The interaction between BSA and epicatechin was studied using fluorescence quenching titrations combined with trilinear decomposition method and excitation-emission matrix(EEM)fluorescence.The resolved spectra were highly similar with the actual ones which indicated that the resolved results were reliable.The relevant parameters of the binding process were obtained by quantifying each substance in the complicated mixtures in situ.The quenching was static quenching,epicatechin had a weak interaction with BSA and the binding site was one.The total concentration and the free concentration of quenchers had different effect on the system.The results demonstrated that the method exploited in this article is a useful tool to investigate complicated interactions,avoiding complicated pretreatment and simplify experimental procedure.  相似文献

One interesting coordination polymer, [Zn2(1,2,4-BTC)(OH)(H2O)2]2·2H2O 1, has been synthesized from 1,2,4-BTC (1,2,4-BTC = 1,2,4-bentricarboxylate) under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex I crystallizes in triclinic, space group P^-1, with a = 6.5200(13), b = 9,0600(18), c = 10.968(2) A^°, α = 111.55(3), β = 92.07(3),γ= 95.03(3)°, C9H10O10Zn2, Mr = 408.91, V= 598.7(2) A^°^3, Dc = 2.268 g/cm^3, F(000) = 408 and Z = 2. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 is a three-dimensional network built from tetranuclear Zn(Ⅱ) building unit. In this complex, the Zn4 unit is an eight-connected knot, while 1,2,4-BTC a four-connected knot. This results in a CaF2 topology. To the best of our knowledge, such Zn4 unit is the first 8-connected building block built from asymmetry ligand.  相似文献

Study on the quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) of 26 compounds, N-[5-(2-furanyl)-2-methyl-4-oxo-4H-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-3-yl]-carboxamide and 3-substituted- 5-(2-furanyl)-2-methyl-3H-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ones, with three-dimensional holographic vector of atomic interaction field (3D-HoVAIF) was carried out. SMR-PLS QSAR models have been created and good correlation coefficients and cross-validated correlation coefficients were obtained. The result shows that the models have good prediction capability and favorable stability and the 3D-HoVAIF is applicable to the molecular structural characterization and biological activity prediction.  相似文献

在高电流密度下以阴极析出的氢气泡为“模板”电沉积三维多孔Sn薄膜, 经在200 ℃ 2 h和400 ℃ 2 h热处理氧化后电沉积金属Pt, 制得三维多孔的Pt/SnO2 (3D-Pt/SnO2)薄膜. 通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析了薄膜的形貌和结构. 结果显示Pt主要沉积在SnO2枝晶上, 形成Ptshell/SnO2core结构的枝晶. 在0.5 mol•dm-3 H2SO4+1.0 mol•dm-3 CH3OH溶液中的循环伏安结果表明, 3D-Pt/SnO2薄膜电极在酸性溶液中电催化氧化甲醇的性能优于电沉积的纯铂电极, 而且具有较高的稳定性.  相似文献

N,N-二甲基-2-溴苯乙胺类衍生物是一类有效的肾上腺素阻断剂, 具有较高的生物活性. 通过比较分子力场分析(CoMFA)方法, 建立了22个标题化合物对大鼠阻断活性的三维定量结构-活性关系(3D-QSAR)模型. 该模型显示立体场、静电场对生物活性贡献分别为67.3%, 32.7%, 其中立体场与受体之间的相互作用是造成阻断剂生物活性差别的主要因素. 此3D-QSAR模型的交叉验证系数q2=0.862, 传统的相关系数(非交互验证系数)R2=0.962. 该模型给出的预测值与实验值非常接近, 其方差比F=503.7, 估计标准误差(S)为0.11. 根据CoMFA模型的立体场、静电场三维等值线图不仅直观地解释了结构与活性的关系, 而且为进一步设计高活性的标题化合物提供一定的理论依据.  相似文献

A new inorganic-organic hybrid supramolecular compound [Habo]6[V10O28]·solvents and its crystal structure was reported as follows: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a =11.419(9), b = 16.811(16), c = 15.521(12) (A), β= 102.98(2)°, V= 2903(4) (A)3, Z = 4, C15H46N3O19V5,Mr = 827.25, Dc = 1.893 g/cm3, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 A,μ = 1.636 mm-1, F(000) = 1696, the final R =0.0696 and wR = 0.1361 for 4641 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The compound is based on decavanadate clusters [V 1oO28]6-. The hydrogen bonding interactions among Habo+ cations, solvents and decavanadate clusters extend 1 into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

A new organic-inorganic hetero-coordination polymer with three different kinds of ligands [Co(4,4′-bpy)(NCS)2(py)2]n is synthesized in the extremely mild condition. The X-ray diffraction reveals that the title polymer has a highly tactic three-dimensional cagelike supramolecular structure. Although the coordination bond makes it a one-dimension chain, the hydrogen bond plays an important role in the formation of 3-D supramolecular frameworks. The determination of magnetic properties has been carried out, and shows that it behaves weak antiferromagnetic property with J 4,4′ -bpy = -3.8cm-1.  相似文献

Permanent need to understand nature, structure and properties of humic substances influences also separation methods that are in a wide scope used for fractionation, characterization and analysis of humic substances (HS). At the first glance techniques based on size-exclusion phenomena are the most useful and utilized for relating elution data to the molecular mass distribution of HS, however, with some limitations and exceptions, respectively, in the structural investigation of HS. The second most abundant separation mechanism is reversed-phase based on weak hydrophobic interactions beneficially combined with the step gradients inducing distinct features in rather featureless analytical signal of HS. Relatively great effort is invested to the developments of immobilized-metal affinity chromatography mimicking chelate-forming properties of HS as ligands in the environment. Surprisingly, relatively less attention is given to the ion-ion interactions based ion-exchange chromatography of HS. Chromatographic separation methods play also an important role in the examination of interactions of HS with pesticides. They allow us to determine binding constants and the other data necessary to predict the mobility of chemical pollutants in the environment. HS is frequently adversely acting in analytical procedures as interfering substance, so more detailed information is desired on manifestation of its numerous properties in analytical procedures. The article topic is covered by the review emphasizing advances in the field done in the period of last 10 years from 2000 till 2010.  相似文献

One new polyoxotungstate complex H6Na2K4(H2W12O42)Cl2·14H2O 1 has been prepared in the beaker solution and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Crystal data: H36Cl2K4W12Na2O56, Mr = 3411.77, monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 11.5734(16), b = 14.3136(19), c = 15.459(2)(A), β = 105.601(2)°, V = 2466.5(6)(A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 4.594 g/cm3, F(000) = 3008, μ = 28.447 mm-1, R = 0.0574 and wR = 0.1239 (Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ)). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis results reveal that a three-dimensional architecture in the title compound is constructed from the H2W12O4210- units linked by potassium.  相似文献
