一种数字显示电导率仪检定用标准器的研制

研制了一种采用数字显示方法的电导率仪检定用标准器.在标准电阻精度不变的条件下,该方法改善了标准器各档的显示精度,提高了检定结果的可靠性.数字显示电导率仪检定用标准器和普通交/直流电阻箱的交直流参数基本一致.     

图象差异的彩色立体显示

本文提出一种简单的实现图象差异的立体彩色显示方法,对两张黑白图片能够用不同的颜色显示出差异部分在立体空间的相对位置。     

Real-time pupil tracking backlight system for holographic 3D display (Invited Paper)

We propose an automatic three-dimensional(3D)pupil tracking backlight system for holographic 3D display system with large image size and full-parallax accommodation effect.The proposed tracking module is applied to a holographic 3D display system with two sets of directional holographic imaging module composed of 2×2 large scale lens array and 22-inch high-resolution liquid crystal display 3D panel.System architecture is described and experimental results are presented.     

Wavelength tunable passively Q-switched Yb-doped double-clad f iber laser with graphene grown on SiC

A passively Q-switched tunable Yb-doped double-clad fiber laser is demonstrated with graphene epitaxially grown on SiC.The spectral tuning of the Q-switched fiber laser is implemented by rotating a quartz plate filter inside the cavity.The central wavelength of the fiber laser can be continuously tuned from 1038.54 to 1056.22 nm.The maximum pulse energy of 0.65 μJ is obtained at the pump power of 4.08 W,and the corresponding pulse duration and average output power are 1.60 μs and 35 mW,respectively.     

一种高清数字视频近眼立体显示系统设计

根据微型AM-OLED显示器的技术原理,提出了以双HDMI接口为视频输入接口、PIC16F1825为MCU控制芯片,以及双微型AM-OLED为显示器的立体显示系统的电路设计方案,主控芯片通过IIC串行总线对各模块寄存器进行配置。利用人眼的双目视差成像原理,通过配置HDMI解码芯片ADV7611和AM-OLED微显芯片的寄存器,使交错隔列立体视频源的奇数列和偶数列分离,视频源的奇数列和偶数列分别显示在左右眼相对应的AM-OLED显示器上,最终实现了立体显示。经测试,验证了系统方案的有效性。     

Parameterization of land surface albedo

Remote measurements of Earth’s surface from ground, airborne, and spaceborne instruments show that its albedo is highly variable and is sensitive to solar zenith angle（SZA） and atmospheric opacity. Using a validated radiative transfer calculating toolbox, DISORT and a bidirectional reflectance distribution function library, AMBRALS, a land surface albedo（LSA） lookup table（LUT） is produced with respect to SZA and aerosol optical depth. With the LUT, spectral and broadband LSA can be obtained at any given illumination geometries and atmospheric conditions. It provides a fast and accurate way to simulate surface reflectance over large temporal and spatial scales for climate study.

高效率钙钛矿发光二极管的研究进展

钙钛矿发光二极管(LED)由于高的发光色纯度、颜色连续可调、可溶液法制备和材料成本低等优势,被认为是下一代高清柔性显示和平面照明应用最有前景的候选材料之一,受到科学界和产业界的广泛关注。在过去的几年里,钙钛矿LED取得了快速的发展,发光颜色已经实现了从紫外光到近红外光的全覆盖,其中绿光、红光和近红外光的外量子效率均超过了20%。本文首先介绍了钙钛矿LED的基本知识,随后综述了本课题组近年来在高效率钙钛矿LED制备方面取得的研究进展,最后结合领域内的一些代表性工作,分析了领域发展中存在的不足,并对未来产业化应用的前景进行了展望。     

Passively Q-Switched EDFL Using a Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotube Polymer Composite Based on a Saturable Absorber

A stable passive Q-switched erbium-doped fiber laser （EDFL） operating at 1563.5 nm is demonstrated by using a multi-walled carbon nanotube （MWCNT） polymer composite film based saturable absorber for the first time. The composite is prepared by mixing the MWCNTs homogeneous solution into a dilute PEO polymer solution before it is left to dry at room temperature to produce thin film. Then the film is sandwiched between two FC/PC fiber connectors and is integrated into the laser cavity for Q-switching pulse generation. The EDFL generates a stable pulse train with repetition rates ranging from 4.5 kHz to 20.0 kHz by varying the 1480 nm pump power from 35 mW to 53 mW. At the 53 mW pump power, the pulse width and pulse energy are 8.8 μs and 15.3 nJ, respectively.     

An Easily Switchable Dual-Wavelength Passively Mode-Locked Erbium Fiber Laser

A simple scheme of switchable dual-wavelength passively mode-locked fiber laser is demonstrated. The laser can be flexibly switched among different mode-locked states simply by tuning the cavity loss while keeping all the other cavity parameters fixed. As the cavity loss increases, the mode-locked fiber laser operates at the long-wavelength, dual-wavelength, and short-wavelength states, successively. In addition, these states can be conveniently switched without losing the mode-locked operation and the switching process is reversible as the cavity loss decreases. The mechanism is qualitatively explained by the balance between the fiber gain and the cavity loss.
