The geometries of the most stable isomers of gold telluride systems AuTe, Au2Te, and AuTe2 are determined using the MP2 method. The aspect of gold—telluride interaction, the electron correlation, and relativistic
effects on geometry and stability are investigated at the MP2 and CCSD(T) theoretical levels. The results show that the electron
correlation and relativistic effects are responsible not only for gold—gold attraction but also for additional gold—telluride
interaction. The gold—telluride interaction is strong enough to modify the known pattern of bare gold clusters. Both effects

The interaction between glucose oxidase (GOx) and phospholipid monolayers is studied at the 1,2-dichloroethane/water interface by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Electrochemical experiments show that the presence of GOx induces changes in the capacitance curves at both negative and positive potentials, which are successfully explained by a theoretical model based on the solution of the Poisson-Boltzmann equation. These changes are ascribed to a reduced partition coefficient of GOx and an increase of the permittivity of the lipid hydrocarbon domain. Our results show that the presence of lipid molecules enhances the adsorption of GOx molecules at the liquid/liquid interface. At low lipid concentrations, the adsorption of GOx is probably the first step preceding its penetration into the lipid monolayer. The experimental results indicate that GOx penetrates better and forms more stable monolayers for lipids with longer hydrophobic tails. At high GOx concentrations, the formation of multilayers is observed. The phenomenon described here is strongly dependent on 1) the GOx and lipid concentrations, 2) the nature of the lipid, and 3) the potential drop across the interface. 相似文献

Unlike compounds5 and6, the σ-bound ligand L in compound4 migrates from the iron atom to the cyclopentadienyl ring to give complexes Me(CO)2FeC5H4−C6H4(p-Me)Cr(CO)3. meso‐Substituted cobalt porphyrins adsorbed on carbon black were prepared as catalysts for the electroreduction of O2. The catalyst, which was prepared by using a homogenizer in mixing cobalt tetraethylporphyrin and carbon black, gave rise to electroreduction of O2 at a remarkably positive potential (Ep = 0.45 V versus saturated calomel electrode (SCE)) and showed a high selectively for the four‐electron reduction (n = 3.8). Electrochemical study and extended X‐ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) analysis revealed that the adsorbed face‐to‐face dimeric aggregates of cobalt porphyrin molecules were highly efficient catalysts for electroreduction of O2. Pentacoordinate complex cations of the general formula [(C6F5)2SbL3]3+ stabilized as solid salts in combination with tetraphenylborate (BPh4), tetrafluorobroate (BF4) anions, where L=DMSO, Ph3AsO, PyO, DMF, α-, β- and γ-picoline have been isolated. The newly formed complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance measurements, solid-state IR and and NMR.
