Structural Evolution of Nanostructured γ—Ni—28Fe Alloy Investigated by Using the Internal Friction Technique

The structural evolution of nanostructured γ-Ni-28Fe alloy(n-Ni-Fe)(grain size d-30nm),synthesized by the mechno-chemical method,was investigated by using the internal friction technique combined with differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) in the temperature range from 300K to 670K.An internal friction peak with typical characteristics of the first-order phase transition was observed in the vicinity of 620K,which corresponds to a broad exothermic process revealed by using DSC.Theses results can be explained as the structural changes from the disordering to the ordering transition in the n-Ni-Fe sample.     

Studies on Structure and Porperties of Water Soluble Polysaccharide from Fruiting Body of Cordyceps Militarvs(L.) Link

A water soluble crude polysaccharide has been isolated from the fruiting body of cultivated Cordyceps militarvs(L.)Link.The GC analysis indicated that it contained the monosaccharides of Gal,Man,Glc and GlcA.Their molar ratio is 1.00:1.58:7.89:0.19.The crude polysaccharide was fractionated with ethanol to get three fractions,which were CM-Ⅰand CM-Ⅲ,CM-Ⅱ was further purified to get one homogeneous fraction named CMB.The molecular weight was estimated to be 6000by means of gel filtration.CMB is a greyish white powder.The GC analysis indicated that it was composed of Gal.Man,Glc and the molar ratio is 1.00:1.38:5.10.Partial hydrolysis with an acid.periodate oxidation.Smith degradation.IR,GC and methylation analyses,GC/MS analyses were used for the structure analyses of CMB.Man,(1→6)-linked-Glc,(1→4)-linked-Glc and (1→4)-linked-Gal.Some of (1→4) -linked-Glc and all(1→4)-linked-Gal residues are substituted at 3-O and 6-O respectively,(1→4)-linked-Glc and minor(1→6)-linked-Gle.The nonreduced end is composed of Gal and Glc.The main glycosidic link of CMB is α configuration.     

An Improved Synthesis of Retinoic Acid from β-Ionone

A convenient and large-scale preparation of retinoic acid 1 from β-ionone in five steps with 38% overall yield is described.The key steps are the epoxidization of 2 with a new methylated agent and the condensation 4 with tetraethyl methylenediphophonate in one-pot procedure to prepare 6.     

Simultaneous Measurement of Transverse Load and Temperature Using a single Long—Period Fibre Grating Element

A single long-period fibre grating (LPFG)element written by focused high-fraequency CO2 laser pulses is demonstrated for simultaneous measurement of transverse load and temperature.Temperature and transverse load can be directly measured by detecting the resonant wavelength shift and the resonant peak amplitude change of the LPFG,respectively,as there are two special circular orientations along the fibre axis where the resonant peak amplitude change of the LPFG has a linear relationship with the load applied and is insensitive to the resonant wavelength shift.Such a sensor could solve the cross-sensitivity problem between transverse load and temperature due to the unique feature of this type of LPFG,i.e. the wavelength-load-sensitivity of the LPFG strongly depends on loading orientations due to the non-uniform distribution of the refractive index on the cross-section of the LPFG caused by the thermal shock effect and other effects of the high-frequency CO2 laser pulses exposure method used.     

垃圾填埋场选址问题的模糊数学模型研究

为有助于在环境和经济框架内评价垃圾填埋场选址决策,本文建立了关于该问题的多目标模型,模型中既考虑了安置和运营设施需要的固定成本和可变成本,也考虑了居民区承受的风险,以及各居民区承担风险的公平性。并进一步讨论了用模糊方法处理的一般多目标规划模型的模糊最优解与有效解及弱有效解之间的关系。最后使用两种模糊目标规划方法求解数值例子以分析所建模型的适用性,结果表明,加权模糊方法可以为决策者提供更接近期望值的满意方案。     

Schottky Barrier Height Inhomogeneity of Ti／n—GaAs Contact Studied by the I—V—T Technique

The current-voltage characteristics of Ti/n-GaAs Schottky diodes measured over a temperature range of 78-299K have been interpreted on the basis of thermionic emission across an inhomogeneous Schottky contact.The experiment shows that the apparent barrier height (φap) increases from 0.437eV at 78K to 0.698eV at room temperature.the plot of φap versus 1/T does not exhibit a simple linear relationship over the whole temperature range,indicating that the barrier height distribution is more complicated than the frequently observed single Gaussian distribution.A new multi-Gaussian distribution model is developed.Our experimental results can be explained by a double Gaussian distribution of the barrier heights.The weight,the mean barrier height,and the standard deviation of the two Gaussian functions are 0.00001 and 0.99999,0.721 and 0.696,0.069 and 0.012eV,respectively.     

Optical Properties of ZnFe2O4—SiO2 Granular Films Prepared by Radio—Frequency Magnetron Sputtering

We report on the optical properties of ZnFe2O4-SiO2 granular films prepared on quartz substrates by the radio-frequency magnetron sputtering method.Post-annealing was performed at different temperatures under flow oxygen atmosphere.The morphology and Structures of ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles were characterized by x-ray different line types in the optical absorption curves of ZnFe2O4-SiO2 granular films.The critical transition of line types occurs when ZnFe2O4 changes from amorphous to crystalline,and the transition temperature increases with the increasing content of ZnFe2O4.There is an obvious blueshift of the optical absorption edge of the granular films with the decreasing annealing temperature.     

Sound Field Calculations of Elliptical Pistons by the Superposition of Two—Dimensional Gaussian Beams

We present an alternative approach to calculate the sound field of ultrasonic transducers.The distribution function of sources is expanded into the superposition of a series of two-dimensional Gaussian functions.The corresponding radiated sound field is expressed as the superposition of these two-dimensional Gaussian beams and is then reduced to the computation of these simple functions.This treatment does not require the condition that the shape of the source is of circular axial symmetry.A numerical example is presented for the uniform elliptical piston transducer and this is in good agreement with the results given by complicated computation.     

高能核碰撞中带电多重数快度与能量和中心度的关系

用强子–弦级联模型JPCIAE及相应的Monte Carlo事例产生器研究相对论性核–核碰撞中带电粒子多重数的赝快度密度对能量和中心度的依赖关系.无需另调任何模型参数的条件下,此模型可以同时较好地描述相对论性pp实验数据及PHOBOS和PHENIX实验组的Au+Au实验数据.本文指出:因〈N_part〉并非严格定义的物理量,致使实验上和理论上确定〈N_part〉有一定任意性,从而使得每参加者核子对的带电粒子赝快度密度随着〈N_part〉的增加可能逐渐增大,也可能逐渐减小,因此用它来区分粒子产生机制是欠妥的.     

Fifth—Order Harmonic Generation using a Coherent Controlled Two—Pulsed Optical Field

We have experimentally studied the characteristics of fifth-order harmonic radiation produced by two coherent femtosecond laser pulses with a changeable relative phase.The intensities of harmonic generation are found to increase with the coherent degree.In one optical Period,the temporal variation of harmonics exhibits an asymmetric characteristic,which is interpreted in terms of ionization theory and the deformation of the wave packets of fundamental field contribution to harmonic generation.
