The title complex [Co(pht)2(bipy)](Hpht: 5,5-diphenylhydantoin, i.e. phenytoin;bipy: 2,2-dipyridine) was synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal structure determination. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=2.697 7(3) nm, b=0.868 40(10) nm, c=1.622 8(2) nm, β=119.66(2)°, V=3.303 6(6) nm3, Dc=1.443 mg·m-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 484, μ=0.572 mm-1, R=0.039 5, wR=0.082 7[I>2σ(I)], GOF=1.045. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity by diffu-sion test in vitro. It was found to be active against the three test bacterial organisms. CCDC: 669594.  相似文献

A copper(Ⅱ) complex [CuL(H2O)(Sal)]·0.5H2O was obtained by the reaction of copper(Ⅱ) salicylate with 3-methyl-4-(4-methylphenyl)-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (L) in ethanol-water solution at room temperature. The crystal belongs to triclinic system with space group P1, and a=0.913 6(4) nm, b=1.122 2(5) nm, c=1.263 3(7) nm, α=67.10(2)°, β=76.31(3)°, γ=68.17(2)°, V= 1.101(1) nm3, Z=2. The final refinement gave R1=0.039 8 and wR2=0.106 0 for 3 453 reflections with I>2σ(I). This complex is a good purple fluorescent material in solid state at room temperat-ure. A new tripodal complex [ZnL](ClO4)2 (C26H31Cl2N7O8Zn) was synthesized by Schiff base condensation of 2-aminoethyl-bi(3-aminopropyl)amine with 2-pyridinecarbaldehyde in the presence of Zn2+ and characterized by X-ray diffraction and ES mass spectral analysis. It crystallized in the Monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=1.088 5(4) nm, b=1.614 6(6) nm, c=1.7830(5) nm, β=94.405(2)°. Z=4, R1=0.092 9, wR2=0.175 8. Zn atom rendered six-coordinate in a trigonal antiprism geometry. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method. In ethanol, a mononuclear cobalt(Ⅱ) complex incorporating 2′-(2-Thienylidene)-2-Hydroxybenzoylhydra-zide has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-Vis, elemental analysis and X-ray crystal structure analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with cell constant, a=1.230 69(10) nm, b=1.329 18(11) nm, c=1.330 56(11) nm, α=113.702(2)°, β=91.590(2)°, γ=100.846(2)°, V=1.944 4(3) nm3, Z=2, μ=0.662 mm-1, Dc=1.482 g·cm-3, F(000)=896, Rint=0.048 7. The crystal structure shows an anionic didentate ligand O and N donors in this work. The cobalt(Ⅲ) atom is hexacoordinated with oxygen atom from keto group and nitrogen atom from amide to form a cobalt atom for the core octahedral structure. CCDC: 748882.  相似文献

The new titled complex [Cu(dpa)(PPr)2]·2H2O was prepared and characterized by elementary analyses, IR, molar conductance and differential thermal analyses. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1, with the crystal cell parameters: a=10.451(2) nm, b=11.126(1) nm, c=11.795(1) nm, α=90.57(1)°, β=90.34(1)°, γ=87.89(1)°, V=1370.6(4) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.369 g/cm3, R=0.037, RW=0.038. Four carboxyl oxygen atoms from two PPr- and two nitrogen atoms from dpa coordinate with Cu(Ⅱ) respectively to form an elongated octahedron.  相似文献

In ethanol, the copper(Ⅱ) complex with the 2′-(2-thienylidene)-h ydroxybenzoylhydrazide, Cu(C12H10N2O2S)2, was synthesized, and it′s structure was characterized by IR, UV and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group C2/c with cell constants, a=2.273 6(4) nm, b=0.592 12(9) nm, c=1.828 1(3) nm, β=109.735(5)°, V=2.316 4(7) nm3, Z=4, μ=1.164 mm-1, Dc=1.595 g·cm-3, F(000)=1 140, R=0.048 6, wR=0.101 6. In the compound copper(Ⅱ) atom is four-coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from amide and two oxygen atoms from keto group. Their biological activities have been measused. A novel coordination polymer [NaGa(dipic)2(H2O)2]n was synthesized by the reaction of gallium(Ⅲ) trichloride with Na-salt of 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group Cc; the unit cell parameters are a=1.502 9(3), b=1.228 1(3) and c=0.872 38(17) nm, β=92.85(3)°, and Z=4, V=1.608 2(6) nm3, F(000)=920. Infrared, electronic absorption, 1H NMR spectra, as well as the thermal behavior are reported. The antibacterial activity of the gallium(Ⅲ) complex has been studied against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus in order to check its potential for chemotherapy agent. The novel dibenzyltin bis(2-quininate) has been synthesized. The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group P21/c with a=1.840 05(14) nm, b=2.353 66(18) nm, c=2.044 31(16) nm, β=99.3130(10)°, V=8.736 9(12) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.507 g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=9.21 cm-1, F(000)=4 016, R1=0.041 4, wR=0.082 1. In this compound, the tin atom rendered six-coordinated in a distorted octahedron geometry. The study on title complex has been performed, with quantum chemistry calculation by means of G98W package and taking Lanl2dz basis set. The crystal of one-dimensional binuclear zinc complex [Zn2(SHSH)2(2-Me-py)2] was obtained in DMF and 2-methylpyridine, where SHSH is salicylaldehyde salicylhydrazone. It has been characterized by IR, UV, element analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystallographic data were as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a=1.144 49 nm, b=1.206 69 nm, c=1.379 39 nm, β=97.039°, Z=2, V=1.890 6 nm3, Mr=825.47, Dc=1.450 g·cm-3, μ=1.324 mm-1, F(000)=848 and the final R=0.033 6 and wR=0.094 7 for 3 752 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I). The theoretical investigation of title complex as a structure unit was carried out at B3LYP/6-31G and HF/6-31G levels with Guassian 03W program, and the atomic charges, natural bond orbital analysis and bond energies were also discussed. A new nickel(Ⅱ) complex, C34H38N8NiO4, has been prepared and charac-terized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.715(5), b = 12.328(5), c =11.113(5) A, β= 92.589(5)°, Z = 2, Dc = 1.411 g/cm3, μ = 0.658 mm-1, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1099 for 2229 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ). The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(Ⅱ) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli.  相似文献

