平顶高斯光束经含失调圆孔光阑的失调光学系统的传输特性

为分析平顶高斯光束通过光学系统传输时圆孔光阑失调和光学元件失调对平顶高斯光束传输特性的影响,利用失调圆孔光阑的近似展开式和适用于失调光学系统的广义衍射公式,得出了平顶高斯光束经含失调圆孔光阑的失调光学系统传输的近似解析式,给出了输出光束场分布与光束参量、光阑孔径尺寸、光阑和光学元件失调量等的定量关系.针对特定光学系统定量分析了各失调量对输出光束场分布的影响,结果表明各元件失调都对输出光束强度分布产生较大影响.但在各失调量较小的情况下,透镜失调对输出光束传输特性的影响比光阑失调对输出光束传输特性的影响更明显.     

Statistical Elmore delay of RC interconnect tree

As feature size keeps scaling down,process variations can dramatically reduce the accuracy in the estimation of interconnect performance.This paper proposes a statistical Elmore delay model for RC interconnect tree in the presence of process variations.The suggested method translates the process variations into parasitic parameter extraction and statistical Elmore delay evaluation.Analytical expressions of mean and standard deviation of interconnect delay can be obtained in a given fluctuation range of interconnect geometric parameters.Experimental results demonstrate that the approach matches well with Monte Carlo simulations.The errors of proposed mean and standard deviation are less than 1% and 7%,respectively.Simulations prove that our model is efficient and accurate.     

300～1100nm多波段成像光学系统设计及杂光分析

设计了一套300～1100nm多波段光学系统,该系统能对目标的近紫外、可见光和近红外3个波段同时成像,可满足目标多波段信息探测的要求。由于在光学系统中镜筒内壁反射和棱镜表面反射会产生杂光和鬼像,因此,利用Light—Tools软件对此系统的杂光和鬼像进行了模拟分析。模拟结果表明,视场之外11．7—18．3°和-11．7～-18．3°的入射光线被胶合棱镜上下表面反射后,会聚焦到3个探测器靶面范围内,形成鬼像;6．2°-9．8°和一6．2°--9．8°的入射光线被镜筒反射后会在3个探测器上形成杂光。利用设计的多波段光学系统进行了相关实验,结果证明了模拟分析的正确性,表明此分析能用于指导多波段光学系统的设计和研制。提出了减少杂光和鬼像的相应措施,实验结果验证了提出的措施能够减少杂光及消除鬼像,提高系统成像质量。     

Experiments and analyses of a new type optical system for computed radiography

A new high-performance laser scanning system is designed. In this system, a scanning arm consisting of a pentagonal prism and a scanning object lens is used to replace the traditional Fθ lens, and a circular imaging plate transmission mechanism is specially designed in order to meet the requirement of the scanning arm. At the same time, the stimulation fluorescence can be obtained by the scanning arm. Some main factors that influence the spatial resolution and the performance of the laser scanner system are analyzed, and the analysis results are presented, which is helpful for further optimization design of the system. Experimental results indicate that the images obtained by the system have good visual effects and can meet the requirements of industrial inspection.     

Pupil design based on Fisher information optimization to extend field depth in practical optical system

<正>Wavefront coding(WFC) is used to extend the field depth of an incoherent optical system by employing a phase mask on the pupil.We uses a Fisher information(FI) metric based optimization method to design a phase mask by taking the modulation transfer function(MTF) of the practical optical system into consideration. This method can modulate the wavefront so that the point spread function and optical transfer function are insensitive to the object distance.The simulation results show that the optimized phase mask based on the proposed method can further improve the defocusing image quality while maintaining the focusing image quality.     

Design of unobscured reflective zoom system with three mirrors

A method for the design of an unobscured reflective zoom system with three mirrors is described. This method applies the vector aberration theory, which helps designers analyze third-order aberrations for optical systems with decentered and tilted surfaces. As the vector aberration theory presents the variation of third-order aberrations in asymmetric systems through analytic expressions, real ray tracing is unnecessary. Hence, the design with vector aberration theory is faster, and the analytic expressions are more comprehensive and intuitive. To demonstrate the practicability of the method, a design example is given, which shows that the presented method can guide designers achieve a good unobscured reflective zoom system with three mirrors.     

New Expressions for Dark-Hollow Light Beams

A class of new light beams of dark-hollow beams, named sinusoidal dark-hollow beams, is introduced. The propagation formula for a sinusoidal dark-hollow beam through a paraxial ABCD optical system is derived. The propagation properties of the sinusoidal dark-hollow beam are comparatively studied and illustrated with numerical examples.     

近红外微弱光信号检测镜头的研制

运用ZEMAX设计了一款大孔径、小畸变微弱光信号检测镜头,与高灵敏近红外CCD图像传感器匹配,实现了对微弱单态氧¹O₂信号的实时、快速、高准确度的检测.检测镜头相对孔径1:0.86,半像高为6.3 mm,光谱范围为1 250~1 290 nm,放大倍率为1X,畸变小于0.1%.运用AutoCAD设计光学系统的机械结构,采用双高斯对称式结构以降低成本,手动聚焦、直插式滤片切换机构方便实验的调节,检测镜头研制成功并在实验中采集到较好的微弱单态氧¹O₂信号.
