The complex [Cd(tren)(meim)](ClO4)2 was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/m with a=0.786 8(2) nm, b=0.834 2(2) nm, c=1.496 2(4) nm, Mr=538.64, Z=2, F(000)=542, Dc=1.822 g·cm-3, T=298(2) K, μ=1.435 mm-1 and λ=0.071 073 nm. The structure was refined to R=0.045 8 and wR=0.123 1 for 1 489 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method. It was found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. 利用苯妥英,二(3-氨基丙基)胺与醋酸铜反应合成了一种新的铜三元配合物[Cu(pht)2(bapa)](CH3OH)[Hpht:苯妥英(5,5-Diphenylhydantion);bapa:二(3-氨基丙基)胺(bis(3-aminopropyl)amine)].通过元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射确定了其组成和结构.配合物属于三斜晶系,空间群为Pī.晶胞参数:a=0.84190(10)nm,b=1.37540(15)nm,c=1.5622(2)nm,α=86.038(3)°,β=82.542(2)°,γ=83.904(2)°;V=1.7807(4)nm3,Mr=729.32,Z=2,F(000)=766,Dc=1.360 g/cm3,μ=0.666 mm-1,R1=0.0692,wR2=0.1430.配合物中铜离子配位数为5,处于变形三角双锥配位环境中.测试了配合物、配体和铜盐的抑菌活性,结果表明,它们对4种细菌均有一定的活性.  相似文献

The title complex [Mn(pht)2(phen)] (Hpht=5,5-diphenylimidazoline-2,4-dione, phen=1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single-crystal structure analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=2.631 5(16) nm, b=0.924 5(6) nm, c=1.550 8(10) nm, β=116.231(7)°; V=3.384(4) nm3Mr=737.66, Z=4, F(000)=1 524, Dc=1.448 g·cm-3, μ=0.446 mm-1, the final R=0.069 9 and wR=0.195 3. 以咪唑对苯甲酸和溴化锌为原料,以乙醇-水为溶剂,通过溶剂热反应合成了一种新型配位聚合物[Zn(C10H7N2O2)Br]n,并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱表征和X射线单晶衍射测定.该配位聚合物属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/c,a=0.83624(6)nm,b=1.5878(1)nm,c=0.8720(6)nm,β=107.804(1)°,V=1.1024(1)nm3,Z=4,dc=2.003 g/cm3,μ=5.836 mm2,F(000)=648.该晶体通过配位键的连接形成二维网状结构.荧光光谱结果表明,配合物在蓝光区有较强的发射.  相似文献

合成了配合物二(2-羟基4-甲氧基苯乙酮)镍(Ⅱ),并通过元素分析,红外波谱以及X-射线衍射单晶结构分析对标题化合物进行表征。晶体属P21/n空间群。抑菌实验表明,目标产物对沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、短小芽孢杆菌以及大肠杆菌有一定的抑制作用。对该配合物的量子计算采用hyperchem程序包的半经验方法ZINDO/1。计算了该配合物的最优化结构,前沿规道分布和主要原子电荷分布,计算结果符合晶体结构的配位环境。  相似文献
