具有频率噪声的单模激光线性模型随机共振

将频率有涨落的周期信号输入单模激光增益模型,计算出输出光强的相关函数及功率谱,对信噪比随噪声强度和系统参数的变化进行了研究. 结果表明:信噪比随频率噪声强度的变化、抽运噪声强度的变化、量子噪声强度的变化均出现随机共振;信噪比随增益系数和损失系数的变化也出现随机共振. 关键词： 频率噪声 功率谱 随机共振     

The effects of ultrasound frequency and power on the activation energy in Si-KOH reaction system

The activation energy is the minimum amount of energy required to initiate a reaction. It is one of the important indexes for appraising a reaction. The chemical reaction rate is closely related to the value of activation energy, and reducing activation energy is propitious to promoting a chemical reaction. In the present paper, the relationship between the activation energy in Si-KOH reaction system and the ultrasound frequency and power has been discussed for the first time. The range of ultrasound frequency and power is 40-100kHz （interval by 20kHz） and 10-50W （interval by 10W）, respectively. The experimental clata indicate that the activation energy decreases with the increasing ultrasound power. Comparing with the activation energy without ultrasound irradiation, the results in our paper indicate that ultrasound irradiation could reduce the activation energy in Si-KOH reaction system and increase the reaction rate.     

TESTING THE ADEQUACY OF GARCH-TYPE MODELS IN TIME SERIES

In this article a new approach for checking the adequacy of GARCH-type models in time series was proposed. The resulted tests involve weight functions, which provide them with the flexibility in choosing scores to enhance power performance. The choice of weight functions and the power properties of the tests are studied. For a large number of alternatives, asymptotically distribution-free maximin test is constructed. The tests are asymptotically chi-squared under the null hypothesis and easy to implement. Simulation results indicate that the tests perform well.     

Forward-backward Stochastic Differential Equations and Backward Linear Quadratic Stochastic Optimal Control Problem

In this paper, we use the solutions of forward-backward stochastic differential equations to get the optimal control for backward stochastic linear quadratic optimal control problem. And we also give the linear feedback regulator for the optimal control problem by using the solutions of a group of Riccati equations.     

磷酸二酯酶2 (PDE2)结构及其选择性抑制剂的研究进展

磷酸二酯酶2 (PDE2)主要分布在大脑、心脏细胞中, 作为潜在的药物靶标, 通过水解细胞内第二信使cAMP和cGMP, 对维持cAMP和cGMP的水平起着重要的作用, 其选择性抑制剂有望在内皮渗透性和改善记忆力等方面发挥作用. 综述了PDE2的组织分布、生理功能、催化区域和调节区域晶体结构的特点以及选择性的抑制剂. 最后, 根据药物设计发展的趋势对未来PDE2抑制剂的设计进行了展望.     

聚合物电致发光材料及其发光颜色调节的研究进展

聚合物电致发光材料已成为功能材料研究领域的一个热点.与无机材料和有机小分子材料相比,聚合物发光材料具有来源广泛、易加工成型、通过分子结构设计可调节发光颜色等优点,成为制备大面积、低成本、全色柔性显示器件的首选材料.本文介绍了聚合物发光材料的发光机理及调节发光颜色的常用方法,综述了聚对苯乙炔类、聚对苯类、聚芴类等多种共轭聚合物发光材料的合成及发光颜色调节的研究现状,并对聚合物发光材料的发展趋势以及聚合物电致发光器件的制备进行了评述和展望.

CMOS vision sensor with integrated into low fully digital image process power 1/8-inch chip

A digital still camera image processing system on a chip, different from the video camera system, is pre- sented for mobile phone to reduce the power consumption and size. A new color interpolation algorithm is proposed to enhance the image quality. The system can also process fixed patten noise （FPN） reduction, color correction, gamma correction, RGB/YUV space transfer, etc. The chip is controlled by sensor regis- ters by inter-integrated circuit （I2C） interface. The voltage for both the front-end analog and the pad cir- cuits is 2.8 V, and the volatge for the image signal processing is 1.8 V. The chip running under the external 13.5-MHz clock has a video data rate of 30 frames/s and the measured power dissipation is about 75 roW.     

掺染料微结构光纤荧光传感器的理论分析

针对一般光纤荧光传感器收集荧光能力不足的缺陷,设计了一种在微结构聚合物光纤的空气孔内填充掺有机染料高折射率液体的荧光传感器.使用可调节边界条件傅里叶分解法计算了这种微结构光纤的模场分布,分析了光纤结构参量和液体折射率对荧光捕获分数的影响,结果表明,使用小纤芯半径和高于纤芯折射率的液体可以增强激发光的吸收效率,增大荧光捕...
