Environmental friendly double perovskite Sr2TiMoO6 has been studied by using the density functional theory with generalized gradient approximation (GGA+U) approaches, and the Monte Carlo simulation in the framework of Ising model. The parameter of the unit cell has been optimized. The value of the crystal field and the exchange coupling have been estimated from the partial electronic density of states and the energy calculations, respectively. The magnetic properties and the magnetocaloric effect of the compound have been also studied. The Relative cooling power has been performed. It is found that Sr2TiMoO6 is an interesting material for the magnetic refrigeration applications.  相似文献

D-Ring-seco-limonoids (tetranortriterpenoids), such as gedunin and xylogranin B display anti-cancer activity, acting via inhibition of Hsp90 and/or associated chaperon machinery (e.g., p23). Despite this, these natural products have received relatively little attention, both in terms of an enabling synthetic approach (which would allow access to derivatives), and as a consequence their structure–activity relationship (SAR). Disclosed herein is a generally applicable synthetic route to the BCD ring system of the seco-D-ring double bond containing limonoids. Furthermore, cell based assays revealed the first skeletal fragment that exhibited inhibition of the p23 enzyme at a level which was equipotent to that of gedunin, despite being much less structurally complex.  相似文献

The environment-friendly bacterial strains are used for wastewater treatment due to their high degrading capability and cost-effectiveness. In the present study, we isolated, identified, characterized, and optimized culture condition ( Temperature 35 °C for both, time up to 96 h, pH 7 and 7.5 respectively) of two dye degrading bacteria from industrial effluents. Morphological, biochemical, and molecular identification confirmed those strains as Bacillus pseudomycoides and Acinetobacter haemolyticus. Spectrophotometric methods were used to investigate the dye degradation(single and mixed dye) capability of these two bacteria. These strains were the potential for degrading methylene green (MG), basic violet (BV) and acid blue (AB) dyes. In case of MG + BV, B. pseudomycoides, and A. haemolyticus showed a degradation rate of 74% and 75%, respectively. While degradation was found 75% and 82% for MG + AB combination, 73% and 73% for AB + BV combination, and 80% and 82% for MG + BV + AB combination respectively. Azoreductase enzymes from bacteria are essential for breaking down the azo bond in textile azo dyes. In molecular docking, the binding energy of three docking complexes (protein and MG, protein and BV, protein and AB) were ?6.3, ?6.6, and ?6.8 Kcal/mol, respectively. The binding stability of the docked complexes was ensured by the root mean square deviations (RMSD), solvent accessible surface area (SASA), radius of gyration (Rg) and hydrogen bond in a molecular dynamics simulation study, indicating strong and stable binding. This study revealed that both B. pseudomycoides and A. haemolyticus could decolorize single and mixed dyes efficiently. As a result, both the strains could be used in further research to apply their potentiality in large-scale dye degradation in the future.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Based on the full-potential linearised augmented plane wave plus local orbitals (FP-L/APW?+?lo) method within the density functional theory (DFT), the structural, electronic, and magnetic calculations of the cubic oxide perovskite NdInO3 compound have been done under the generalised gradient approximation (GGA). The exchange and correlation (XC) potential is defined as GGA framework in the analyses of structural properties, while both GGA and GGA?+?U (U is the Hubbard correlation term) approximations are taken to treat the electronic and magnetic properties. It is found that ferromagnetic (FM) configuration is reported as the most stable ground state of the cubic NdInO3 material; however, the equilibrium lattice parameters such as lattice constant (a0 ), bulk modulus (B0 ), its first-pressure derivative (B’), and the minimum of total energy (E0 ) are given in paramagnetic (PM), ferromagnetic (FM), and anti-ferromagnetic (AFM) states. The spin-polarized electronic structure calculations (band structure and density of states) of the cubic oxide perovskite NdInO3 compound verify the half-metallic feature due to the spin-up case which has the metallic nature, whereas the spin-down case presents the semiconducting character. Moreover, the magnetic properties show the integer value of the total magnetic moment for the studied compound (B ), where it is manly contributed by Nd atoms with apparition of weak local magnetic moments in non magnetic In and O sites.  相似文献

