This work develops a fully discrete implicit-explicit finite element scheme for a parabolic-ordinary system with a nonlinear reaction term which is known as the FitzHugh-Nagumo model from physiology. The first-order backward Euler discretization for the time derivative, and an implicit-explicit discretization for the nonlinear reaction term are employed for the model, with a simple linearization technique used to make the process of solving equations more efficient. The stability and convergence of the fully discrete implicit-explicit finite element method are proved, which shows that the FitzHugh-Nagumo model is accurately solved and the trajectory of potential transmission is obtained. The numerical results are also reported to verify the convergence results and the stability of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper presents a modified Artificial Bee Colony algorithm for structural damage identification. Meanwhile, the effect of temperature variation is considered and the change of temperature will lead to the alteration of Young's modulus of material. A novel objective function is proposed as the combinations of the partial mode shape curvature data, alterations of natural frequencies, and a sparse penalty term. Such an objective is found to be sensitive to structural damage while not sensitive to environmental effects. On the other hand, To render the standard Artificial Bee Colony algorithm more powerful and robustness, two local search strategies are introduced into the employed and onlooker bee phase of the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm, respectively. Two numerical examples and a laboratory verification are employed to verify the efficiency and advantage of the proposed algorithm. The final results show that the present algorithm could yield more satisfactory identification results compared with other state-of-the-art evolutionary algorithms, even high-level noise and temperature variation are considered; and the proposed novel objective function is more sensitive to structural damages, compared with the traditional mode-shape-based objective function.  相似文献

Two different order reduction methods of the deterministic and stochastic systems are discussed in this paper. First, the transient proper orthogonal decomposition (T-POD) method is introduced based on the high-dimensional nonlinear dynamic system. The optimal order reduction conditions of the T-POD method are provided by analyzing the rotor-bearing system with pedestal looseness fault at both ends. The efficiency of the T-POD method is verified via comparing with the results of the original system. Second, the polynomial dimensional decomposition (PDD) method is applied to the 2 DOFs spring system considering the uncertain stiffness to study the amplitude-frequency response. The numerical results obtained by the PDD method agree well with the Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) method. The results of the PDD method can approximate to MCS better with the increasing of the polynomial order. Meanwhile, the Uniform-Legendre polynomials can eliminate perturbation of the PDD method to a certain extent via comparing it with the Gaussian-Hermite polynomials.  相似文献

对于封闭空间内的多途反射声,传统的等效声源法将其等效为距离边界一定距离的单层等效声源体进行声场重构,然而等效源与边界的距离选取依据不确定。因此,为获得等效声源配置的最优距离,在等效声源法(ESM)的基础上构建多层等效声源,提出一种适用于封闭环境声场重构的多层等效声源法(MESM),并依据等效声源的空间分布的稀疏性来获得等效声源强度信息。首先给出多层等效源法的理论依据,其次通过数值计算以及实验测试两种方式对比验证了所提方法。数值结果表明:MESM相比于ESM可在600 Hz以上频段获得低5~10 dB左右的重构误差,但是200 Hz以下的低频重构误差会增加5 dB左右。实验结果表明:MESM可比ESM获得更低的重构误差。文章最后基于数值计算研究了所提方法的主要影响因素。研究表明:虽然MESM会比ESM耗费2倍的计算时间,但在整体频率范围内,MESM可在ESM基础上提升600 Hz以上的重构性能。另外,等效声源的层数和层内数目的改变不会影响声场重构性能,而当传声器数目较多、阵列位置随机、空间边界的吸声系数不是很大时,MESM可获得比ESM更低重构误差,特别是600 Hz以上的中频段区间。   相似文献

Epidemic spreading has been widely investigated over the past decades. And voluntary vaccination has been often utilized to explore dynamical process in epidemics where vaccines are available. In this letter, we establish a framework considering conformity motivated update as well as myopic best response motivated update on a family network which is demonstrated by a two-layered network. Extensive numerical simulations are conducted to study the dynamics of epidemic spreading under the aforementioned update rules, from which we discover the oscillation phenomenon under the pure myopic best response condition and the amplitude diversification phenomenon under the mixing of conformity and myopic best response motivated conditions. Moreover, we find that smaller overlapping fraction of links on two-layered network shall promote the epidemic propagation. The current findings can shed some lights on the evolution of epidemic spreading process in the real-world scenarios.  相似文献

为了提高海洋声场中分布式无源定位系统的定位精度,提出一种基于自适应遗传算法的节点配置方法。首先,基于到达时间TOA(Time of Arrival)定位算法推导出均匀物理场与海洋声场中定位误差的CRLB(Cramer Rao Lower Bound)。之后,利用BELLHOP模型对海洋声场进行建模,获得任意位置处目标声源与节点接收信号相关的传递函数并对等效声速进行计算.以目标声源在观测区域内服从均匀分布为例,将定位误差的平均CRLB最小为优化准则,采用自适应遗传算法对节点进行优化配置。结果表明,该方法能够有效降低海洋声场中分布式无源定位系统的定位误差,并给出定位误差随节点个数增加呈非线性递减的变化趋势,可为工程应用提供理论指导。   相似文献

In structural dynamics, similitude laws usually deal with simple configurations as thin flat plates with point forces. Only recently, few papers have analyzed stiffened shells or stochastic pressure loads.This research activity extends the applicability of some similitude laws, developed for thin flat plates under a turbulent boundary layer load, to ribbed plates forced by the same wall pressure fluctuations.The work addresses the problem of designing a scaled experimental test-article and, successively, of re-modulating the measured data in order to get the structural response of an original (unscaled) configuration.Due to the complexity of the structural domain, the design of a scaled configuration leads to a distorted similitude. Then, a simple approach, to circumvent the distortion effects, is proposed.  相似文献

A mass diffusion model is developed to describe the growth kinetics of Cu_6Sn_5 intermetallic compounds(IMC) in the Cu-Sn-Cu sandwich structure. The proposed model is based on the local interfacial mass conversation law where interfacial Cu/Sn reactions and atomic diffusion are considered. Theoretical analysis shows that the IMC thickness growth is proportional to the square root of the product of the diffusion coefficient and time. The proposed model can explain the polarity effect of electromigration on kinetics of IMC growth where all the parameters have clear physical meaning. The theoretical predictions are compared with experimental results and show reasonable accuracy.  相似文献
