细胞色素b5Glu44,Glu56的定点突变和蛋白质结构比较

用寡聚核苷酸定点突变的方法将牛肝细胞色素ｂ５基因上第４４位和５６位谷氨酸的密码子ＧＡＡ变成氨酸的密码子ＧＣＴ，获得突变体Ｅ４４Ａ，Ｅ５６Ａ和Ｅ４４／５６Ａ的基因。 它们分别克隆于ＰＵＣ１９上，转化大肠杆菌ＪＭ８３后，突变基因得到成功的表达。     

A column packing for isothermal gas chromatographic analysis of C1−C5 paraffins and monoolefins and dimethyl ether

Summary An analytical GC method was developed which uses a single packed column consisting of three packings in series prepared with the following liquid phases: dimethyl sulfolane, propylene carbonate, and silver nitrate. This system provides satisfactory resolution of mixtures of C₁–C₅ hydrocarbons and dimethyl ether obtained when converting methanol to gasoline. Due to the high capacity of the column it is possible to inject larger sample amounts permitting trace analysis.     

新试剂3,5—二溴—4—偶氮8—羟基喹啉苯基荧光酮光度法测定微量铝

在溴化十六烷基三甲胺（ＣＴＭＡＢ）存在下，ＰＨ６，０的ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ缓冲介质中，铝与新试剂３，５－二溴－４－偶氮８－羟基喹啉苯基荧光酮形成红色三元胶束配合物，最大吸收波长位于５６４ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数ε为１．３５×１０＾５．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１，铝浓度在０～５μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围内符合比耳定律，拟定的方法用于铝铁黄铜中微量铝的测定，结果满意。

Summary Following our concept of rather new structural variations in the nitrogen region of morphine alkaloids we describe the first synthesis of N/C-10-bridged tertiary bases.

     

新型1,2,4-三唑并[3,2-d][1,5]苯并氧氮杂-2-酮的合成

取代苯并二氢吡喃 4 酮 ( 1)的芳腙在冰醋酸中与KNCO发生 [3 2 ]环加成反应 ,加成产物经KMnO4氧化开环得偕偶氮异氰酸酯 ( 3 ) .3在HBF4的催化下发生环化 -重排反应 ,合成得到一系列新型 6 7 5三环系 1,2 ,4 三唑并 [3 ,2 d] [1,5 ]苯并氧氮杂 2 酮 ( 5a～ 5g) .由X单晶衍射测定了化合物 5a的晶体结构     

Influence of thermal and thermo-mechanical treatment

Two lipids with similar melting ranges but of different composition were analyzed using differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction. The lipids were processed via extrusion or were tempered at different temperatures; they were analyzed directly after extrusion and after storage at 40°C. Precirol ATO 5® showed high sensitivity to storage time and varied temperature exposure. Extrusion showed only marginal influences on the solid state. Melting peaks were narrower and shifted to higher temperatures in comparison to the untreated powder. Dynasan 114® was more robust, changes in the solid state could only be shown for samples treated above the melting range. Thus, Dynasan 114® is more appropriate for solid lipid extrusion of pharmaceutical products.     

8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸纤维微柱分离富集电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定多种痕量元素

本文合成了8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸纤维滤纸片,以此做为微柱填充物同时富集了10种痕量元素,并分离了样品中的高盐组分.本方法可使痕量组分的分离与富集同步进行,因而特别适用于原子光谱测定前样品的预处理.     

24-亚甲基胆甾-5-烯-3β,19-二醇的合成

从豆甾醇出发,通过10步反应,合成得到具有显著细胞毒活性的24-亚甲基胆甾-5-烯-3β,19-二醇(1),总产率为16%.目标产物1的熔点、[α]值和波谱数据与天然产物一致.化合物1的合成是首次报道,它对人体鼻咽癌(CN2)和胃癌(Mgc803)细胞有显著抑制活性.     

四（对羟基苯基）卟啉—硅胶固定相的合成及在核苷酸分析中的应用

以大孔微硅胶作基体，经γ－氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷活化与间隔臂氯代环内烷反应后，再与预先合成的四（对羟基苯基）卟啉配体键合，构成电荷转移型亲和色谱固定相。以ＰＨ＝７．０的磷酸盐缓冲溶液作流动相，成功实现对一些核苷酸的高效液相亲和色谱分离。     

La2O3-Mo5Si3/MoSi2复合材料的高温氧化行为

研究了0．8％La2O3-MosSi3／MoSi2复合材料在1200℃空气中的高温氧化行为。结果表明：0．8％稀土和MoSi3的加入，使材料的抗氧化性能降低。MosSi3含量越高，材料的抗氧化性能越差。当MosSi3含量低于30％时，在氧化初始阶段，质量变化呈直线下降，随着氧化的进行，氧化逐渐增重，材料表面形成较致密的SiO2阻止了材料的进一步氧化，使得氧化增重较小。而0．8％La2O3-40％Mo5Si3／MoSi2复合材料却出现了“粉化”现象。0．8％La2O3．MosSi3／MoSi2复合材料抗氧化性能的降低，归因于Mo5Si3差的抗氧化性和材料致密度的降低；另外，稀土和Mo5Si3的加入，细化了材料的晶粒，使晶界面积增加，加速了氧在晶界中的扩散，促进了材料的氧化。