The title compound, Co(L)2(CH3OH)2Cl2 (L = 3-(1,2,4-triazole-yl)-6-chloro-pyridazine) 1, has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined by X-ray analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.018(3), b = 9.832(5), c = 9.921(5)A, a = 78.270(8), β = 74.550(8), γ = 83.807(8)°, V = 553.1(5)A^3, Z = 1, C14H16Cl4CoN10O2, Mr = 557.10, Dc = 1.673 g/cm^3, F(000) = 281,μ(MoKα) = 1.293 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0453 and wR = 0.1181 for 1539 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The Co(II) ion is in a distorted centrosymmetric six-coordinate octahedral environment with two Ntriazole, two Omethanol and two Cl atoms. Via hydrogen bonds the configuration of 1 has been extended into 1D chains which are developed to 2D layers via π-π sticking action, and these layers are further extended into a 3D network by hydrogen bonds. The antibacterial activity of the title compound has been detected, and the results show that the ligands and cobalt(II) complex exhibit certain fungicidal activity against several bacteria. A new mononuclear Co(Ⅱ) complex, [Co(hmz)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, has been synthesized by the reaction of Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O with 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-mercaptotetrazole (Hhmz). It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.502(5), b = 6.718(3), c = 13.972(6) (A), β = 117.532(4)°, V = 1123.9(8) (A)3, Z = 2, M r = 553.45, F(000) = 570, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3, μ = 1.008 mm-1, the final R = 0.0272 and wR = 0.0684 for 2194 observed reflections (Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ)). The Co(Ⅱ) is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from two hmz-1 ligands and four water molecules, forming an octahedral geometry. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding and offset-panel π-π stacking interactions between the adjacent molecules extend the compound into a three- dimensional supramolecular framework. The title compound emits strong blue fluorescent light (λem(max) = 427 nm) at room temperature and is red-shifted compared with free ligand Hhmz (λem(max) = 342 nm).  相似文献

A new energetic compound based on the tetrazole-1-acetic acid (tza) and potassium(I) salt, K2(tza)2(H2O), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 with a = 1.11972(17) nm, b = 0.46647(7) nm, c = 2.5158(4) nm, V = 1.3140(3) nm3, K2C6H8N8O5, Mr = 350.40 g·mol-1, Dc = 1.771 g·cm-3, μ(MoKα) = 0.759 mm-1, F(000) = 712, Z = 4, R = 0.023 and wR = 0.0527 for 2961 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The K(I) cation is six-coordinated with four O atoms from three carboxylate groups, one O atom from one H2O molecule and one N atom from tetrazolyl ring, in which each tza is coordinated in a tridentate chelating bridging coordination mode. The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title complex was studied by DSC and TG-DTG techniques. Under nitrogen atmosphere at a heating rate of 10 K·min-1, the thermal decomposition of the complex contains one main exothermic process between 191.7 and 243.8 ℃ in the DSC curve. Its combustion heat was mensurated by oxygen bomb calorimetry. The non-isothermal kinetics parameters were calculated by the Kissinger's method and Ozawa-Doyle's method, respectively. The sensitivity properties of K2(tza)2(H2O) were also determined with standard methods, which was very sensitive to flame.  相似文献

Crystal structure of the title compound, Cu(phen)(H2O)2·ClO4(phen=1,10-phenanthroline), was deter-mined by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with lattice parameters a=1.49071(4)nm, b=1.38594(4)nm, c=0.70292(1)nm, β=108.509(1)° and Z=4; The Cu(Ⅰ) ion is chelated by a phen ligand and two aqua ligands in cis arrangement and assumes a C2 symmetric square-planar geometry with the CuN2O2 core. Eight Cu(phen)(H2O)2·ClO4 molecules are interconnected by strong hydrogen bonds between coordinated water molecules and uncoordinated perchlorate anions to form a molecular scale cavities along c axis. The bond distances of Cu-N and Cu-O are 0.2003(4)nm and 0.1973(3)nm, respectively. CCDC: 197600.  相似文献
