当前对股利政策的研究主要集中在产权对股利政策的影响、自由现金流对股利政策的影响、公司过渡投资行为对股利政策的影响以及宏观经济波动对股利政策的影响等,而缺乏控股股东对股利政策的影响研究.现实中,控股股东对股利政策具有较大的影响,围绕控股股东对上市公司股利分配倾向的影响进行深入分析.具体而言,以2013-2014年度上证A股数据,建立Log斌ic模型和多元线性回归模型分析控股股东的几方面特征对股利分配倾向产生的多种影响.研究从理论上客观地评价了控股股东对股利分配倾向的影响,现实中对维护中小股东权益有重要意义.  相似文献

为了探索趋磁微生物体对水溶液中Ni2+的吸附机理,考察微观作用力对吸附过程的影响,本文通过酸碱滴定实验确定了趋磁微生物体具有吸附作用的表面功能基团,建立了由体内磁小体Fe3O4和表面功能基团-PO3H,-OH,-COOH构成的趋磁生物体模型,并通过分子动力学模拟方法从静电作用、分子间作用、热运动等方面研究了磁小体和功能基团对Ni2+的吸附过程的影响规律。模拟结果证明对Ni2+的吸附过程是基团的静电吸引力和范德华力相互作用的综合结果,不同基团的静电引力强弱是有区别的。模拟结果还表明,Ni2+对-PO3H的趋聚倾向最大,对-OH的趋聚倾向次之,而对-COOH和Fe3O4的趋聚作用较弱。采用化学修饰法分别掩蔽菌体表面基团,并做了吸附实验,吸附效果与模拟结果完全吻合。这些结论将对生物磁选的开发应用提供新的理论依据。  相似文献

汶川地震过去3a了。3a来,大量的国内外学者对地震灾区地震地质灾害的发育分布规律、形成机理及防治对策给予了高度关注,发表了大量的研究成果。人们在关注同震地质灾害的同时,更对地震灾区今后地质灾害的发生规律及演化趋势、持续时间倾注了极大的关心,因为震后连续3a,尤其是2010年,灾区地质灾害的频率和规模均出现较震前显著增大的现象。本文收集整理了震前和震后灾区地质灾害的数据资料,尤其研究了震后3a灾区重大地质灾害的特点和发生规律,在此基础上,分析了震后灾区地质灾害可能的持续时间、演化趋势以及高风险区的范围。分析和研究结果认为,震后汶川地震灾区的地质灾害将持续20~25a; 在这段时间内,地质灾害将以4~5a一个高峰为周期,呈震荡式的衰减下降,并最终恢复到震前的水平。震后地质灾害的高风险区将出现在耿达-映秀、小鱼洞、红白-茶坪、擂鼓-陈家坝和青川东河口-窝前这5个地段上。  相似文献

Eighteen ionic polyferrocenyl compounds with 5‐ferrocenyl‐1H‐tetrazolate as anion and mono‐ and dinuclear ferrocenyl‐alkylammonium as cations were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT‐IR, and UV/Vis spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Molecular structures of three compounds were further confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Their thermal stability was evaluated by TG and DSC and found that they are of high thermal stability. The cyclic voltammetry analysis suggested that each of the compounds exhibits only an irreversible redox wave of the ferrocene units in the molecule. Both migration and volatility test results showed that, on comparison with those of Catocene, all tested compounds exhibit much more excellent anti‐migration ability and most of the tested compounds have lower volatility. Their effects on the thermal disintegration of ammonium perchlorate (AP), 1,3,5‐trinitro‐1,3,5‐triazacyclohexane (RDX), and 1,2,5,7‐tetranitro‐1,3,5,7‐tetraazacyclooctane (HMX) were measured by DSC. The results revealed that most of the compounds exhibit significant catalytic effects on the thermal degradation of AP and RDX. Particularly, most of the compounds containing one ferrocene unit in their cations show higher activity than that of Catocene. These compounds can be used as alternatives to Catocene in the composite solid propellants.  相似文献

