多孔功能梯度材料(FGM)构件的特性与孔隙率和孔隙分布形式有密切关系。本文基于经典板理论,考虑不同孔隙分布形式时修正的混合率模型,研究Winkler弹性地基上四边受压多孔FGM矩形板的自由振动与临界屈曲载荷特性。首先利用Hamilton原理和物理中面的定义推导Winkler弹性地基上四边受压多孔FGM矩形板自由振动的控制微分方程并进行无量纲化,然后应用微分变换法(DTM)对无量纲控制微分方程和边界条件进行变换,得到计算无量纲固有频率和临界屈曲载荷的代数特征方程。将问题退化为孔隙率为零时的FGM矩形板并与已有文献进行对比以验证其有效性。最后计算并分析了梯度指数、孔隙率、地基刚度系数、长宽比、四边受压载荷及边界条件对多孔FGM矩形板无量纲固有频率的影响以及各参数对无量纲临界屈曲载荷的影响。  相似文献

针对功能梯度(FGM)圆柱壳与其内声场的振声特性分析需求,采用特征正交-里兹法研究圆柱壳厚度、材料梯度指数、边界支撑刚度、阻抗边界和简谐力位置等因素对振声系统的影响。圆柱壳的位移及内部声压变量通过特征正交多项式与周向傅里叶谐波函数构建,并以声压做功的方式考虑结构与声场之间耦合条件,进而结合里兹法得到耦合系统的振声模态和稳态响应。研究表明,由该模型所得到的数值解与文献及有限元结果具有较好的一致性。对参数的研究发现,壳体厚度、梯度指数、边界刚度、阻抗边界和激励位置等对振声系统的耦合特性均有较为明显影响,这为该类结构的低噪声设计及其内部声场优化提供了有益的参考。  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the dynamic response of axially moving two-layer laminated plates on the Winkler and Pasternak foundations. The upper and lower layers are formed from a bidirectional functionally graded(FG) layer and a graphene platelet(GPL) reinforced porous layer, respectively. Henceforth, the combined layers will be referred to as a two-dimensional(2D) FG/GPL plate. Two types of porosity and three graphene dispersion patterns, each of which is distributed through the plate thickness,are investigated. The mechanical properties of the closed-cell layers are used to define the variation of Poisson's ratio and the relationship between the porosity coefficients and the mass density. For the GPL reinforced layer, the effective Young's modulus is derived with the Halpin-Tsai micro-system model, and the rule of mixtures is used to calculate the effective mass density and Poisson's ratio. The material of the upper 2D-FG layer is graded in two directions, and its effective mechanical properties are also derived with the rule of mixtures. The dynamic governing equations are derived with a first-order shear deformation theory(FSDT) and the von Kármán nonlinear theory. A combination of the dynamic relaxation(DR) and Newmark's direct integration methods is used to solve the governing equations in both time and space. A parametric study is carried out to explore the effects of the porosity coefficients, porosity and GPL distributions, material gradients, damping ratios, boundary conditions, and elastic foundation stiffnesses on the plate response. It is shown that both the distributions of the porosity and graphene nanofillers significantly affect the dynamic behaviors of the plates. It is also shown that the reduction in the dynamic deflection of the bilayer composite plates is maximized when the porosity and GPL distributions are symmetric.  相似文献

Anti-plane dynamic fracture analysis is presented for functionally graded materials (FGM) with arbitrary spatial variations of material properties. The FGM with the material properties varying continuously in an arbitrary manner is modeled as a multi-layered medium with the elastic modulus and mass density varying linearly in each sub-layer and continuous at the interfaces between two adjacent sub-layers. With this linearly inhomogeneous multi-layered model, the problem of a crack in a graded interfacial zone bonded to two homogeneous half-spaces or in a coating bonded to a homogeneous half-space subjected to the anti-plane shear impact load is investigated. Laplace and Fourier transforms and transfer matrix are applied to reduce the associated mixed boundary value problem to a Cauchy singular integral equation which is solved numerically in the Laplace transformed domain. The dynamic stress intensity factors (DSIF) are obtained by using the numerical technique of Laplace inversion.  相似文献

The static and dynamic anti-plane problem for a functionally graded coating–substrate structure containing a periodic array of parallel cracks, which are perpendicular to the boundary, is considered. Integral-transform techniques are employed to reduce the problem to the solution of an integral equation with hypersingular kernels. Summary The aim of this work is to investigate the thermal stress intensity factor of a functionally gradient half space with an edge crack under a steady heat flux. All material properties of the functionally gradient half space, except for the coefficient of linear thermal expansion, are exponentially dependent on the distance from the boundary of the plate. The coefficient of linear thermal expansion is assumed to be two-dimensionally dependent. The problem is reduced to a singular integral equation by using the Fourier transform. The thermal stress intensity factor versus the nonhomogeneous material parameters is calculated and represented in figures. The numerical results show that thermal stress intensity factor is dramatically decreased when the material nonhomogeneous parameters are appropriately selected.  相似文献
