A general method for the preparation of syn-2,3-disubstituted-2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzoxathiin rings from 2-mercaptoethanols and quinone ketals is presented. This ring system is produced by Michael addition of a 2-mercaptoethanol to a quinone ketal, followed by cyclization of the initial Michael adduct, and subsequent aromatization to afford a syn-2,3-disubstituted-1,4-benzoxathiin in fair to good chemical yield. Several chiral syn-2,3-disubstituted-2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzoxathiin rings were prepared with this method from enantioenriched 2-mercaptoethanols. No loss of enantiopurity was observed.  相似文献

In the past several decades, much attention has been paid to optically active, C2-asymmetric 1,1′-binaphthalene-2,2′-diol and its derivatives because of their application in inducing chirality in asymmetric synthesis[1,2]. Lipase-mediated acetylations of trans- and cis-2-substituted cyclohexanols gave the corresponding (1R)-cyclohexyl acetates and (1S)-cyclohexanols in high yields and ee, but c-4-tert-butyl-c-2-ethenyl-r-1-cyclohexanol was unreactive owing to the steric interaction between the axial OH group and the axial H atoms at the 3- and 5-positions. In the cis-isomer the OH group occupies an equatorial position to bind to the lipase, and less bulky axial alkenyl and alkynyl groups might not so much prevent acetylations than an alkyl group.  相似文献

The alkylation of 3-cyano-1,4-dihydropyridine-2(3H)-thiones or the condensation of an aromatic aldehyde, cyanothioacetamide, acetylacetone, and methyl iodide in the presence of piperidine has given a series of novel 5-acetyl-2-alkylthio-4-aryl-6-methyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylic acid nitriles. A compound was obtained from 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde in the molecule of which were combined the active part of the antioxidant ionol and a 1,4-dihydropyridine ring. It was found that, among the compounds synthesized, the highest antiradical activity occurred in a compound having two hydroxyl groups in the 4-phenyl substituent.  相似文献

This is the first report on the determination of proteins with tetra-substituted sulphonated aluminum phthalocyanine (AlS4Pc) by resonance light-scattering (RLS). At pH 3.0, the weak RLS of AlS4Pc can be enhanced by the addition of proteins. Based on this, a novel quantitative method has been developed for the determination of proteins in aqueous solutions. Under optimal conditions, the linear ranges of the calibration curves were 0.050–2.0 μg ml−1 for both human serum albumin (HSA) and human r-IgG. The detection limits were 12.7 ng ml−1 for HSA and 16.1 ng ml−1 for human r-IgG. The method has been applied to the analysis of total protein in human serum samples collected from the hospital and the results were in good agreement with those reported by the hospital, which indicates that the method presented here is not only sensitive, simple, but also reliable and suitable for practical applications.  相似文献

The thermal decomposition studies for two palladium(II) complexes Pd(apyr)2Cl2 and Pd(pmpa)Cl2 (apyr=1–aminopyrene and pmpa=N–(2–pyridylmethylene)–1–pyrenylamine) were carried out in pure nitrogen using TG-DTG techniques. The non-isothermal kinetic parameters for the two complexes were evaluated employing the method suggested by Málek, esták, Koga et al. Based on the above results, thermal behaviour of the complexes were carefully discussed, which showed that not only the parameters value, but also the decomposition pattern and mechanism for complex 1 are different from complex 2.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The vapor phase catalytic reaction between aromatic carboxylic acid and acetic acid was investigated. Many metal oxides catalyzed the reaction between 2methylbenzoic acid (OTA) and acetic acid (AA) to produce 2methylacetophenone (OMA), and weakly acidic oxides such as Th, U, Ce, and La oxide exhibited higher yield of OMA. The OMA yield depended on the catalyst support. SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, and ZrO2 with a surface area of less than 200 m2 g–1 appeared to be suitable as industrial catalyst supports. CeO2 on Al2O3was chosen as an industrial catalyst for the synthesis of OMA because of higher productivity, longer catalyst life, and lifting of legal restrictions on catalyst handling. This catalyst system can also be applied to the syntheses of acetophenone, nitroacetophenone, and chloroacetophenone.  相似文献
