三维热传导型半导体器件瞬态模拟问题的Crank-Nicolson差分-流线扩散有限元法及其数值分析

本文研究三维热传导型半导体器件瞬态模拟问题的数值方法.针对数学模型中各方程不同的特点,分别提出不同的有限元格式.特别针对浓度方程组是对流为主扩散问题的特点,使用Crank-Nicolson差分-流线扩散计算格式,提高了数值解的稳定性.得到的L2误差估计关于空间剖分步长是拟最优的,关于时间步长具有二阶精度.     

发展方程初边值问题的高阶差分-边界积分方程法及误差分析

本文结合差分方法与边界积分方程方法,提出并研究了一类新的求解发展型方程初边值问题的高阶差分与边界积分方程耦合数值方法.对于有界区域问题与无界区域问题给出了数值计算格式及其误差的先验估计.     

A coupling method of difference with high order accuracy and boundary integral equation for evolutionary equation and its error estimates

In the present paper,a new numerical method for solving initial-boundary valueproblems of evolutionary equations is proposed and studied,combining difference methodwith high accuracy with boundary integral equation method.The numerical approximateschemes for both problems on a bounded or unbounded domain in R~3 are proposed and theirprior error estimates are obtained.

BOUNDARY DIFFERENCE-INTEGRAL EQUATION METHOD AND ITS ERROR ESTIMATES FOR SECOND ORDER HYPERBOLIC PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

Combining difference method and boundary integral equation method,we propose a new numerical method for solving initial-boundary value problem of second order hyperbolic partial differential equations defined on a bounded or unbounded domain in R~3 and obtain the error estimates of the approximate solution in energy norm and local maximum norm.     

PARALLEL SCHWARZ ALGORITHMS FOR PARABOLIC EQUATIONS AND ERROR ESTIMATES

In this paper we introduce two kinds of parallel Schwarz domain decomposition me thods for general, selfadjoint, second order parabolic equations and study the dependence of their convergence rates on parameters of time-step and space-mesh. We prove that the, approximate solution has convergence independent of iteration times at each time-level. And the L~2 error estimates are given.