Infrared camera has been widely used in electrical power systems for predictive and preventive thermal fault diagnosis. Without historical IR images being considered, most thermograph analysis used at present are concerned with static image. The dynamic history and tendency analysis which compares the newly taken image with historical images is particularly attractive. Conclusions can be drawn from temperature variations rather than just from anomalous thermal pattern. However the spatial distortions prevent such dynamic analysis from being practicable. So the need to register infrared images arises. This paper proposes an automatic registration algorithm based on closed temperature contour matching for infrared image series of a target equipment taken at different times. Centroid Distance Function is used in image registration for the first time. The algorithm can remove spatial distortions, bring temperature variations into prominence and endow infrared camera with dynamic analysis ability. Experiment shows that the algorithm is simple, effective and extensible.  相似文献

Proficiency testing (PT) is an essential tool used by laboratory accreditation bodies to assess the competency of laboratories. Because of limited resources of PT providers or for other reasons, the assigned reference value used in the calculation of z-score values has usually been derived from some sort of consensus value obtained by central tendency estimators such as the arithmetic mean or robust mean. However, if the assigned reference value deviates significantly from the ‘true value’ of the analyte in the test material, laboratories’ performance will be evaluated incorrectly. This paper evaluates the use of consensus values in proficiency testing programmes using the Monte Carlo simulation technique. The results indicated that the deviation of the assigned value from the true value could be as large as 40%, depending on the parameters of the proficiency testing programmes under investigation such as sample homogeneity, number of participant laboratories, concentration level, method precision and laboratory bias. To study how these parameters affect the degree of discrepancy between the consensus value and the true value, a fractional factorial design was also applied. The findings indicate that the number of participating laboratories and the distribution of laboratory bias were the prime two factors affecting the deviation of the consensus value from the true value.  相似文献

Thermal behaviour of the glass series (100-x)[50ZnO-10B2O3-40P2O5xSb2O3 (x=0-42 mol%) and (100-y)[60ZnO-10B2O3-30P2O5ySb2O3 (y=0-28 mol%) was investigated by DSC and TMA. The addition of Sb2O3 results in a decrease of the glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature in both compositional series. All glasses crystallize on heating in the temperature range of 522–632°C. Thermal expansion coefficient of the glasses monotonously increases with increasing Sb2O3 content in both series and varies within the range of 6.6–11.7 ppm °C−1. From changes of thermal capacity within the glass transition region it was concluded that with increasing Sb2O3 content the ‘fragility’ of the studied glasses increases.  相似文献

基于Z-Tree实验平台利用研发投资自然博弈实验研究发现风险规避导致女性的研发投入强度低于男性,但女性在研发投资过程中愿意投入的研发努力程度高于男性。随着时间推移,男性的研发努力程度明显下降,但女性的研发努力程度反而上升。男性和女性在决策中均表现出心理账户效应,女性更加愿意通过努力来提高业绩。男性在投资中更多体现期权思想,而女性更多表现出长期倾向下的持续努力。文章在揭示性别因素影响研发投资机理基础上,为董事会性别多样性、分级董事会以及递延薪酬等治理机制发挥作用机理提供了新解释。研究结论可以为企业职位的性别配置、分级董事会以及激励契约设计提供借鉴。关键词:性别差异;研发投资;实验研究;心理账户;风险规避;长期倾向  相似文献

利用XRD、Raman、XPS和FT-IR表征技术,研究无机酸洗脱(HCl、H2SO4、HCl-HF)处理的胜利褐煤微晶结构的变化,采用自行设计的表面吸附仪-GC联用装置,对样品进行不同温度的低温脉冲氧化实验,考察了煤样在不同温度下氧吸附量的变化规律,通过低温脉冲氧吸附规律与TG/DTG和固定床燃烧实验关联,考察了煤样的自燃倾向。结果表明,无机酸洗脱对矿物质的脱除使得煤结构的有序度增加,石墨化程度提高,无机酸洗脱煤样与原煤相比吸氧量明显下降。随着吸附温度的升高,各煤样吸氧量明显增加,且随着脱除矿物质程度的增加,吸氧量呈减小的趋势,导致自燃倾向降低。  相似文献
