2-十四烷基-DTPA及其钆(Ⅲ)螯合物的合成与表征(英)

Synthesis and characterization of the ligand, [2-tetradecyl-3,6,9-tris(carboxymethyl)-3,6,9-triazaundecan-1,11-dioic acid, H₅L] and its Gd(Ⅲ) chelate are described. Protonation constants for H₅L (lgK_i^H = 10.80, 8.40, 4.30, 2.80, 2.15) and the stability constant for GdL^2- (lgK_GdL^2-= 22.75) were determined by potentiometric titration and are similar with the related values of DTPA and Gd-DTPA respectively. The results obtained show that the basicity of the ligand and the stability constant of its Gd(Ⅲ) chelate are not obviously altered after introduction of a linear chain tetradecyl group at the terminal acetic acid residue of DTPA.     

等维Cartan-Hartogs域双全纯映射的特征

本文考虑了等维Cartan-Hartogs域之间的全纯映射.如果Cartan-Hartogs域Ω^Bm(μ)不是球,则它上面存在一函数X使得它在Ω^Bm(μ)的任一全纯自同构作用下不变.通过直接计算得到:如果等维Cartan-Hartogs域间的全纯映射F保持函数X不变,则F必是双全纯映射.由此可得如果Cartan-Hartogs域Ω^Bm(μ)不是球,Ω^Bm(μ)的全纯自映射是自同构的充要条件是F保持函数X不变.     

酚酞啉在辣根过氧化酶发光检测中的应用

探讨酚酞啉对HRP(辣根过氧化酶)–Luminol–H2O2化学发光体系的增强作用。将酚酞啉加入辣根过氧化酶(HRP)–Luminol–H2O2化学发光体系,发光强度显著增强,发光持续时间达30 min以上。HRP–Luminol–H2O2化学发光体系的HRP质量浓度在5~800 pg/m L范围内与相对发光强度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为lg I=1.07lgc+0.98,线性相关系数r=0.96,检出限为1.25 pg/m L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.8%~5.1%(n=10),加标回收率为93.5%~96.2%。酚酞啉可用于HRP及其相关标记物的定量分析。     

反相高效液相色谱法测定4，4＇-二羧酸-2，2＇-联喹啉的含量

应用反相高效液相色谱法测定了4,4'-二羧酸_2,2'-联喹啉(又名2,2'-联喹啉酸,简写作BCA),作为BCA生产过程的质量控制方法.方法中采用Phenomenex-C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)作为固定相,采用甲醇与0.05 mol·-1乙酸钠溶液,以3比7的体积比混合配成的溶液作为流动相,其流速为0.5 mL·min-1,柱温为28℃,在330 nm波长处作UV-检测,所测得的峰面积值与BCA质量浓度在0.05～10.0 mg·L-1之间呈线性关系.从同一批产品中取7份试样,按所提出的方法测定其BCA的含量,测得BCA量的平均值为98.62%,7次测定的相对标准偏差为1.65%.

Synthesis and characterization of the ligand, [10-(α-tetradecylcarboxymethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7-triacetic acid, H₄L] and its Gd(Ⅲ) chelate are described. Protonation constants for H₄L(lgK_i^H = 10.62, 9.50, 4.74, 4.12) and the stability constant for GdL^-(lgK_GdL^-= 24.60) were determined by potentiometric titrations. The results obtained show that the basicity of the ligand is not significantly altered and the ligand still maintains the strong chelating properties of the parent DOTA after introduction of a linear chain tetradecyl group at the acetic side chain of DOTA.
