On the Existence of Positive Solutions for Hemivariational Inequalities Driven by the p-Laplacian

We study nonlinear elliptic problems driven by the p-Laplacian and with a nonsmooth locally Lipschitz potential (hemivariational inequality). We do not assume that the nonsmooth potential satisfies the Ambrosetti--Rabinowitz condition. 本文讨论了一类具ｐ－Ｌａｐｌａｃｉａｎ算子型奇异边值问题（φｐ（ｘ＇））＇＋ａ（ｔ）ｆ（ｘ（ｔ））＝０,ｘ（０）－βｘ（０′）＝ ０,ｘ（１）＋ δｘ′（１）＝０多重正解的存在性,其中φｐ（ｘ）＝｜ｘ｜ｐ－２ｘ,ｐ＞１ 通过使用不动点指数定理, 在适当的条件下,建立了这类边值问题存在多重正解的充分条件．这些结果能被用来研究椭圆边值问 题多重径向对称解的存在性．     

含极限次临界增长项p-Laplace方程的无穷多解

讨论了有界光滑区域上一类p-Laplace方程,非线性项具奇对称性且在无穷远为极限次临界增长．证明了变分泛函在大范围内满足推广的Palais-Smale条件,构造了变分泛函的一列临界值,进而得到了无穷多个弱解的存在性,对应泛函的能量趋于正无穷．所得到的结果推广了次临界增长的情形．     

一类具有p-Laplacian的非线性特征值问题

利用变分法中的一个三临界点定理,在适当的假设下,研究了一类具有p-Laplacian的特征值Dirichlet问题至少存在三个弱解的充分条件.     

Maximum Principle for Nonlinear Cooperative Elliptic Systems on R^N

We investigate in this work necessary and sufficient conditions for having a Maximum Principle for a cooperative elliptic system on the whole R^N. Moreover, we prove the existence of solutions by an approximation method for the considered system.     

The existence and concentration of weak solutions to a class of p-Laplacian type problems in unbounded domains

In this paper,we study the existence and concentration of weak solutions to the p-Laplacian type elliptic problem-εp△pu+V(z)|u|p-2u-f(u)=0 in Ω,u=0 on ■Ω,u0 in Ω,Np2,where Ω is a domain in RN,possibly unbounded,with empty or smooth boundary,εis a small positive parameter,f∈C1(R+,R)is of subcritical and V:RN→R is a locally Hlder continuous function which is bounded from below,away from zero,such that infΛVmin ■ΛV for some open bounded subset Λ of Ω.We prove that there is anε00 such that for anyε∈(0,ε0],the above mentioned problem possesses a weak solution uεwith exponential decay.Moreover,uεconcentrates around a minimum point of the potential V inΛ.Our result generalizes a similar result by del Pino and Felmer(1996)for semilinear elliptic equations to the p-Laplacian type problem.     

EXISTENCE OF THREE SOLUTIONS TO NONLINEAR DISCRETE DIRICHLET PROBLEM INVOLVING p-LAPLACIAN

In this paper, we study a nonlinear Dirichlet boundary value problem for difference equations involving the p-Laplacian with two positive parameters. One result on the existence of at least three solutions for this problem is obtained using critical point theory.

利用临界点理论研究具有部分周期位势的非自治常p-Laplace系统周期解的存在性．在具有p-线性增长非线性项时,根据广义鞍点定理,得到了系统多重周期解存在的充分条件．     

EXISTENCE OF TRIPLE POSITIVE SOLUTIONS TO A MULTI-POINT BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM

We apply a fixed point theorem to verify the existence of at least three positive solutions to a multi-point boundary value problem with p-Laplacian. Existence criteria which ensure the existence of triple positive solutions are established.     

Positive Radial Solutions of Some Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations

We consider Dirichlet boundary value problems for a class of nonlinear ordinary differential equations motivated by the study of radial solutions of equations which are perturbations of the p-Laplacian.
