the bit-error-rate(BER) performance of an on-off keying(OOK) modulated THz signal through atmospheric channel. The THz wave propagation characteristics and channel model in atmosphere is set up. Numerical simulations validate the great performance of LDPC codes against the atmospheric fading and demonstrate the huge potential in future ultra-high speed beyond Gbps THz communications. 相似文献

Properties of non-barotropic flows are described using Lie derivatives of differential forms in a Euclidean four dimensional space-time manifold. Vanishing of the Lie derivative implies that the corresponding physical quantity remains invariant along the integral curves of the flow. Integral invariants of non-barotropic perfect and viscous flows are studied using the concepts of relative and absolute invariance of forms. The four dimensional expressions for the rate of change of the generalized circulation, generalized vorticity flux, generalized helicity and generalized parity in the case of ideal and viscous non-barotropic flows are thereby obtained. 相似文献