Zeolite imidazole framework (ZIF-90) nanoparticles were chemically modified by grafting triptycene moieties. The modified nanoparticles were introduced into a triptycene-based polyimide as fillers to generate mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) for gas separation. The incorporation of “hook-like” triptycene moieties in both dispersed and continuous phases led to intimate contact between the two phases and thus defect-free interfacial morphology, due to the supramolecular interlocking and π–π stacking interaction between triptycene units presented in both phases. The filler/polymer solution showed shear thickening behavior due to such strong interfacial interaction. The separation performance of the prepared composite membranes was investigated as a function of filler loading and particle surface grafting density. Pure-gas permeation results showed that the gas permeabilities increased expectedly as the filler loading increased, with stable or improved selectivities. The reduced permeability relative to pristine polyimide film is likely due to the pore blockage of ZIF-90 upon grafting triptycene moieties on the particle surface. Reducing the grafting density of triptycene moieties led to improved permeability and selectivity suggesting good tunability of this series of new composite membranes. Overall, modification of nanofiller with hierarchical triptycene moieties offers a fundamentally new avenue for creation of composite membranes with unique properties in gas separations.  相似文献

Abstract

Five diglycolamide-appended calix[4]arene (C4DGA) ligands, viz. C4DGA with no substituent (L-I), n-propyl (L-II), 3-pentyl (L-III), n-octyl (L-IV) and both side (L-V) substituents were evaluated for the separation of carrier free 90Y from a 90Y–90Sr mixture using the flat sheet supported liquid membrane technique. Based on the results of earlier batch studies, the transport properties of the C4DGA ligands towards Y(III) and Sr(II) were monitored at two different feed acidities. The transport rates were significantly lower for 6 M HNO3 as compared to 3 M HNO3 as the feed. After 6 h, the observed trend of Y(III) transport with the C4DGA ligands using a feed of 3 M HNO3 was: L-I ~ L-III > L-V > L-IV > L-II which changed to L-III > L-I > L-IV > L-V > L-II for 6 M HNO3 as the feed. With 3 M HNO3 as feed, >97% Y(III) transport was obtained with L-I and L-III in 6 h. Comparative Sr(II) transport was negligible resulting in high decontamination factors. In a one-step separation process, using L-I as the carrier ligand, pure 90Y was obtained as the respective complex with either EDTA or DOTA. The highlights of this liquid membrane-based separation method comprise: its easiness, one-step separation, low ligand inventory, relatively pure product and continuous method.  相似文献

铜氧化物高温超导体和铁基高温超导体的发现,打破了基于电声耦合机理的BCS所预测的超导转变温度极限,使得人们对于超导材料的研究进入新的阶段.两者具有相似的层状结构,在掺杂引入载流子的情况下能够产生超导现象.本文报道基于已有的铜氧化物超导体Pr2CuO_4和具有类超导体结构的Pr2O_3Fe_2Se2系列化合物,设计出一系列超导候选材料Pr_4CuO_7Fe_2Se_2,并对其电子结构进行了基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算研究.计算的能带结构和态密度表明,Pr_4CuO_7Fe_2Se_2整体表现出弱导电性,与已有超导体类似;具有明显的各项异性,同样为层状结构,Fe_2Se_2O层和CuO_2层均表现出导电性,被Pr2O_2层分离开,其中费米能级附近Fe_2Se_2O层对态密度的贡献较大,Pr2O_2层几乎无导电性,z轴方向则表现出绝缘体特性.新设计结构的整体表现如同Pr2CuO_4和Pr2O_3Fe_2Se2的结合,但是CuO_2层和Fe_2Se_2O层的活跃能级区域又有所不同,这就使得同一环境下,单一物质中,对比研究两种层状结构的物理表现成为一种可能.  相似文献

We introduce a framework of translation quiver varieties which includes Nakajima quiver varieties as well as their graded and cyclic versions. An important feature of translation quiver varieties is that the sets of their fixed points under toric actions can be again realized as translation quiver varieties. This allows one to simplify quiver varieties in several steps. We prove that translation quiver varieties are smooth, pure and have Tate motivic classes.
