Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Theoretical Calculations of a New Two-dimensional Co(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Based on Oxalic Acid and Bis(imidazol) Ligands

A new Co(Ⅱ) coordination polymer has been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions [Co(C2O4)(mbix)]n(1, H2C2O4 = oxalic acid, mbix = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene). Its structure has been determined by elemental analyses, IR, UV spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Pink crystals crystallize in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.8666(7), b = 9.5859(8), c = 10.8537(9) , α = 67.6810(10), β = 66.1260(10), γ = 77.1300(10)°, V = 777.77(11), C16H14CoN4O4, Mr = 385.24, Dc = 1.645 g/cm3, F(000) = 394, Z = 2, μ(Mo Kα) = 1.134 mm-1, the final R = 0.0482 and w R = 0.1231 for 2968 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)). It shows a two-dimensional(2D) network structure. The intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions extend complex 1 into a 3D supramolecular architecture andplay an important role in stabilizing 1. In addition, Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) analysis was performed by using the PBE0/LANL2 DZ method built in Gaussian 09 Program. The calculation results showed obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Co(Ⅱ) ion.     

网状钼酸铋的可见光催化活性

采用无助剂、无模板的水热法成功合成网状Bi2MoO6. pH值对这一形貌的形成起重要作用. 所制备的网状Bi2MoO6样品表现出优异的可见光催化活性,其光催化活性比固相法合成的块状Bi2MoO6样品高得多.     

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Two Coordination Polymers of Cobalt and Cadmium Assembled by 4,4ˊ-(Ethane-1,2-diyldioxy)dibenzoic Acid

Two new metal-organic coordination polymers [Co0.5（Heoba）（bib）0.5]2n（1） and [Cd（eoba）（phen）]n（2）（H2eoba = 4,4-（ethane-1,2-diyldioxy）dibenzoic acid, bib = 1,4-bis（imidazol-1-yl）-butane, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline） have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is a 2D network structure, and complex 2 exhibits a 3D network structure. Moreover, the luminescent property of complex 2 has been investigated in the solid state.     

两个由2-(4′-氯-苯甲酰基)苯甲酸和双咪唑基配体构筑的锰、镉配合物的合成及晶体结构(英文)

通过水热法合成了2个配位聚合物[Mn(cbba)2(bimb)]n(1)和[Cd(cbba)2(mbix)]2n(2)(Hcbba=2-(4′-氯-苯甲酰基)苯甲酸,bimb=1,4-双(咪唑基-1-基)丁烷,mbix=1,3-双(咪唑基-1-基)苯)。并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重和X-射线单晶衍射测定。这两个配合物通过氢键或π-π相互作用形成了三维超分子网状结构。此外,还研究了配合物1的紫外光谱和配合物2的荧光性质。     

锌、镉配位聚合物的合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

通过水热法合成了2个金属-有机配位聚合物[Zn(boba)(bix)]n(1)和[Cd(L1)(L2)]2n·nH2O(2)(H2boba=4,4′-(丁烷-1,2-二氧基)-二苯甲酸,bix=1,4-双(咪唑基-1-基)苯,H2L1=4-(羧基甲氧基)苯甲酸,L2=2-(4-羟基)-1H-咪唑并[4,5-f][1,10]菲咯啉)。并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重和X-射线单晶衍射测定。配合物1为二维网状结构,配合物2为一维双链结构。此外,还研究了它们的荧光性质。     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Cadmium（Ⅱ） Polymer with a Two-dimensional Network Structure： [ Cd（pzdc）（2,2＇-bipy） ]n·nH2O

A metal-organic coordination compound formulated as [Cd（pzdc）（2,2＇-bipy）]n·nH2O 1 （Hzpzdc = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2＇-bipy = 2,2＇-bipyridine） has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a = 10.8081（13）, b = 14.4328（17）, c = 10.2530（12） A, β = 98.504（2）°, V= 1581.8（3） ]A3, C16H14CdN4O5, Mr= 454.71, Dc = 1.909 g/cm^3, μ（MoKa） = 1.420 mm^-1, F（000） = 904, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0230 and wR = 0.0554 for 2901 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. It exhibits an interesting two-dimensional network structure and shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature.     

新型二维层状配合物[Cd_4(2,2-′dipha)_2(nicotinate)_4]_n的合成及晶体结构

利用水热法合成了一种新型的二维金属有机配合物[Cd4(dpa)2(HL)4]n[dpa=2,2'-联苯二甲酸,HL=烟酸],并通过X-射线单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱等手段对其结构进行了表征.结果表明:[Cd4(dpa)2(HL)4]n属于三斜晶系,空间群Pi,晶胞参数α=0.822 2(2)nm,6=1.497 6(3)nni,c=1.981 7(5)nm,α=80.245(4)°,β=83.885(4)°γ=89.972(4)°,V=2.390 9(10)nm3,Z=2.R1=0.071 6.ωR2=0.157 3,Mr=1 415.39.Dc=1.966 g/cm3.配合物中Cd(Ⅱ)均为六配位,CA与5个O原子和1个烟酸中的H原子配位形成扭曲八面体构型.金属离子Cd(Ⅱ)由联苯酸连成一条无限一维链,相邻的两条链由烟酸连接构成二维层状结构.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Characterization of a New Coordination Polymer Based on Trinuclear Mn（Ⅱ） Cluster：[Mn3（L）2（adip）3]·2H2O

The coordination polymer,[Mn3(L) 2(adip) 3]·2H2O(L = 2-(4-fluorophenyl) -1H-imidazo[4,5-f] [1,10]phenanthroline and H2adip = adipic acid) ,has been synthesized under hydro-thermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 8.4085(11) ,b = 11.1273(14) ,c = 14.5758(18) ,α = 78.528(2) ,β = 75.425(2) ,γ = 78.143(2) °,V = 1276.0(3) 3,Z = 1,C56H50F2Mn3N8O14,Mr = 1261.86,Dc = 1.642 g/cm3,F(000) = 647,μ(MoKa) = 0.819 mm-1,R = 0.0446 and wR = 0.1008. The backbones of the two types of adip dianions link the neighboring trinuclear Mn(Ⅱ) clusters to yield a two-dimensional layer structure. The large conjugated L ligands are located on both sides of the two-dimensional layers. Additionally,the O-H···O,O-H···N and N-H···O hydrogen bonds further stabilize the structure.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Manganese（Ⅱ） Complex：Mn_（1.5）（cbba）_3（phen）

A new metal-organic complex Mn1.5(cbba)3(phen)(Hcbba = 2-(4'-chlorine-ben-zoyl)benzoic acid,phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and struc-turally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses,TG and IR spectro-scopy.The compound crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 12.137(2),b = 14.535(3),c = 14.894(3),α = 86.380(3),β = 70.381(3),γ = 72.647(3)°,V = 2360.3(8)3,C107H64Cl6Mn3N4O18,Mr = 2071.14,Dc = 1.457 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 0.638 mm-1,F(000) = 1055,Z = 1,the final R = 0.0638 and wR = 0.1905 for 6155 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).It exhibits a 3D supramolecular network through hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions.
