A new Schiff base compound, C13H9Br2N3O2·CH3OH, isonicotinic acid [1-(3,5- dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]hydrazide methanol, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound comprises a Schiff base moiety isonicotinic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl) methylidene]hydrazide and a methanol molecule. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.464(1), b = 9.511(2), c = 10.901(2) , α = 92.940(2), β = 110.456(2), γ = 96.040(2)o, Z = 2, V = 814.0(2) 3, Dc = 1.759 g/cm3, Mr = 431.09, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 4.994 mm-1, F(000) = 424, R = 0.0440 and wR = 0.1061. A total of 3284 unique reflections were collected, of which 2197 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. The molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings is 22.0(4)o. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O-H···N and C-H···O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the ac plane. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has potential antibacterial activities. 相似文献

The computational results for curcumin at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level show that the enol form of curcumin is more stable than the diketo form because of an intramolecular hydrogen bond, which extends the conjugation effect in the enol chain, formed in the enol structure. Cis-diketone form can not be obtained, presumably due to the strong repulsion between the carbonyl dipoles aligned in parallel. According to the phenolic O-H bond dissociation enthalpy, curcumin in its most stable form can be suggested to be a relatively good antioxidant. In order to avoid overcoming H-bond interaction and to improve the antioxidant activity of curcumin, a catechol moiety was incorporated into curcumin for designing a novel antioxidant. It is found that the designed molecule is much more efficient to scavenge radical than curcumin, comparable to vitamin E. Moreover, the ionization potential of the designed molecule is similar to that of curcumin, indicating that the designed molecule can not display the prooxidant effect. 相似文献

根据活性亚结构拼接原理,以ε-己内酯和硫代对称二氨基脲为基体,制得中间体3-(5-羟戊基)-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑,再与ω-卤代芳基乙酮反应合成了8个新的3-(5-羟戊基)-6-芳香基-7H-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b][1,3,4]噻二嗪类化合物,其结构经1H NMR、 13C NMR、 IR和元素表征。采用室内培养皿法考察了化合物的植物生长调节活性。结果表明: 3a~3h对双子叶萝卜茎和单子叶小麦茎的生长均有显著的抑制作用,浓度为10 mg·L-1时,抑制率为50%~69%,浓度为50 mg·L-1时,抑制率达到88%以上,3c对两种植物茎生长的抑制率均达到100%。 相似文献

For making use of Ginseng resources that exhibit an antitumor activity and for finding new anticancer drugs,three new fatty acid ester compounds: 3β-acetoxy panaxadiol ( Ⅰ ), 3β-palmitic acid aceloxy panaxadiol ( Ⅱ ), and 3β-octadecanoic acid aceloxy panaxadiol( Ⅰ , Ⅱ , and Ⅲ ) were synthesized with panaxadiol, diacetyl oxide, palmityl chloride and stearyl chloride, and their structures were determined via MS, 13C NMR, IR, TLC, and so on. The molar yields of the three compounds are 75.14%, 79. 08%, and 72. 57%, respectively. Meanwhile, the antitumor activity of the three new panaxadiol fatty acid ester derivatives and panaxadiol was compared by using the method of MTT. Tumor cell used was Vero cell line. Positive control was 5-FU, blank was an RPMI1640 culture medium, negative control was an RPMI1640 culture medium and the solvent for drugs to be tested. Compound Ⅰ has the strongest antitumor activity followed by panaxadiol; compounds Ⅱ and Ⅲ have similar and weakest antitumor activities.Furthermore, the antitumor activities of the panaxadiol fatty acid ester derivatives show positive correlation with the concentration of the test group, but show no relationship with the molecular weight of fatty acid. The methods that are used to synthesize the three compounds with high yields and strong antitumor activities are simple and show a great potential for meeting the needs of industrial manufacture of these drugs. 相似文献

从玉米芯中提取到水提水溶性粗多糖,通过乙醇分级、冻融、凝胶过滤层析,生物测定导向等手段,分离到一种能延长体外凝血时间,而且具有外源抗凝血功能的多糖CCⅢ.CCⅢ对活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)无显著影响,但可显著延长体外抗凝血时间(PT).将CCⅢ纯化,经糖组成分析、甲基化、高碘酸氧化、Smith降解和GC-MS分析,确定该多糖结构为:β-(1→4)Glc,(1→3)Xyl构成主链,Glc在6-O处有分枝.平均每10个糖残基有1个分枝,支链由β-(1→3)Xyl,(1→3)Glc构成. 相似文献
