基于BWM的改进区间VIKOR模型及其在新能源汽车公共充电桩选址决策中的应用

通过分析公共电动汽车充电桩布局的影响因素及市场需求,基于Best-Worst Method (BWM),分别刻画了电动汽车公共充电桩不确定因素下各属性权重.在考虑主、客观影响因素的基础上,利用BWM对区间二元语义VIKOR (ITL-VIKOR)方法进行改进,针对性地设计出电动汽车公共充电桩选址决策模型.在此基础上,运用BWM-ITL-VIKOR方法得到方案的最终排序.最后,通过该选址决策模型对西安市某工业园区公共充电桩选址案例进行分析,并对多个公共充电桩预选街区进行评价排序,验证了本文所提出的选址决策过程的有效性,并为决策者提供更为科学、合理的选址决策优化方案.     

模糊集合的OP-极限

研究了支撑集为群的模糊集合在反复“自乘”下的极限的存在性和形态问题.给出了模糊集合的OP-极限概念.利用贝壳对和大(小)-瓣,给出了OP-极限存在的充分条件.讨论了一些特殊群上模糊集合的OP-极限,这些OP-极限都具有较好的平层形态.     

二元翼型风洞的侧壁干扰与抽气研究

在二元翼型风洞实验段中的侧壁边界层将引起模型展向流动的不均匀性，使预想的二元流动受到三元扭曲，引起实验数据的误差，目前消除或减少侧壁干扰的有效方法之一是采用侧壁抽吸技术。本文就抽吸的有效性，抽吸区域和阻尼材料等问题进行了讨论和分析，并对抽吸技术中的问题提出了一些看法。     

大型低速二元风洞侧壁边界层控制及对单段翼型实验结果的影响

本文简述了ＮＦ－３风洞二元实验段侧壁边界层吹除控制系统及具有吹气的模型实验方法，给出了不同吹气系数对风洞边界层的控制效果以及对相对厚度为７％的单段翼型实验结果的影响。初步实验研究结果表明，该控制系统能有效地改善风洞侧壁边界层的流动状态，减小侧壁干扰，改善翼型实验中的二元流动特性     

Tail behavior of supremum of a random walk when Cramér’s condition fails

We investigate tail behavior of the supremum of a random walk in the case that Cramer＇s condition fails, namely, the intermediate case and the heavy-tailed ease. When the integrated distribution of the increment of the random walk belongs to the intersection of exponential distribution class and O-subexponential distribution class, under some other suitable conditions, we obtain some asymptotic estimates for the tail probability of the supremum and prove that the distribution of the supremum also belongs to the same distribution class. The obtained results generalize some corresponding results of N. Veraverbeke. Finally, these results are applied to renewal risk model, and asymptotic estimates for the ruin probability are presented.

Effect of Time Delay on Binary Signal Detection via a Bistable System

The effect of time delay on binary signal detection via a bistable system in the presence of white or colored Gaussian noise is investigated. By defining the bit error rate based on the solution of the approximated Fokker- Planck equation, the detector performance is investigated theoretically and is verified by Monte Carlo simulation. It is shown that, when the system parameter or noise intensity is optimally chosen, the increasing time delay generally improves the system performance. It is also shown that it is more difficult to accurately predict the system performance with a larger time delay and correlation time. This may inspire more thorough investigations in cooperative effects of a nonlinear system and time delay on signal processing.
