性别差异对研发投资决策影响的实验研究

基于Z-Tree实验平台利用研发投资自然博弈实验研究发现风险规避导致女性的研发投入强度低于男性,但女性在研发投资过程中愿意投入的研发努力程度高于男性。随着时间推移,男性的研发努力程度明显下降,但女性的研发努力程度反而上升。男性和女性在决策中均表现出心理账户效应,女性更加愿意通过努力来提高业绩。男性在投资中更多体现期权思想,而女性更多表现出长期倾向下的持续努力。文章在揭示性别因素影响研发投资机理基础上,为董事会性别多样性、分级董事会以及递延薪酬等治理机制发挥作用机理提供了新解释。研究结论可以为企业职位的性别配置、分级董事会以及激励契约设计提供借鉴。关键词:性别差异;研发投资;实验研究;心理账户;风险规避;长期倾向     

共振光散射成像检测5,10,15,20-四(对三甲基氨基苯)卟吩诱导的DNA超螺旋聚集体

A resonance light scattering （RLS） imaging method was proposed based on imaging and measuring the RLS features of single suprahelical species of DNA, and its appfication to DNA assay was also investigated. In acidic medium, porphine-5,10,15,20-tetrakis（p-phenyltlimethylaminium） （PTPTMA）, could stack along the molecular surface of DNA with the mode of long-range assembly to induce the formation of suprahelical species of DNA, resulting in strong RLS signals in the range of 450-510 nm. Under the excitation of 488 nm fight beam of argon ion laser source, single suprahelical species could be observed with the aid of a common microscope due to the strong scattered fight emitted by the suprahelical species. By capturing the RLS images of the single suprahelical species with a cooled charge coupled device （CCD） camera, and analyzing the RLS data, herein an RLS imaging method of DNA was proposed based on the linear relationship between the counts of suprahelical species in the detection focus plane and the concentration of DNA in nanograms. When 1.8 μmol/L PTPTMA was employed, both calf thymus DNA （ct DNA） and fish sperm DNA （fs DNA） in the range of 25-1100 ng/mL could be detected with the limits of detection lower than 25 ng/mL （3a）. Four synthetic samples were detected satisfactorily with relative standard deviations less than 5.1%.     

双光束流动注射光度法测定生活用水中氯离子

将流动注射分析技术应用到双光束分光光度法中，对其理论和实验技术进行了研究，采用自行组装的流动注射系统进行了生活用水中氯离子的测定，获得满意结果。     

激光通道传输热特性对远场光束质量的影响

 通过仿真计算分析了激光在光束控制系统通道内传输所产生的热效应及其对远场光束质量的影响。激光传播由近轴波方程描述，用快速傅里叶变换技术求解；激光热效应引起的流场密度变化采用完全Navier-Stokes方程计算。计算给出了不同波长、不同吸收系数条件下的远场光斑情况。计算结果表明，在典型的工作条件和状态下，较高能量激光在光束控制系统通道内产生的热效应影响不容忽视，它会明显降低远场目标处的能量集中度，增大光斑的发散。     

647W灯泵浦大功率连续Nd:YAG激光器

 报道了一台灯泵浦大功率连续Nd:YAG激光器。对影响大功率固体激光器模块输出功率和光束质量的主要因素进行了理论分析，并提出提高激光器效率的措施：对聚光腔的形状、结构和材料以及冷却方式，泵浦灯的参数和材料，激光晶体的参数和镀膜进行优化设计，采用径向固定的谐振腔镜。该灯泵浦YAG晶体棒总体电光转换效率为4%，光束质量为22mm·mrad，输出功率647W。     

颈内静脉原位导丝法换置中心静脉长期血液透析导管的临床应用

目的探讨经颈内静脉原位导丝法换置中心静脉长期血液透析导管在维持性血液透析（MHD）患者中的应用价值。方法选取近3年在颈内静脉留置的中心静脉长期血液透析导管因功能障碍后，并经颈内静脉原位导丝法换置长期导管，术后及每次透析后均改用尿激酶封管患者16例（原位换置组）；选取同期首次经颈内静脉留置中心静脉长期血液透析导管,普通肝素封管患者20例作为对照组；分析两组患者围术期泵控血流量及随访期的反应及开存期率、次开存期率。结果围术期泵控血流量原位换置组高于对照组，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；两组比较感染例次/1000导管日0.9%与1.0%，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。原位换置组围术期未发生中重度并发症，12个月开存期率81.2%、次开存期率93.8%；对照组开存期率为65%、次开存期率85%；两组比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论颈内静脉原位导丝法换置中心静脉长期血液透析导管，在MHD患者中的使用是安全的、可行的。     

研究人员提出华北平原氧化亚氮减排新举措

据悉,中科院成都山地所蔡延江博士采用静态箱-气相色谱法,在河南省封丘县对不同施肥制度下玉米-小麦轮作体系的氧化亚氮排放进行了观测研究。结果显示,将一半有机肥与一半无机肥氮配施,能有效降低我国华北平原农田土壤氧化亚氮的排放。相关成果发表在《大气环境》杂志上。据了解,氧化亚氮是排在二氧化碳、甲烷之后的第三大温室气体,其单分子增温潜势是二氧化碳的298倍,其中农业生产及氮肥施用是氧化亚氮的重要排放源。过量施用氮肥导致的温室气体排放,已成为我国乃至全球农业可持续发展的严重威胁。此次研究人员通过对比长期定位试验地内不施肥(CK)与有机肥(OM)、有机肥氮和化肥氮各半     

Production of annular flat-topped vortex beams

A model of an annular flat-topped vortex beam based on multi-Gaussian superimposition is proposed.We experimentally produce this beam with a computer-generated hologram(CGH) displayed on a spatial light modulator(SLM).The power of the beam is concentrated on a single-ring structure and has an extremely strong radial intensity gradient.This beam facilitates various applications ranging from Sisyphus atom cooling to micro-particle trapping.     

Laser output of radial-slab solid-state laser

In this letter, numerical simulation and experimental study of a radial-slab solid-state laser are presented. The laser includes four crossing-slabs pumped by four Xe flashlamps. The numerical simulation of coherent intensity in the near field and the far field indicates that the laser with the structure can improve the quality of output beam compared with incoherent beam combination. The radial-slab solid-state laser is fabricated, and initial experiments are carried out at a pulse repetition of 1 Hz. Nine beams in the near field and one combined beam in the far field are obtained in our initial experiment. The experimental results are consistent with the numerical analysis in the coherent condition. The results show that coherent beam combination is obtained by this laser.     

Relation between Airy beams and triple-cusp beams

Airy beams and triple-cusp beams are two kinds of accelerating beams. The propagation characteristics and internal topological structures of accelerating Airy beams are well understood because of the developed mathematical theory about Airy function. However, limited information is available about the optical characteristics of accelerating triple-cusp beams. In this work, the relationship between Airy beams and triple-cusp beams is examined theoretically and experimentally. Results reveal some important optical characteristics of triple-cusp beams based on the optical characteristics of Airy beams. These findings are expected to provide a foundation for future applications of triple-cusp beams.
