石墨炉原子吸收法测定生物样品中镉的几种基体改进剂的比较

本文比较了磷酸二氢铵、氟化铵、硫酸铵、氯化钯、氯铂酸以及氯铂酸与多种有机酸的混合试剂在测定ＧＢＷ猪肝标准物质中镉时基体改进效果，其中，氯铂酸的基体改进能力最强，猪肝标准物质的回收率在９０％     

高分子负载钯催化剂对丙烯酸甲酯加氢反应的研究

制备了商品化的强碱阴离子交换树脂D296,D261,弱碱阴离子交换树脂D370,螯合树脂D401,强酸阳离子交换树脂D61,D72,D001-CC,干氢催化树脂及交联聚丙烯腈,聚N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮负载钯催化剂,考察了它们对丙烯酸甲酯加氢反应的催化性能。实验结果表明,它们都能以较高的催化活性将丙烯酸甲酯完全转化为丙酸甲酯,是制备高纯丙酸甲酯的优良催化剂。     

晶种诱导Nonasil(HMI)的合成

以不同分子筛(Nonasil, MCM-22或MCM-49)为晶种, 在水热条件下以六亚甲基亚胺(HMI)为模板剂, 对纯硅沸石Nonasil(HMI)的合成进行了研究. 并且对各种合成参数, 包括晶种类型、硅源、晶化温度和Na+浓度等对Nonasil(HMI)合成的影响进行了探讨. 发现在适量的Na+存在条件下, 晶种的引入大大缩短了晶化时间; 不同类型的晶种对晶化速度有不同程度的提高. 特别是用异类晶种(如MCM-22或MCM-49)能够合成高结晶度的Nonasil(HMI).     

肽的研究——Ⅱ.带保护基的胰岛素A鏈羧端九肽的合成

本文报告带保护基的胰島素A鏈羧端九肽Ⅰ(N-苄氧羰基亮氨酰-酪氨酰-谷氨酰胺酰-亮氨酰-γ-甲酯-谷氨酰-天冬酰胺酰-酪氨酰-S-苄基半胱氨酰-天冬酰胺甲酯)的合成。Ⅰ是由N-苄氧羰基亮氨酰-酪氨酰-谷氨酰胺酰-亮氨酸(四肽Ⅱ)和由N-苄氧羰基-γ-甲酯谷氨酰-天冬酰胺酰-酪氨酰-S-苄基牛胱氨酰-天冬酰胺甲酯(五肽Ⅲ)脫N-保护基所得氨端自由的五肽(Ⅲa)經二环己基碳二亚胺法縮合而成。四肽Ⅱ和五肽Ⅲ分別由二种不同方法合成。多肽Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ皆經元素分析、紙层析、紙电泳、酶水解分析証明系純粹,均一的L-型。在合50％的二甲基亚碸的三(羥甲基)甲胺緩冲液中亮氨酸氨肽酶仍能将脫N-保护基的四肽与九肽完全水解为相应的氨基酸。     

Dual-wavelength synchronously mode-locked Tm-doped bulk laser with terahertz frequency beating

A dual-wavelength synchronously mode-locked homogeneously broadened bulk laser operating at 1985.6 and1989 nm is presented for the first time, to the best of our knowledge, which delivers a maximum output power of 166 m W and a repetition rate of 85 MHz. The pulse duration was measured to be 16.8 ps by assuming a sech~2 pulse shape. The recorded autocorrelation trace showed frequency beating signals with an interval of 3.8 ps and a full width at half-maximum duration of 2 ps, corresponding to an ultrahigh beating frequency of about0.26 THz, which agrees well with the frequency difference of the emitted two spectral peaks. The results indicated that such a kind of dual-wavelength mode-locked Tm:YAlO_3 laser could be potentially used for generating terahertz radiations.

Fibre Optical Parametric Amplification in Defect Bragg Fibres with Zero Dispersion Slow Light Effect

Nonlinearity enhancement by slow light effect and strong light confinement in defect Bragg fibres is demonstrated and anMysed in applications of fibre optical parametric amplifiers. Broadband low group velocity and zero dispersion as well as the strong light confinement by band gap enhances the nonlinear coefficient up to more than one order than the conventional high nonlinear fibres. Moreover, the zero dispersion wavelength of coupled core mode can be designed arbitrarily, under which the phase-matching bandwidth of the nonlinear process can be extended.
