植物生理信息采集处理系统研究

以虚拟仪器理论为基础研制的植物生理信息采集处理系统．应用了传感器技术、自动测量技术、微计算机软硬件技术及数据的数学处理方法．植物生理信息采集处理系统由传感器、信号调理电路、数据采集卡、通用计算机和数据采集软件、数据处理软件构成，实现了植物生理信息多通道数据的实时自动采集和处理功能．系统具有测量集成、植株活体无损测量、信息数字化、全自动记录、用数据库管理数据等特点．     

Triterpenoid Constituents of Huperzia miyoshiana

Thirteen triterpenoids, including three new ones, miyoshianois A (1), B (2) and C (3), were isolated from Huperzia miyoshiana. The structures of these new compounds were established as 3-O-dihydroferuloyltohogenol (1), 16-oxo-3β,21β-dihydrox-y-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (2) and 16-oxo-3a, 21β-dihydroxy-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (3), respectively, on the basis of their spectroscopic analysis.

A New Cytotoxic Acetogenin from the Seeds of Annona squamosa

A New Annonaceous acetogenin,squamostolide(1),was isolated from the seeds of Annona squamosa.Its structure was elucidated based on spectroscopic methods and comparison with known compounds.It is the first example of Annonaceous acetogenin with each of the two ends of the aliphatic chain bearing a γ-lactone.Thenew compound exhibited cytotoxic activity in vitro against bel-7402 and CNE2 human tumor cell lines.     

A New Cycloartane from Sphaerophysa salsula

A novel cycloartane,named sphaerophysone A,9,19-cycloart-7β,24β,25-triol-1-en-3-one,was isolated from the ethanol extract of Sphaerophysa salsula DC.The structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral evidences and confirmed by X-ray analysis,the stereochemistry of the compound was also defined by X-ray analysis.     

超高效液相色谱-质谱法同时测定大麻植物中Δ9-四氢大麻酚和Δ9-四氢大麻酚酸A北大核心CSCD

10mg样品粉末用5mL甲醇超声萃取,离心后,上清液在Waters ACQUTIY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm)上分离,以含0.1%(体积分数)甲酸的甲醇和水(体积比为87∶13)为流动相进行等度洗脱,流量为0.2mL·min-1。利用光电二极管阵列检测器在波长220nm处对Δ9-四氢大麻酚(Δ9-THC)和Δ9-四氢大麻酚酸A(Δ9-THCA-A)进行定性和定量分析,并采用质谱检测器QDa进行确证。Δ9-THC和Δ9-THCA-A的质量浓度分别在0.50~20.0mg·L-1和2.0~40.0 mg·L-1内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)分别为0.10,1.0mg·L-1。加标回收率在81.5%~97.9%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.77%~4.1%之间。采用该方法对20个大麻植物样品进行分析,由Δ9-THC和Δ9-THCA-A的测定值计算得总Δ9-THC含量略高于标准方法测定结果。     

超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测蔬菜中23种植物生长调节剂

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)快速检测蔬菜中23种植物生长调节剂的分析方法。蔬菜样品采用含1%(体积分数)乙酸的乙腈提取,6 g无水硫酸镁和1 g氯化钠盐析后,无需净化,直接进行UHPLC-MS/MS分析,正负离子同时扫描和多反应监测模式(MRM)检测,基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量。23种植物生长调节剂在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.98。除矮壮素、缩节胺的回收率为50.5%~73.7%,其余21种植物生长调节剂在3个加标水平下的平均回收率为70.2%~125.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.7%~22.5%,方法定量下限为1~50μg/kg。该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于蔬菜样品中23种植物生长调节剂的快速检测。     

Configuration Confirmation of Euphorbia Factor L1 by Single-crystal X-ray Diffraction

A 6,（17）-epoxylathyrol diterpenoid （（2S＊3S＊4R＊5R＊6S＊9S＊11S＊15R＊）-5,15-diacetoxy-3- phenylacetoxy-14-oxolathyra-6（17）,（12E）-diene-6（17）-epoxide） was isolated from the seeds of Euhporbia lathyris L. Its configuration was puzzled because of the incomplete X-ray results reported before. In this work, the atom connectivity and configuration were confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction together with ESI-MS, ^1H-, and ^13C-NMR spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 with a = 11.386（1）, b = 8.2839（7）, c = 17.192（2） A, β = 108.305（2）°, Z = 2, V = 1539.5（2）A^3, C32H40O8, Mr = 552.64, Dc = 1.192 g/m^3, /7（000） = 592,μ（MoKα） = 0.085 mm^-l, T = 293（2） K, the final R = 0.0398 and wR = 0.0950 for 2057 observed reflections with Ⅰ 〉 2α（Ⅰ）. The molecule shows a tricyclic terpenoid skeleton, consisting of fused five-, eleven- and three-membered rings. The configuration at C（5） is R^＊ and that at C（6） S^＊.     

热解吸-气相色谱法测定植物源挥发性有机物

以Tenax-TA、Carboxen 1000和Carbosieve SⅢ为采样管填充料,将植物源挥发性有机物吸附于采样管内,样品通过二次热解吸仪解吸后,随载气进入气相色谱仪,采用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定,建立了利用二次热解吸仪与气相色谱联用技术测定植物挥发性有机物的分析方法。载气N2流速为30 mL/min,60℃下吹扫吸附管2 min,然后在250℃下解吸吸附管5 min,冷却1 min后,在275℃下解吸聚焦管3 min,样品经传输线进入气相色谱。气相色谱载气N2压力为190 kPa,FID检测器温度280℃;进样口温度225℃;初始柱温40℃,停留5 min,以2℃/min升温至120℃,保留1 min,然后以20℃/min升温至200℃,保留10 min。方法重现性好,精密度高,线性相关系数大于0.99;检出限均低于9×10-9g/L;解吸效率大于96%,适用于植物源挥发性有机物的测定。     

A new dihydrobenzofuran lignanoside from Selaginella moellendorffii Hieron

A new lignanoside, （7R,8S）-7,8-dihydro-7-（4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl）-1＇-formyl-3＇-y-methoxyl-8-hydroxymethylbenzo- furan-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （moellenoside A）, was isolated from Selaginella moellendorffii Hieron.
