95 MeV射频电子直线加速器辐射防护分析

应相关建设安评、环评、稳评以及职业健康评估的要求,电子加速器设计过程中即应对其辐射情况进行分析。针对电子能量为40～95 MeV可调的光阴极微波电子枪直线加速器,对其辐射源项进行分析,并讨论了可能的辐射防护措施的效果。采用蒙特卡罗软件FLUKA对电子束流和加速器进行建模,通过模拟计算发现,加速器产生的等效剂量分布主要位于废束桶中,废束桶以外辐射剂量迅速下降,在电子加速器实验大厅四周设置混凝土墙体的情况下辐射等效剂量率将随墙体厚度迅速下降。若混凝土墙体厚度设置为1 m,则墙体外工作人员所在区域辐射等效剂量率不高于1 μSv/h量级,能够有效屏蔽加速器产生的电离辐射,给工作人员提供有效防护。研究方法及结果对同能区同类型加速器建设中的辐射分析及辐射防护评估具有一定的参考价值。     

Total cross sections for electrons scattering from simple molecules containing the larger atom sulfur at 30-5000eV

A complex optical model potential modified by the concept of bonded atom, which takes into consideration the overlapping effect of electron clouds, is employed to calculate the total cross sections for electrons scattering from simple molecules （SO2, H2S, OCS, CS2 and SO3） containing the larger atom, sulfur, at 30-5000eV by using the additivity rule model at Hartree-Fock level. The quantitative molecular total cross section results are compared with those obtained in experiments and other calculations wherever available, and good agreement is obtained. It is shown that the additivity rule model together with the complex optical model potential modified by the concept of bonded atom can give the results closer to the experiments than the one unmodified by it. So, the introduction of bonded-atom concept in complex optical model potential betters the accuracy of the total cross section calculations of electrons from the molecules containing the larger atom, sulfur.     

山西省东亚飞蝗发生的灰评估

根据灰理论与方法,建立了山西省东亚飞蝗的灰评估模型,并采用此模型对山西省1990—2001年东亚飞蝗发生的主要气象因子温度、日照及降水时数等评估指标进行了灰评估,探讨影响东亚飞蝗发生的气象因子间的主次关系,以期为山西省东亚飞蝗的防治决策提供理论依据.     

Theoretical Study on the Rotational Bands and Shape Coexistence of^179，181，183Au in the Particle-Triaxial-Rotor Model

We perform a series of theoretical calculations and investigation for nuclei 179，181，183Au in the particle-triaxialrotor model with variable moment of inertia. The calculated energy spectra in^179,181,183Au agree well with the experimental data globally. The obtained results indicate that the nuclei^179,181,183Au have prolate deformation and involve shape coexistence with different deformation parameters in different bands. The main configuration of bands 1, 2, 3 and 5 in these nuclei are identified as [541]1/2^- (πh9/2, α = 1/2), [541]1/2- (πh9/2, α= -1/2),[530] 1/2- (πf7/2) and [660] 1/2^ (πi13/2), respectively.     

X-Ray Emission from Zr, Mo, In and Pb Targets Bombarded by Slow Highly Charged Ar^q＋（q = 13, 14, 15, 16） Ions

We study the L x-ray emission from Zr, Mo and In targets and M x-ray emission from Pb target under bombardment of low energy Ar^q (q = 13, 14, 15, 16) ions. The relative x-ray yields were measured in the projectile kinetic energy range 210-360 keV. It is found that the relative x-ray yields from Zr, Mo and Pb targets increase with the increasing projectile kinetic energy for Ar^14 and Ar^16 projectiles and depend on the potential energy of the projectile remarkably.     

Formation of Interfacial Layers in LaAlO3/Silicon during Film Deposition

We have studied the interracial reactions between amorphous LaAlO3 thin films and Si substrates, using high- resolution transmission electron microscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It has been shown that the interracial layer between LaAlO3 film and Si substrate chemical states show that the ratio of La 4d3/2 to Al 2p is SiLaxAlyOz. The depth distributions of La, Si and Al of the interfacial layer remains unchanged with the depth compared to that of the LaAlO3 film. Moreover, the Si content, in the interracial layer gradually decreases with increasing thickness of the interracial layer. These results strongly suggest that the Al element is not deficient in the interracial layer, as previously believed, and the formation of a SiLaxAlyOz interracial layer is mainly due to the diffusion of Si from the substrate during the LaAlO3 film deposition. With the understanding of the interracial layer formation, ones can control the interface characteristics to ensure the desired performances of devices using high-k oxides as gate dielectrics.     

New Spinor Field Realizations of the Non-Critical W3 String

We investigate the new spinor field realizations of the W3 algebra, making use of the fact that the W3 algebra can be linearized by the addition of a spin-1 current. We then use these new realizations to build the nilpotent Becchi-Rouet-Stora-Tyutin charges of the spinor non-critical W3 string.

Quantum Key Distribution Using High-Dimensional Quantum Error-Avoiding Code

Using high-dimensional quantum error-avoiding code, we present two new quantum key distribution protocols over a collective noisy channel, i.e. six-photon and five-photon quantum error-avoiding codes. Compared with the previous protocols using four-photon and three-photon quantum error-avoiding code, the qubit efficiencies of the new protocols have increases of 16.67% and 5% respectively. In addition, the security of these protocols is analysed with a conclusion that the new protocols are much more secure than the four-photon and three-photon ones.     

氧离子与氦、氖原子碰撞中转移电离过程的研究

采用位置灵敏探测和散射离子-反冲离子飞行时间测量技术,测量了氧离子与氖和氦原子碰撞过程中转移电离截面与单电子俘获截面之比.通过比较发现测量结果与文献结果的趋势一致,并对测量结果进行了讨论.
